Mason Wright and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired back to it's former glory. Everything from the paint & fit/finish to the weekly updates on my car were all handled with the upmost, professional-grade, care. You can tell that he is in the body shop business because he loves cars, & who better to care as much as you about fixing your car than a car guy? I 100% recommend Caliber Collision Mint Hill to anyone looking to get their car fixed. Toothless has never looked better!

I had to get my bumper repaired and they did a great job with the paint job. The sensors and back camera works just fine, so the calibration was done correctly!They re also pretty fast!! I probably could ve gotten my car back sooner, but parts always be a delay no matter where you go! Overall, Caliber did an excellent job!10/10 recommend!!

Picked up my truck this afternoon. I had the right side of my truck repaired from damage caused by a wreck. Body and paint turned out fine, and the agent who helped me was great. However, after picking up my truck, I learned that my power tow mirrors don't work, my left side running lights don't work, my rear windows don't work. Everything worked perfectly when I dropped it off! So when I called, the manager told me that the problem had been known about with the mirrors, and he told me that if I would get a mechanic to look at it, he'd front him an hours pay to diagnose the problem. That's not a satisfactory solution to the problem at all. I would not advise using Caliber at all at this point.Update:After 30 days, still no resolve.Update#2Picked up the truck today after the truck had been sent to a local Chevrolet dealer, and the electrical system is still exactly as I left it....broken. I was asked to take it to my mechanic and get my insurance company to foot the bill for it. I do not believe it's incumbent on my insurance, (me) to pay for Caliber's shoddy work on my electrical system. They removed the mirror, and the bed of the truck in order to complete the repair, and the electrical system has been damaged ever since. This truck was complete, undamaged, and in great shape with 46,000 miles on it when they took possession of it for body repairs after a small collision I had, and the body repairs look GREAT. Passing the buck on the electrical repair is not what I'd expect from Caliber, and it's because of this experience, I'd caution anyone who might be considering using this location, to rethink your options. Rant over.

Caliber Collision in Mint Hill, NC does not physically look at your vehicle. You fill out an online form and you take pictures of the damage and submit your request for an estimate. Ok, I get it ,innovation. I received the estimate and stop in there shop because there estimate of $4000.00 was quite a bit higher than two other shops and I wanted to make sure they were looking at the same damage. There front end representative pulled up the estimate and said that once they create an estimate they can not do another estimate. She spoke to her boss who did not come out and speak with me. They just instructed her to tell me that the estimate is the estimate and asked me if I wanted to move forward? I felt like I was brushed off with a kind of take it or leave it offer. I understand technology but if you want a personal experience I wouldn t recommend this place.J HarrisCharlotte, NC

My car was hit in the front bumper and the driver side. Having to have my car repaired, I expected it to be a uphill battle. I was so wrong. I visited Caliber in Mint Hill and Anthony provided me with the great service and handled the details with the insurance company. Anthony kept me informed through the process. Great company. Easy to do business with. They did a great job..Took 2 weeks for repair but it wasn't expected since parts aren't always backordered. I know all companies doing text updates now but I do miss talking to a person getting more detailed updates.

I had front end damage due to a deer head slamming into my driver's side front corner just above the headlight. They provided quick estimate, and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner, and what looks like a reasonable price. I was kept informed as to the status of the repair regularly. The repair of my bumper looks GREAT!! My truck was sticking and was difficult to open. The day I took my car in for repair,my truck wouldn't open. I thought I would just deal with it after the repair of my bumper due to a car accident. WhenI went to pick up my vehicle,I was informed that they replaced the lock because it was pushed in. This wasn't visible from the outside and that explains why i was having trouble with opening my truck. I am very happy they noticed the issue and corrected it.Service: Body & Trim

When my car was hit in the parking lot of school, I was unsure who to take my car to get it repaired. Fortunately I ended up at Caliber Collision in Mint Hill. Meagan was WONDERFUL, and made this process smooth and easy. Her co-worker Anthony did assist me when Meagan was unavailable. Both employees were professional and courteous, and kept me informed on the progress of my car. When I picked up my car, you couldn't even tell it had been damaged. I highly recommend this repair shop, should you find yourself needing a fender bender repaired. Five stars is not high enough rating.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We chose Caliber based on location. The office we used was not in our insurance network. So glad we chose them! They completed the work in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a rear bumper that needed replacing from a fender bender. Everyone I encountered at Caliber Collision both on the phone and in person was professional, polite and very helpful. They called for the rental when I dropped off my car, and they repaired my vehicle in the time they told me they would, and I was able to very conveniently leave my rental there when I picked up my car. I was recently involved in an accident. Body damage to the rear of my vehicle. I chose Caliber for several reasons although never used them previously. My truck looks better than the day I bought it. They have attention to detail and the work was outstanding. Service was second to none. If you end up in my situation I'd look these guys up.
