Insurance recommended I send my car here. We left thinking they did an excellent job and were very professional. However, a week later I noticed something came off while driving on the highway and, when I took it into my regular auto shop, I learned that Briggs did not replace the undercarriage under the car, which had been damaged in the accident. We were able to get it fixed at our regular auto shop, dropping hundreds more dollars. Ridiculous and reckless.FYI - if you get automated messages from car wise, they are not always accurate to the progress of your car in the shop.

Charlie, TJ, and Barney did a great job on the repair of my vehicle. It s never fun getting in an accident, but they took care of me like family and went above and beyond to make sure the job got done right. From the communication, quick turn around, and quality job, there s not much more you can ask for in this situation. Thank you for the amazing work team! Would definitely recommend for any of your vehicle repair needs.

This place is an absolute joke. Don t make an appointment online! My husband made an appointment for an estimate for 9:30 this morning and I walked in for the appointment and the lady at the front desk immediately had a tone and said I don t see you here, are you sure you didn t book for concord? I literally had a screenshots of the appointment confirmation with the address and everything. She then says we ll what insurance do you even have? In a snotty tone and I told her she then goes well we don t even take that insurance so you re out of luck . Ok maybe you should list that on your website if you re going to have the option to book online. I ve never met anyone so rude. A complete Karen

I really recommend they are very good and efficient and they send text with updates wish that is very nice and helpful and my car was fixed in a few days and they washed it as well thanks

Not pleased. Pay close attention when it comes to insurance claims. If your vehicle is drivable with minimal damage, and your insurance claim comes back as totaled. Get a second opinion. Your car may be more valuable than what you are led to believe.

I highly recommend this location. I was well pleased with the customer service. I took my there on a Monday and it was ready on that Friday. They had to replace my bumper and fix the back side of my car were it was hit. Plus paint it. Good job!!!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

If I ever need to have my vehicle repaired in the future the team at Briggs will again get my business. They repaired my Jeep back like nothing happened. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and Charlie was great!

Mr Charlie was Awesome from beginning to end! He called with updated every step of the way my car is 5 years old & it looks brand spanking new! Very pleased with my service. From start to finish I was pleased with Briggs. Jim is who assisted me through the process and explained everything to me. When I picked up my car, Jim took the time to walk around the car with me and explained what was repaired. Top notch service and I was very pleased. I greatly appreciate it!I Highly recommend Briggs collision and will use again if I may need any future repairs.They also took care of my rental car too! Which was extremely helpful.One more thing- my car looked brand new as if I just bought it off the car lot.Thank you so much for taking care of my car.

100% recommend this shop. They fixed my car quickly & it looked so good after it was all done. Wayne Butler was super friendly & completed my estimate in a timely manner. He was extremely helpful & answered all of my questions. The staff at Briggs are welcoming & awesome! Thanks Briggs!!!!

I highly recommend Briggs!! They did my repairs the same day and it looks amazing!!! They are super fast and very professional.Wayne Butler was extremely helpful and quick to get me a quote, answer all my questions and also schedule the repair. I couldn't ask for better customer service than what he provided. Thanks Wayne!!

Briggs collision is the best place to get your car fixed. They are reliable and get your vehicle fixed on time. My car was in accident by Avail customer but when I got it back it looked brand new. Thank you everyone Wayne, Cathy and the mechanics who worked on my car. Very professional, very fast, and high quality work. The staff are over the top friendly and on top of all the insurance info. I wish my insurance company was half as easy to deal with as Briggs. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out which was a surprise! Forgot I had left a $1 in the cup holder and it was still there a week later when I picked up my car.Thank you to everyone at Briggs for making a maddening situation a little less frustrating. Y'all did a great job!

Just got my car back after being involved in a hit and run back in December. We had never used Briggs before however they were recommended through our insurance so we took a chance. Glad we did, my car looks wonderful. Drives like it did before the accident too. They even vacuumed out all of the broken glass for me (which is really awesome because I m currently 8 months pregnant). Thank you Briggs!

Outstanding work, as good as it gets, very professional, and fast in a timely manner. I have had work performed on my vehicles a couple of times and can't thank them enough for the worst they did. I highly recommend them.

I went there for an estimate for my bumper that was just dislocated and needed to be pushed back in place. Plus a small baby dent. Nothing too serious at all. They charged me $1,300. So I just went home and had my wife push on it while I clicked it back in place in less than 2 minutes. If only I can give them half star.
