I had stopped by because I had some damage to my front end. Sarah was so helpful and caring and explained what I would have to do and helped me through the process. Excellent customer service!! I will definitely be coming back here.

I had such a great experience at this location. Excellent customer service and the immediate service was a plus. If I am ever in need of body work, I'll be back to this exact location. Please ask for Luis, he's amazing and incredibly knowledgeable!!

I highly recommend this location, my interaction with everyone beginning with my 1st call with Chuck to schedule drop off day was great. The business open hours were perfect for me. The location is in close proximity to my residence, Sarah s communication is top tier and that meant a lot to me, keeping me in the know . Quality work my Maxima looks like it did when I purchased 4 years ago. Highly satisfied customer, thanks again everyone that helped restore my vehicle.

Really nice experience with Caliber doing some non-insurance body work on my car. Chuck went above and beyond for us to get my car fixed quickly and efficiently. He is highly responsive and works hard for his customers. That said, he appears to be a "one man show" and could really use some help from corporate.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Collision on Independence. The entire team was incredibly kind and respectful. One employee went out of his way to personally look for a part for me - I wish I would ve gotten his name to recognize him. Gene as my PM and he was awesome with communication. The manager, Matt, was so helpful! My car looks awesome - so glad I chose this location!

I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision on East Independence Boulevard. Chuck handled my claim from start to finish. Chuck kept me informed throughout the whole process. Customer Service at this location was absolutely wonderful. From bringing my car in to getting a rental car everything turned out great. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision for your car needs. Thank you Chuck!

It is not often that I have experienced five-star service with an auto repair company. Caliber Collision is the exception. Their responsiveness, communication, and ensuring that their work exceeded my expectations was really impressive.

I used Caliber Collision after my car was in an accident. At first I was nervous because it was the other driver's insurance asking me to use Caliber. Everything turned out wonderfully. The Caliber team was responsive and friendly. I received text updates and my phone calls were answered. My car has been back for roughly a week and it looks great. I would recommend using the Caliber team.Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Caliber in Charlotte was amazing. I had a stripped screw in my license plate and 2 other places were not able to take the plate off. I walked in, they were welcoming and fit me right in (despite being very busy). I will definitely be using their services again in the future! Staff very friendly. Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd time using this shop this year and I had high hopes that it would be better this time. Our repair was simple, confined to just the 2 passenger side doors. I dropped it off on July 5th thinking regular text updates on the expected completion date. After a few weeks I checked in and was told there were a few complications involving obtaining a suitable rear window that wasn't even damaged to begin with. Tiffany was very nice in explaining that they were doing their best. When I picked up the car on August 21 (7 weeks later) we were disappointed to see the glass weatherstripping was sticking out further than the same piece on the driver's side. The replacement glass was filthy on the inside with grease and overspray. There was overspray on the inside of the passenger front window. Our dashcam was dismounted and the cable hanging loose. The spare tire inside the trunk was un-secured and could be heard moving when going over bumps. The worst part was the foul smell inside the car which is still present. The repairs to the exterior door panels look great though.Service: Body & Trim

My whole experience here was amazing. Ricky went above and beyond to make my car look brand new, even putting the clear protectors back on, and buffing extra scratches. My car was returned in super clean condition inside, which I did not expect. They also got it done in two days, when I expected a ten day lead time. Amazing service and incredible team, the front desk lady and everyone I spoke with on the phone was also so great!

I used this Caliber Collision to fix the back of my car after being rear ended and had the best possible experience (for an otherwise stressful situation!). Tiffany was my point of contact and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She was super responsive, educated me on the process and was able to get the car back to me sooner than promised. I don t write a review of a business often but after the phenomenal service I received from the caliber on independence blvd, I just had to! The shop is ran so smoothly, everyone seems to be working as a team and it shows immensely. The staff was very communicative on what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way and I never felt like they were trying to up sell me on things I don t need as I am sure many of us have felt in a body shop before! Then to top it off they detailed my car and it looked so much better than it did when it arrived! 10/10 would recommend! I will certainly be back for my auto needs!

