This team saved me THOUSANDS of dollars after I received an incorrect diagnosis for an issue that I was experiencing with my car that was initially reviewed by another party. There was no rush to a diagnosis on the issue & they took the time to actually troubleshoot my issue to ensure appropriate resolution. HIGHLY recommend for anyone who wants a team that they can trust to take care of their car s needs. 10/10!

MK5 2009 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen 2.5LFirst off: Matt s customer service is top-notch. Mark & their team were very helpful in diagnosing an issue that had sadly been caused by another shop s improper installation. They recommended I take the car back to the previous shop to request a refund or correction of the work before Bravo would take my money to fix it. I very much appreciate that their priority was my car being fixed correctly whether they were being paid to do the work or not.Ultimately the previous shop did not take ownership of their mistake and so I had Bravo do the work. It was quality, very quick and had a reasonable rate. Will definitely be back and will recommend them!

Finding a reliable VW mechanic is definitely difficult. I made one call, he told me to bring it in and within 10 minutes of getting there he figured out my issue. He was very nice and took the stress away immediately. I will definitely be returning for any future issues I may have.

I can t recommend Mark and his team enough! Had an issue with my Mercedes which we thought would be a quick fix ended up taking much longer/more extensive but the team helped me out in price and they were very honest and communicative throughout the entire process. Thank you guys!

Definitely Won't Recommend!I don't typically don't do reviews, and prefer that the business, handles the situation properly, but when they have no interest in doing so, I think it's the right thing to do for others.My first couple of repairs there were great, price and service wise.I brought my vehicle in for a definite air suspension related issue. I paid their 160.00 diagnostic fee. They did not find anything wrong. There clearly was an issue, but I paid their fee, no big deal.I few weeks later, I brought it back in and they found the issue with a compressor, so I had them do the $1,500+ repair. They tired to charge me another 160.00 diagnostic fee, on top of the one for the same issue a few weeks prior. I mentioned that, and they took the fee off, as they should have.About 10 days later, the air suspension issue was back (I hadn't driven the car much so I am sure the issue was back right away) so I texted them photos showing drooping suspension.The issue is a bit intermittent, so some days it was fine, and some days the issue was present.They said bring it in so they could take a look. So one morning the issue was present when I left for work, so I drove straight to Bravo 4 for them to take a look.I explained the situation, and asked them to come outside and take a look at the vehicle, since you can see the suspension issue with the way that the car sits.I was not prepared to leave the vehicle, since I did not have transportation lined up. So I wanted them to visibly see the issue, maybe drive it quick so they were clear that the issue was still present; and come up with a plan to drop it off and have it fixed.After 2 trips there, and spending $1,600 + on trying to get the issue repaired, I wanted to understand what the next plan of attack to try and diagnose as well as hopefully repair.My concern was they at first, they tell me there was no issue, I spend 1,500 for a new compressor, (plus 160.00 to diagnose) that did not resolve the issue, so what would be the plan? Is this fixable? Are we chasing a ghost? Should I give up? I needed help with a plan to resolve, which I think that is a reasonable ask.They refused to walk outside and take a look or do a quick drive so verify the issue was present. The issue is a bit tricky, since if they car sits parked overnight, it could be totally fine the next day.My only option was, that I had to leave the car. (which if they didn't look at it right then, it could be fine when and not see an issue when they did)As I mentioned, I was not prepared to leave it, but wanted to get a plan together, and see if they even thought it could be repaired.After leaving it twice, and spending $1,600 and about $100.00 on 4 Uber trips to drop and pick up the vehicle, I was just asking for help figuring out what to do.They offered NO help, and zero compassion for the situation and a bit argumentative when I was trying explain my concern.I WAS a paying customer that didn't complain about the $1,600 not fixing the issue, I was just hoping they had other ideas on how we could approach the diagnosis and finally get it fixed.I'd suggest finding a repair shop that values the relationship with their customers, and it's not these guys.RESPONSE TO OWNER>>>I totally understand your response. What you are missing here is that I brought the vehicle in twice, and there was no visible drooping of the suspension, and "I got the everything looks fine to us and it all checks out ok response".I made a special trip to show the staff that my car was not right, and the suspension is drooping. They weren't willing to walk outside and take a look at it quick or drive it.The issue is so intermittent, that the car could have sit for an hour or overnight and been fine for a coupe of days, so In my mind it was imperative that they walk outside and took a look right then, help me come up with a plan to drop it off and see if the issue could have been resolved.I was just asking for help with a plan after the 2 previous failed attempts to diagnose and repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The team at Bravo 4 is top notch and offers some of the best service out there for your German automotive needs. They have done an outstanding job servicing and repairing my high mileage VW on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Bravo 4 for any job, large or small!

My Mercedes Benz E350 was misfiring and normally I don t like to take it to random shops. But after doing so extensive reviews I decided to give Bravo 4 Autowerks a try. I am not only happy with the work that they did on my car I am pleased with the time frame that I was able to get my car back in. I went to bravo just to have a diagnosis on my air conditioner. And get freon put in it on 7-28-2023 and now my fan in the car won't blow. It's comes on and stops. And my car is making a loud sound! They are very rude when to it back and nasty. Said they didn't fix anything! And they wasn't responsible. Don't take your car to them at all. The guy with short black hair is a nasty rude person! I give them only 1 !

I love this company! they fixed my steering pump on my Nissan Maxima and kept me updated and gave me an invoice. I know exactly what I m paying for& how much. They were great with communication and make me feel welcome unlike other rude mechanics. It was done within 24 hours, Insane.Thank you, Matt!

