Pros: Love how friendly, easy, transparent, and thorough the appointment set up was. Loved the price and process explained. Loved the electronic invoice system. The mechanic who came out was a nice young man and he worked swiftly and pleasantly for the most part.Con: The technician s assessment was that I did not need rotors replaced just the pads. And while I appreciate the price break at the time, I kind of wish he completed the job as I originally inquired and I wonder if the recommendation had more to do with it being cold that day and it appeared he brought his girlfriend along the job and wanted to get back to her and not have her waiting too long.All in all I will use service again.

Excellent experience, would definitely recommend and use again. Very quick response via text. Allowed me to reschedule without being charged. I Had issues when trying to make my payment and instead of canceling, they completed the job and processed my payment after the technician had already left.

I had a fantastic experience with Brakes To You. I texted their support number and received a response in less than a minute. It only took a few minutes to setup my appointment for the following day. The gentleman who replaced my brakes was quick and professional. This company will be my go to for all things brakes moving forward!

On time, fast, polite, and pleasantly surprised by the price for having them come to me.-Updating review a year later to say I've used them several times. Once my brakes started acting up about 6 months after service and they came out and replaced for free. Always great communication and fair price.Service: Brakes

This is a recommended service. I feel Kaleb did his job effectively. Fast convenient and super reasonable with pricing. Honest technician with vast amount of knowledge in getting work completed. The service was super convenient. I filled out the online forum on a Sunday afternoon and someone texted me within 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I had an appointment for the next morning. There was no going to a service station and waiting around, they came to my preferred location and completed the service within 45 minutes. The technician advised on services that would be needed within the next couple of months as well. I will definitely be using them again!Service: Brakes

This was an awesome expireance. It was helpful for them to come to us to do the brake job. We wanted a second opinion on our brakes, and we found the guy was knowledgeable and friendly and explained a lot to us and wasn't pushy to do extra work. We were very happy with their service.

I cannot with good conscience Recommended Brakes to you Charlotte to anyone. I made an appointment for my specific vehicle on 10/24. The technician arrived an hour late from the scheduled time. Then spent 20 minutes outside. After this the technician stated he needed to leave to go South Charlotte to get a part for the repair. When he returned 90 minutes later he stated his boss forgot to order the specific part needed for the brakes. The part would take two days to arrive and he would return until Thursday to do the repair. However instead of this he charged me for a diagnostic when it was not needed or completed.When he returned Thursday he was late. The technician stated again he was missing a part. He stated I could pay in full and he would drop by when he had time to finish. He bragged about having a job in South Carolina and a Maserati to put brakes on. We were flabbergasted our service would not be finished although we waited three days. We stated we were not paying until the service was completed. He then said his manager said he had no guarantee he would get paid, we could hide our car and try to run off on paying. This is literally our home like seriously the job was not complete. When I spoke to him about the comments he denied making them. I have cameras on every aspect of our home with sound so we captured it all. He then drove off peeling rubber without telling us if he was going to complete the service. Then came back and completed the service with an attitude. Passive aggressively only sending text messages.I thought having someone come to your home would be a luxury, beating time at the shop but, it was a nightmare. Having someone at your home who is unpredictable and now knows where you live is scary. Especially when they are rude and aggressive. Avoid at all costs. Protect your home and peace.Service: Brakes

I ve had a wonderful experience with Brakes To You, and they had an excellent communication with me prior to the service. For that day, I had to get my brake job done by the next day evening because of my work and they ve made that happen for me!!I contacted them on Sunday morning and they sent Billy the next day morning!! Billy even went to buy the parts, brake pads and rotors for me on Sunday so that he could replace them for me on Monday morning. My dealer told me it costs $850 to get the job done, I ve paid $420, and it works wonderfully. Billy was on time to my place, even earlier then the earliest time for their usual appointment times and finished within an hour.Thank you, Billy, and Brake to You!I ll be returning to get my other auto services done! This is actually my second time using this company for at home repair needs for my car. Having the option to have a mechanic come to me has been super convenient! Chris serviced my car, he was early and got the job done in no time. I was able to complete my to do list as Chris serviced my car!!! Setting an appointment with the company is super easy, you will receive text messages every step of the keeping you updated as well as confirmation. My experience with these guys was excellent. They were on time. I was told by a Midas shop that I needed new brake pads and rotors. They came out and did a brake fluid flush and refill and showed me my that pads and rotors were still good and had a lot of life in them. The mechanic recommended not changing them out at this time. I really appreciate him taking the time to show me parts and not just replacing them.Service: Brakes

Amazing!! They came to my house at a scheduled time. They were on time! Work was completed in an hour. This company is awesome. Heard about them on Facebook and decided to give them a try. The technician came out and showed me what was going on with my brights. Come to find out it wasn t Just the brakes, I actually need a new caliber and rotors. He was fast friendly, and was worth the cost of service.
