My subaru STI was in a bad collision where a woman pulled out in front of me and lied. I was extremely stressed and pensive. John at Body Pros was awesome. I was in an accident and I got screwed over by my insurance and had to pay out of pocket. He worked with me on the price and even held my car in a safe place a little longer so I could save money. He was easy to get ahold of, super friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend this place to anyone needing their car serviced. I shopped around for prices and I was given the best deal, he made sure I had the original parts and explained everything to me in detail.Service: Body & Trim

I got into a car accident they instantly reached out once they got my police report. John and Chantel was very helpful kept me updated and I was able to call them anytime and ask them about my car if i had any concerns. They got it done pretty fast and my car looks brand new. I read the reviews and usually you all are right, but fortunately I had a good experience. All thanks be to Chantal. She was on point from start to finish. My only complaint is after my car was painted I can tell it wasn't done properly because the entire inside of my car was covered in primer. I bet Maaco doesn't leave your floor mats, dash and windows a shade of gray. I would've gone back to address it but why the headache? It's not like the owner John didn't know. He drove my car out and then attempted a "quick rinse off" before handing me the keys. I believe in integrity and instead of addressing it and offering to get it out (I mean they do advertise to be a detail shop) he chose the less noble route. The repair work and the paint job was great. But when you make money with your vehicle it's important your dash doesn't look like Betty Crocker threw a flour rager. I was rooting for you Body Pros, I was really rooting for you.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. This business is very unprofessional. This business looks up wrecks in the area & surrounding areas & will call you to offer services and incentives that they do not actually provide. I WAS SCAMMED by this company & dealing with the owner John was a pure nightmare! He will charge you for replaced new parts that were never purchased. He is scamming insurance companies by lying on the estimate sheets getting their funds & not delivering the service because he is an out of network shop. When asked for a receipt for the parts used on my car he refused. When trying to communicate, my calls, text and voicemails were ignored. Please make sure you record your conversations with this shop and request documentation. He refused me of proper documentation. Check your parts for serial numbers! I am now having to have my vehicle repaired at another shop to fix his work and the work not completed on my vehicle. Please do your research or John will get over on you! You will be told that you can be seen immediately which is the first red flag, towing to & from is not free even though you are told it is and storage is not free even though you are told it is. They offer a 100 dollar gas card yet what he does is send in a revised estimate to the insurance company for that 100 dollar gas card but make it look as if there s an additional repair with the insurance companies to go undetected. You re supposed to receive a warranty for parts and I did not. Longer than expected wait, but made the process very easy - handled everything with the insurance company. Repairs on a/c compressor, radiator, and replacing the bumper are great. They "go the extra mile" with things like returning your car washed too. Good guys, solid company.

Great work and very quick service. I met with John, he gave me a reasonable quote and an appointment to have work done later in the week. He had the work done in one day and everything looks and works great. I couldn't ask for better service for a better value. Highly recommend from beginning to end they were on top of their game . Even tho I was in Winston they came and picked up my truck and just made everything so much easier. Mrs. Shontell was the absolute best hands down. In a time of frustration she kept me calm she was fast to reply to any and every question or concern I had . Any and every curve ball the insurance company threw my way she had a counter waiting every time and she seemed to always be 3 steps ahead of the insurance company at every turn she is by far the best and made my experience a breeze. Highly recommend I would definelty go back for any future car needs.Service: Body & Trim

Took super long to fix my car, my stuff was all moved around. Went through my things inside the car and trunk. Stole my change out the console. Something is super sketchy about this place. My insurance company picked them. I am currently changing my insurance. I would not recommend anyone take their car there.

I was in a hit and run on new years eve. This com p any took my car that wasn't even a year old yet and made it look brand new again. John and his crew are top notch above the rest.using their services I promise you will not be disappointed.

This is the go to shop when you have been in an accident. I originally went when my driver side was hit back in 2019 and you can't tell that there was a repair. Recently my car was hit in the back while I wasn't in the car and guess what to it over to John at Body Pros Collision to fix it plus my hood had started to fade so they got it look like new. I highly recommend them for collision/body repairs. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you need company to fix your vehicle they are the ones. They came and picked up my Telluride from my home at no cost to me. Helped me get what I needed rental wise from enterprise who was trying to get over and when it was time, worked with me on vehicle return and deductible! An absolute wonderful experience - I was in an absolute panic after my accident. Shontelle and the owner John came to my home to discuss my options because I was too paranoid to drive, thy provided concise information about the repair process, my rights and the process my insurance provider would follow. They arranged to have my vehicle towed to their facility and assisted me in getting an insurance placement. It took a little while to start the repair process but that was due to issues on the insurance company side however the Reps from the shop kept me informed throughout. The repair job was great, at pick up they went over the damages and showed me what they worked on - they allow mw an opportunity to ask questions and transparently provided responses. I am happy with the completed job and love their lifetime warranty for all repairs they completed. John was also able to provide a great referral for mechanical repairs. Thanks for the great service from all of the employees i worked with!!!!!