I don t write reviews but I definitely wanted to share my experience at Bravo 4. I had an Audi S4 that I took to another popular Euro Indy Shop that told me I needed a $1500 repair. I called Mark to get the work done at his shop based on the diagnostic I had received. Rather than just taking on the job for the money, he told me to bring the vehicle in for a second opinion as he d hate to fix it and have the problem return. He checked it out, found there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way. Solely based on integrity, which can be difficult at times to find in this industry, I would highly recommend Bravo for your automotive repairs/maintenance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have trust issues with auto repair shops for the fact that I really like my car, and I have had a nice so positive experience with other repair shops. However, this is now my trusted go to auto repair shop. I have brought my car here twice so far, and I have had nothing but two great experiences. Mark is honest, and will do his best to find you the best price on parts. He is thorough, and good about working you into his schedule last minute as he has done for me. I highly recommend Bravo for your car, especially if you love your car as much as I do!

Mark did a great job with my 2007 Audi A3. Car had an issue with the fuel pump which in turn damaged the cam shaft. Mark showed me the cam and explained what happened. Also replaced other important components that may have had a future issues. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic to take care of your vehicle.

I can not speak highly enough about this place and Marc as the owner. My son has an Audi A4 that needed several items done and Mark did them way under everyone else's cost in stellar fashion. I have MB ML 350 that he serviced below all costs as well and he performed work on my wife's car at a fraction of dealer cost and without a doubt better quality. Do not hesitate in using this special place. This workshop is great they know exactly what they are doing on all German cars. I took my 2005 BMW X5 for repair, they replaced the outer radiator fan, the upper radiator hose and the 2 engine belts. Made apt. to drop off my car in the morning it was ready that evening as promised. The service price was very reasonable. They are professional, +friendly, especially Mark the Technical. I was given 12 months guarantee on the repair and parts.

First time customer at Bravo and not only did they solve my problem and fix the convertible hard top on my vw eos, their top notch level of customer service surprised me. Hands Down best experience i ve ever had with any group of mechanics! Everyone knows mechanics don t like dealing with hard top convertibles and i was turned away by multiple shops.. but the good reviews brought me to bravo and these guys aren t no joke! Knowledgeable, Diligent, and Punctual are the qualities to expect when walking into this shop! I will only be coming back to Bravo for any of my vehicle repair needs! Matt & the guys rock!!! I brought my Hyundai Sonata in needing a new engine for the car. Mark works on my mom's BMW so he was referred my my family . He was very knowledgeable about the car and about how much the cost of repair would be. He kept us up to date on the repairs and estimated time of completion. I was able to get my car in about 3 days after finding the engine . Great work ! And he was able to find an engine with great mileage on it . Definitely refer to anyone in need of mechanic. Will definitely come back ! I also was able to learn a lot about my car that I did not know

Mark gives great rates and is always honest. I called and compared pricing everywhere, and I m a little knowledgeable about cars and more specifically my BMW. A lot of times auto places try to take advantage in terms of add-ons and other problems they ve found, however this shop isn t one of them. Will continue to recommend to others. Thanks Mark!

Bravo 4 is an amazing shop! Mark was more than willing to take my car in today at 4pm, on Labor Day! He had a ton of work to do, ahead of my car, and still got the job done before work the next day. I will definitely be coming back for ALL repairs/replacements in the future.

Hands down best auto repair experience I've ever had. Mark quoted me $x,xxx to rebuild the upper half of my engine after timing chain failure in my 09 Jetta. While he was in there, he also replaced my air intake manifold that had thrown a code months back. Constantly sending pictures of updates through the process which I very much appreciated. All this and came in $200 under the estimate.

Mark is simply AWESOME. We had our BMW 5 series and HUMMER serviced at Bravo and the service, attention, personal touch can't be beat. My 5-Series BMW had all sorts of issues with which Mark was able to get to the bottom of and fix WITHOUT charging us STEALership...I mean dealership prices. He doen't RIP you off...and flat out is probably one of the most stand up guys I have ever met. Unfortunately we moved out of the Charlotte area and miss Mark and his humor dearly...however if you have a car, specifically looking to repair GERMAN CARS Mark at Bravo 4 Autowerks is YOUR GUY!!! If we could give him 10 out of 5 five stars we would.

Audi A4 Avant - I have to start out by saying that Mark is a great guy and hands down one of the best mechanics I've ever met at a great price. I could tell right away he was in it more to help the customer then anything else. So most of the time I work on my cars myself but was in quit the pickle when I met Mark. I was stranded on the side of the road 5hrs from home. It was on a Sunday and didn't have a lot of options beings everyone is closed. I happened to find his shop on google by mostly 5 STAR ratings. I walked over to his shop, because I literally broke down right across the street. He was there on his day off. He said he would come over and take a look, so he was able to tow me across the street, which meant no tow bill. Then he offered again on his day off to give me a lift to the hotel I was staying at. In my book he went well above and beyond. Then he was able to get me an estimate the next day and had my car ready for me that Wednesday. Now I had traveled there for business and didn't really need my car, but that's besides the point. If I had taken my car to anyone else it may have been weeks. My transmission had went out and he had exceeded my expectations again. That Tuesday he drove a couple of hours to pick one up and bring it back, because he new I needed my car to get back home (5hr trip)at the end of the week. All I can say after all of that is you wont be disappointed. Hands down best auto repair experience ever. Thanks again Mark.

Took my bmw to him to repair ac, works perfect now. As quick as he was to get me in, and get the repair done at such a great price makes him the first Mechanic I'll call. I'm posting this review a couple of months later, because now my water pump has gone out, and as soon as 8 am comes, this is the mechanic I'm calling. Highly recommend.

Mark is the man!!.My car runs GREAT!!. I was a bit discouraged about taking my audi to any other shop other than the dealership, but I can honestly say that my expectations were exceeded!!. He is a trusting mechanic!
