This was one of the quickest and most enjoyable experiences I've ever had at a mechanic shop. The personnel is very professional, and the job is completed in a few minutes. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and for a very low cost. I was even able to explore language differences and speak my native language with some of them. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for your rapid service!

Absolutely !!!! YES SIR !!!!!!!!!!!!! the best tires and hello your beauty of the Art in this place just a thumbs up for you all there , Let me tell you i was just driving by and I said let me get new tires in my front and low and behold the best of the best people as well as the best service and not a long wait. Highly recommended!!Very professional and friendly staff. They open late for tire repairs which is really a blessing if you are in the Charlotte area and you need a tire fixed after normal business hours.I enjoyed chattering with the owner while the tire was being fixed. He s very knowledgeable about cars. Overall, It was a pleasure doing business with this establishment

I was so pleased with the service I was provided! I was able to go in at 8 PM to have my tire patched which was so convenient. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

They did an amazing job a they stay open late so it was very convenient given the fact I waited a while for my tow truck to get to me a tow me to them. Everyone was amazing a they were so friendly a the price was really good actually . N they were pretty quick honestly agin thank you guy so much

These guys saved the day! My husband sprung a leak in a tire in the midst of rush hour traffic, when most tire shops are closed/ closing. But not them! They were nice, courteous, and fast in assisting us with a used tire! Thank you guys so much!

They are a scam !!!! They will tell you one price then turn around when it s time to pay and then charge you more even with proof of receipt! They stalled on fixing my car after hitting a sensor and turning the check engine light on . They also added their on gratuity on the card reader when I walked away after a back and forth about the price . When I called to confront them they hung up on me ! Not only but then they answered the second time and acted as if they did nothing . Don t go here

Affordable. Excellent service. Got a patch for my tire after 3pm on a Sunday and it barely took 15 mins if that. I was greeted with friendly service and I will be back for my oil change !

Honest shop, super affordable as well. Came back for a 2nd visit, especially after the 1st visit which was quick and cheaper than Firestone, and had me in and out in under 30 minutes.Would recommend this shop to anyone, also the only place I ll ever go for tires or repairs in Charlotte.

I was referred here because of the hours. I needed my tired patched or plug at 7 in the evening. My first experience was not too good. I had to get air in the exact same tire the very next morning. However when I returned and stated what I experienced they took great care of me! So I would recommend!

Friend and I got a nail in the tire and we went to 6 other shops to try and get it patched and or replaced and everywhere was closed. I googled other locations and found Bingo, it was quite a drive but they were friendly and super fast with the work. Definitely recommend if you are in a pinch. Would rate it 10 stars if possible.

These guys saved the day when my tire was leaking air last year. Fixed it quick and got me back on the road in 20 minutes. Amazing service and very friendly.

Bought a tired yesterday. I all I ask if they could fix the tired they sold me. That have a hold in it. My sensor when off on two minutes of driving off the lot. And I call in a good polite manner and ask if they would fix it. And just got and attitude. And they told I have paid 25 dollar if I want it fix. And they didn't test it. My tired wasn't wet. When they change it. So I know there lying about them testing the tired.

Great customer service! I came in super late one night and they took care of me in no time! Also got a bad used tire (it happens) that wouldn t hold air and they were very apologetic, replaced it free of cost, and I haven t had a problem since. 5/5 recommend.

The best service I ve ever received from an auto shop. Service was top notch! They were incredibly kind, fast and honest. Very very fair in prices too. I will be telling all of my friends and family to go here for any help they may need.

Took me in on a Sunday, no other places open. Wife needed a new tire to get to work and they had it and changed 2 within an hour. Good price and good tires, good amount of tread on them for the price, quick service and nice staff. No issues so far, can update in the future if anything but really glad with the service here.

Fast and fair! They patched a nail hole in my tire in no time flat - and on a Sunday of a holiday weekend without an appointment. Couldn t have made it back to where I was going without these guys! Very professional, great attitudes, and extremely helpful. For the patch and swapping it out from my dummy tire it was only $25. Well worth supporting this shop! Thanks again for all your help! I will be back!

I called these people at 8:25 and they said they re open until 10 if I get there by 9:45 they ll take care of me it was a person at my Circle K. They accidentally hit the curb and busted their tire. The kind Ness in my heart. I went out of my way to help them. I found this online and it was open until 10. Did everything possible and they were outstanding thank you so much I m going back to see if they have some wheels to fit my Jeep

DISHONEST company! On a Friday night, close to closing hours I went to get service just for my tire to be patched. They said they couldn t patch it and I needed to get a new tire. Long story short, they rammed my tire stud on too tight causing it to break and the merchant/owner did not want to take accountability or responsibility for their actions. He said he would refund my monies but didn t hold up to his promise and even tried to negotiate my problem to be fixed in which they caused with MORE MONEY. The tire they provided to me wasn t even the correct tire size so they put a smaller one on which explains why they rammed my lug nut in. I still had to get a new tire from another business and pay for the lug nut and labor of no fault of my own because of BINGO USED TIRES negligence. Quite comical if you ask me so I DEFINITELY don t recommend this company to anyone. Considering this is a family business you would think they would be more understanding but they really are just out for the money as I wasted $60.00. Keep in mind, it s not just about the money that I lost but the horrible customer retention/service. They aren t BBB accredited either so couldn t file a complaint but will gladly place my review on this business for others to be warned.

They lost my rim and put a different rim on my car then refused to compensate or replace my rim. The owner was rude he claims to have cameras but just so happens they didn t work the day of the mix up. Then when confronted he lied and said I came with the wrong rim and then said the dealership put one wrong rim on my car. Then asked if I checked my trunk, why would I do that if they never took anything out of my trunk? He said to get a lawyer and good luck and refused to give corporate information Horrible customer service from the owner. Find another tire company

Great service and they're open on Sunday! Where else can you find emergency tire service on a Sunday afternoon. I was impressed with their knowledge and how quickly they worked. Hard work should be recognized. They will be my new go to place for tires and service.

If I could give Bingo tires a sixth star, I would. They did an incredible job with my window tinting and tire service. They were the only shop open on a Sunday, which says a lot about their dependability as I needed a new set of tires for my drive down to Florida the following morning. ( The window tinting was such a great price that I couldn't help but indulge in a little treat for my car!) The owners were extremely friendly throughout the entire process and gave me a good laugh. Would definitely recommend to anyone in North Carolina!