The body work on the car was good and the customer service with Ms. Shontell was great but I was told that I would get 2 different benefits such as gas card and was only given one also at least they could have buff the entire car for it to match the place that got repaired. I have had car repaired before from an accident and when I received my car back it was clean. I probably would not be quick to recommend this place of business to family and friends.

I have had the WORST experience here. I have had to go back and forth to this company for several issues that still have not been fixed. The owner John does not callback or follow up when he says he will.. I have a few things not dealing with my accident that were damage by his company that they've had to fix.. Along with them half assign the work on my car.. I just want my car fixed like it is supposed to. Now here it is a few month after the fact and I'm still waiting to get my car fixed the right way.

This place is awful. Took way too long to fix the problem with the car and when i got the car back there is more wrong with the car than when before they got it. The one star is for the the people over the phone they are ok but the owner is shady. Brought my car to them at the beginning of the month the adjuster from my insurance came by seen the a the car gave them a check. He cashed the check but didn't do the work for a month, talking about some he was waiting for the other insurance to see the crash to accept liability. If that was the case he should not had cashed the check from my insurance in the first place. Talking about some when the other insurance accepts liability then they will pay for it and then some. Because he took so long my insurance stop paying for the rental. He gonna say i will take care of so many days then you gotta start paying. Finally got my car back and there are Scratches on it that was not there before and the volume in the car does not work also my lights were not working. Took it back and got a new fuse for the lights after not having lights for two days but nothing got done about the censors not working and my car use to ride quieter, think they changed the windows. It was a bad experience and i would HATE for anyone to have to go through it.

I would definitely recommend their service, John did work on 3 of our vehicles. They are very professional and friendly, any questions that my husband had John always answer or called back within a day. We will continue to use his service in the future. Thanks again John-Hamilton's

I brought my Porsche Cayenne in for repair to the passenger side doors after a driver merged right into me. They repaired my doors like new within two weeks. I would recommend them for fast, friendly and professional service.

Great service provider always willing to go that extra mile for any customer. Great office staff very professional. Very friendly guys in the garage. Quality and professional work. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone. Save a lot of folks the hassle of trying to find transportation to and from the shop. As well as hassle of trying to come up with a $500.00 deductible on short notice.

Would not recommend!I was recommended this place by my mother but the communication has been horrible, there is a genuine lack of professionalism, no sense of ownership, terrible communication. I had to reach out to the owner on several occasions and where sometimes I never received a response.I was told my appointment had to be pushed back a week because my part hasn t been ordered , but the owner told me to REMIND HIM a few days prior to order the part .I reached out to the owner every day of the prior week to order the part, just to find out my appointment needs pushed back a week cause it wasn t ordered yet!LIVID ! I lost interest in receiving the service from this business ! At this point I will find business elsewhere! Extremely displeased with the lack of professionalism and poor communication!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very nice group of people and very nice business. After my accident, they made the repair process through my insurance company a very seamless experience. The work done was the closest thing to perfect I've ever seen. I definitely will be going back for any body work needs and I highly recommend them.

At the first arrival to body pros collision, I wasn't really excited about getting my vehicle worked on because I didn't think it was possible to get it back to the way it was. the sales person, Doug was very confident that he could make this happen and he did!! I got my vehicle back and WOW! Looking like new! I would have never imagine how great it turned out! I would definitely recommend body pros collision to anyone looking to get their cars fixed! They had my SUV for 3 wks and rushed to get it fix, there was paint on my viser, paint on driver side window and my mirror, my driver side door is still out of line and the rubber on the finder is not glued enough. They did a bad job, I called but he's dodging me. I would not send anyone to him. So he don't have to worry about that.

I would NEVER take my car here! I received a phone call today...over a month after our car was involved in a hit and run. The message left on my voice mail was so fast and mumbled and jumbled I couldn't understand. I called the number back within 5 minutes of receiving the voice mail to see what it was regarding. The phone was simply answered "This is Shontelle" I replied I received a phone call and was immediately asked for my name and personal information. I refused and asked again what this was regarding and who this was. She then shot of a bunch of questions asking if my vehicle was involved in an accident and was calling regarding the repairs we discussed. I once again asked what company was this and she shot it back at me so fast I had to ask her to repeat is. I then told her we never spoke to you all regarding my repairs and she got an attitude and wanted to argue with me about it. I know for a FACT we never spoke to her because we only intended on dealing with one particular company so we never spoke to anyone outside of that company regarding fixing our vehicle. I asked to be removed from their solicitations list and she wanted to argue she wasn't solicitating to me.....YES! you are and you know it! She got nasty with me and I hung up! WHY WOULD ANYONE do business with this company is beyond me and why would they ever expect to gain any customers making phone calls such as this???
