Best repair shop in town!!! Front end repair with cosmetic damage. This is after a week I've had my vehicle and haven't washed it and it still shines. I love my VW with no error codes. Yes they took care of that also..

Highly recommend this location. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable, especially my assigned estimator, Alex. And while the process was delayed due to a critical part being unavailable, I was provided regular updates. The quality of work is great as well, with my car looking like new again.And when my plans were impacted because of an accident that was no one s fault but my own, I did the adult thing and either rescheduled my plans or picked up a rental car (looking in your direction, previous reviewer, Monica )

Honestly the best auto body experience I have ever had. I was in an accident and the other party was at fault, the staff at caliber was kind, informative, kept me in the loop every single step of the way about the repairs, and literally went above and beyond. Michael was absolutely amazing. I would definitely definitely recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Horrible experience so far. The reason I say so far is because it is still ongoing. I took my car here for two issues to get fixed insurance related. One of the Collisions they were Able to Buff out But it was still scratched when looked at. I had to take a cloth and wax it to make it look decent.#2 issue was when I checked the car after it was finished I noticed The fender was coming in contact with the door when I opened it. That caused a big scratch on the door and the inside of the fender.I had to bring my car back the next day to get the fender Readjusted. They readjusted the fender but they didn t fix the scratches.#3, the front bumper was cracked right by the headlight, it was a small crack, but it was there from the accident that they were supposed to fix.They said they tried to Repair but it didn t hold. In reality they were probably hoping I didn t see it.They agreed to order a new bumper and it s been over two weeks and I haven t heard from them. The last time I heard from them, I had to be the one to contact.I suggest taking your car somewhere else, not sure if all Caliber Collisions are like this, but I would not chance it.

Everything went smoothly with my repairs for a rear bumper. From the moment of first contact with Ms Katie at the reception answering all my questions with ease to final pick up once fully repaired! Kept me updated consistently all throughout the process. MrJinks was beyond professional and assured me whenever I had any concerns about timeframe. This is the best Collision shop in Charlotte!

I've only been to this one location but it does not do show well for the others. 10 days quoted at the start and it took 30 to finish. Was told all the parts were ordered and ready to be picked up day 2 but by day 17 the wrong parts were delivered. Constant excuses and poor information. When pushed, excuses and attitude came back as a response. Buyer beware, if you have a choice at least pick a different Caliber.

I just want to thank Caliber Collision at 9248 South Boulevard for the great job they did in repairing the rear bumper on my Mercedes GLA 250 after someone backed into me. Elizabeth was awesome and they made the experience much better than I would have expected.

Just had a repair done at Caliber Collision. The service was great, the repair was done just right, and I was kept regularly updated by texts to let me know how far along they were and when the final work was finished. Highly recommend them for body work.

Went to Caliber with an insurance claim and I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the service and workmanship demonstrated. The staff talked me through every step of the process. I did not want for anything during our interactions. David was amazing as a case rep.

I ve fallen in love with my car again, thanks to the seamless process facilitated by State Farm and Caliber Collision. However, upon inspection, I noticed that the scratches on the right rear rim and a cover below the passenger door side weren t fixed after I brought it home. I m unsure if it s too late to bring it back for further attention.

I had initially made contact with another body shop to do the work, they had put me through so much, couldn t get it in for a period of time, and somehow found caliber collision, I cannot believe how simple and easy these folks made getting my car repaired . God forbid I should have any further needs for bodywork, but should I I will definitely be back to see this group at caliber collision in Pineville North Carolina. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Pros - The shop was timely, notified me throughout the repair process, and made the necessary arrangements with the rental car agency.Cons - I am fairly confident that the hood of my car received 3-4 very long scratches while under their care.

I have had two experiences with the Caliber Collision located at 9248 South Blvd and they were both excellent. My most recent visit was with David as my service advisor. He was great with his communication - very knowledgeable -always informative and patient in answering questions. Katy who is the customer service representative is a great face of the company- polite and willing to help. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone who needs any kind of repair.

I had an incident where my spare time came off when I was driving and my car was sent to caliber through my insurance. From day one Macey kept me in the loop through all of the progression stages!! She was so polite and professional! My car looks brand new!!! Check out some before and after pics!! GREAT JOB MACEY!!!

My experience with this business has been fantastic!!! It is the second time. Such a wonderful and friendly staff, and my representative Michael J was an absolute delight to work with! He was super knowledgeable and very understanding of my situation! and they kept me updated on the progress. 10 out of 10 would recommend these guys!! I would not recommend using this Caliber. They had my car over a month (I did have a few claims) and the initial reason it was towed in was not fixed. I had to take my car back 4 times to get everything fixed. The advisor Dave is horrible! He lies and is the one responsible for my car not being fixed correctly initially. They caused me to miss my first vacation in over 2 years. I told that to 5 staff members at Caliber and only one (Alex) apologized. The general manager Nikki was very helpful but she didn't apologize for me missing my vacation. Alex was amazing! He's very professional and knowledgeable about cars. I wish he had been my advisor from the beginning. Then maybe I wouldn't have had a horrible experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision did a good job repairing my car. The main thing this company messed up with was going into the trunk of my car and stealing my tool box. It was also a car part left in the trunk of my car as well. Stealing is never ok I won t recommend this place to anybody at all !

Caliber Collision Pineville on South Blvd definitely works hard to please the customer! It can often be challenging managing the repair work, client, insurance, and suppliers when supply chain has challenges.This team definitely strives and works hard to accurately and realistically deliver your car back to you. Customer experience does matter and they aim to please the customer while working with the insurance companies.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Ford F250 to Caliber Pineville this was the worst job they have ever done. The first time after they informed me that the work was completed, when I arrived they over-sprayed my black bed cover with white paint. The tailgate was not completely repaired, the paint was subpar, and the right side did not clean it and painted over the grime. This is the third time going there and them assuring me that the work was completed this time, to find that it still wasn't done correctly. I was given assurance from the District manager, that the job would be completed and it wasn't. The tech was rude and acted as if he was doing me a favor and should just accept the subpar work done to my vehicle. My truck was clean when I dropped it off and was filthy when I went to pick it up. This is unacceptable, disappointing and disrespectful. I have given others recommendations to go to this location, but never again. The service is subpar, the work was horrible and I still have to go back for a fourth time because they refuse to get the job done right the first, second, or third time.Car #22016 Audi Q5This location had my car for a month and when they called to say the car was ready after, the manager at the location supposedly did a quality check, there were several issues with the finished product. They nicked and scratches the fender on the driver side where they took the bumper off to repair, bad paint job on bottom grill felt like dirt was still in it and the color did not match, the paint on the passenger side had paint bleed not smooth and this is after they had my car for a month. Brought car back to have the issues addressed, unable to see what work due to how dirty the car is, the quality of work is subpar and this location needs better work or shut down. Never will I recommend this location to anyone.

Jasmine Lopez is an exceptional car service advisor. From the moment I walked into the service center, her professionalism and communication skills were evident. She listened attentively to my concerns about my car, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work done. I was impressed by her knowledge and expertise, and her ability to explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand.
