I'm from out of town. I had some major vehicle issues on the weekend. Chris and team went above and beyond to get me back on the road. This was the best hands down experience I've ever had at any dealership. I encourage you to visit this location and any of my future vehicle purchases will be from here.

My wife, Meredith took our car in yesterday for servicing. Mike was so professional and remembered her from our last routine maintenance appointment. We had an electrical issue that is covered under a warranty we didn't even know existed. Kudos for their honesty. Jeff was helpful as well and we are very satisfied with the service. Do not trust these guys.Not once, but twice they have wasted my time.Every experience so far has been terrible. We purchased our Atlas in 2019, and within a very short time, our windshield wipers were making a god awful sound. I took it to the dealership for the first oil change, and they up sold me to some expensive wipers that I'm pretty sure were the exact same. It didn't help. I ended up going to Auto Zone an picking some up that were a quarter of the price that actually worked.Next, I went to get an oil change. My front assist had randomly stopped working. I didn't hit anything, no debris....just stopped working. On this trip, I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman, but instead of walking away with an oil change and the Front Assist issue fixed, they tried to get me to pay $600 to fix the front assist because they said it was not under warranty to fix a faulty issue (Just crazy), sell me new tires (I drive very cautiously, and have less than 40k on the tires and rotate), and other extras. It was going to cost me $2,000.I don't know if they thought they could take advantage of a woman, but from my experience, they have shown that they will try to take advantage of me. Luckily, I walked out of there, never going back. Unfortunately, I wasted 2 hours of my time for a simple oil change.

Mike in service was phenomenal! I had a nail in my tire and needed new windshield wipers. They did the job quickly and efficiently! He was very kind and easy to work with! I have the service center on east independence twice since owning my 2017 Volkswagen. Both times I have experienced very bad customer service. A Couple of The Service Reps. that I have encountered there has both been very RUDE.....To the point I just walked out and Do Not Intend On Returning there for Servicing.

Mike was helpful in service. He made sure my Passat was fixed. QUICK SERVICE. Great customer service. Person working the phones left me on hold for 45 minutes. I just wanted to know if they had a specific part in stock. Was very rude as well. I usually don't leave negative reviews but this was very unprofessional.

I had an appointment for an NC inspection and when I arrive I m told that NC inspection system has been down and they won t be able to perform it. No phone call, no heads up prior to arrival.
