Best shop in Charlotte. They always treat me fair and honest. I fully trust them. That is very rare for me. I always take them my vehicles. I bought a 2014 jeep Cherokee and the engine blew after 3 months( thanks Drivetime) I ordered a used engine from online and had it delivered. The owner of the shop called me and informed me that the engine I got was bad to send it back. Had antifreeze in oil. So I did and ordered another one. It came in and they said was very good. They had it installed in two days and it was perfect. The work was perfectly done. Also was very , very reasonable and price. No matter where I wind up, or if they move there shop. I will follow and they will always be my shop.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I love the people that work here. Everyone is so friendly and professional I fell in love with the excellent customer service I received the first time I went there. I wish I could give them 10 stars.I have been using them for over two years and still very much satisfied.

My son had them to o pick up his car . The starter was plus it needed body work and missing bumper in front . We picked it up on Friday the door they replaced but you can see out side still they didn't pull the framework out like the should have and replaced the air bags the horn doesn't work and get this zipped tied the (Dmn!) bumper. Lol lol lol ! $1400. 00 of work if they couldn't fix it they shouldn't have bothered to touch it . They should have fixed the starter from the start and call him and left it alone. I would not recommend know one to this business. And that wasn't $1400. 00 of work at all. Just bad bad bad.

This is hands down the BEST shop to take your car for GREAT SERVICE!!!!As a woman taking your vehicle to a shop for repairs can be risky... but i had a great experience here, prices are affordable and i got quality work i would send anyone to ARANDAS .Thank you

They fix what you come in for but always seem to leave with additional problems. I thought they were good until I've noticed this pattern. Will not return personally.

This is my first ever Google review. I never go out of my way and waste my time to do this, but my experience was that bad. The people working here look like they were picked up off the street and threw on matching uniforms to appear less ignorant. They took advantage of my minimal English speaking father-in-law's hard earned money. They swap parts without properly diagnosing the issues and the truck came out of the shop with new parts and the same problem. He's now $2000 in the hole with a useless truck, that was a necessity for his work. Thanks!

Boyfriend got a flat, came to get a used tire from them and they sold me one with not one but TWO holes in it and they said they couldn't help me when I asked if they could mount it for me