I have been dealing with this location since May of 2022. I had some minor issues (bumper and sunroof) from a car wreak and it s now February and my car is still not fixed. They returned my car to me with more issues then my wreak caused my bumper was not put on correctly it was hanging lower then the hood of my car. The bottom guard that protects the radiator was not put on at all. It took more a month for to get back in contact with me to fix those problems and still to this day my dashboard rattles and make noises. They do not contact or follow up with you. I have to call to get an update after the date passed from the last update that did not fall through. I will not recommend this company to anyone AT ALL. They were very courteous and very polite had my car done sooner than expected, they contacted me each day to let me know where the car was in the process of getting fixed. Caliber did have my 21 altima for quite a while (roughly 8 weeks) but it was all well worth it. the work was well done I can't tell where any of the damage was done ( tee-boned Easter eve night) thank you Gene and crew....

Got into a wreck on thanksgiving. The next day I was able to drop my car off. By Christmas I had my car back looking new, and driving better than ever. They re fast, friendly, efficient, reliable, and communicative every detail. With this being said I do Allstate insurance and everyone s policy is different.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and helpful. My vehicle looked a mess due to an accident, but now it looks brand new (excellent quality of work)! My repair was scheduled to be completed on a Tuesday, but I was ready the Friday before (4 days early). I received multiple text messages and phone calls to keep me informed about the repairs. My vehicle was repaired, detailed (with excellence), and waiting for me to pick it up at my convenience. I will return as needed and I highly recommend their location for your service/repair needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went to caliber due to a car accident. Sadly they were not able to fix it, ONLY because ins company was taking their precious time and reported it would be a total loss after sitting two weeks on their property. Any who, Brandy was very welcoming and patient; she got the ball rolling. Zack was very friendly, and just has a good spirit about him! He kept the ball rolling. He would call and keep me updated on the process. If I called and he was busy, he always return the call in a timely manner (same day). Even though I did not have much interaction with other staff members the few times I was there, they always spoke and asked if I needed help with anything even in passing. Overall good energy... Thanks everyone and be blessed!

Unfortunately I was on a hit and run and had to use my insurance (State Farm) for the first time. Through State Farm I was able to locate Caliber Collision and I couldn t be more grateful that I found this location. The service is incredible! My car looks amazing, like brand new. The staff was so courteous. Everyone I talked to was sweet and helpful. Bob texted me and my husband for updates. After they did an incredible service, I was under the impression I would get a free car wash. And though that was wrong they once again went above and beyond and helped me with the car wash. I can t stop talking about them to friends and family because indeed they are incredible! Wish I could give more than 5 starts.

Linda and Brandy were professional, friendly and very quick and efficient. Brandy greeted me with a genuine smile and got my paperwork completed very quickly. Linda assessed my car's damage in an accurate and non rushed demeanor. Linda also coordinated me getting a rental from Enterprise while my car was being repaired. That process at Enterprise was quick too! Via text, Linda kept me up to date on my car's repair status almost daily. The repair was completed 2 days earlier than estimated. My car looks brand new!!!! Parts fit perfectly and the paint job is flawless! No visible evidence at all that my car had been hit and seriously damaged by a hit and run driver. I highly recommend Caliber Collision- East Independence, Linda and Brandy! From the front office to the back office I'd like to say, Great job to the ENTIRE TEAM at Caliber Collision!!!!!

I dealt with Linda and she was wonderful! They were able to fix my car right away they were quick and efficient and did great work!Linda went above and beyond! They had ordered parts and the wrong one came in and she drove all the way to the dealership to get the correct part. I didn't even know what had happened she worked behind the scenes to make sure it was done right and I was happy.I am so glad I came here and would definitely return and recommend their services!

Caliber did a great job on my body work after an accident. I got my vehicle back even earlier than promised. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Caliber was okay until I got my car back, my A/C was working when my car got into the accident but after getting it back, it s not working. If your going to check the whole car, make sure you check everything especially in the inside, because inside damage is a thing. Getting text messages is not sufficient for me. A phone call would have been more professional, even leaving voicemail! I had to reach out multiple times to get any information. Playing phone tag with someone Im trusting with my vehicle made me uncomfortable. If your going to run a business, run it in a way that takes better care of your customers. I now have to spend even more money to get my A/C fixed. Simply unprofessional and inefficient. I said what I saidService: Air conditioning

I just wanted to take some time to truly recognize the exceptional service I received by this Calliber location. Zac was very honest and transparent with what was needed for my car and got me to trust the process & I am so glad i did. The turnaround time for getting my car in and out was unbelievably fast. Given the condition it was in and after it looked like I just bought a brand new car. Thank you Zac and your team for doing your due diligence with my car. This will definitely be my go to location. I appreciate you Zac for going an extra mile too for making my rims look shiny as gold!! You're a total package and deserves a 5 star!! Thanks again
