My car broke done on the hwy. It's old with issues so I decided to junk it. He agreed to send his driver to pick it up, but would be a bit, but never heard back after sending a text to let him know I was on the way back to the car. I called several times but no answer. I was able to reach him using my son's phone. He agree to send his driver that never called or showed up. When I called James he said he would get up with driver then call me back. He texted the driver is coming when I texted for confirmation. We waited in the dark for a pick up that never happened. He didn't call me or anything. He said he fired the driver and he doesn't come out at night, which is fine, but he didn't have enough respect to call me to let me know knowing I was waiting on the side of the highway. Bad business sir.This a reply to his reply. He keeps focusing on his age and why he doesn't go out late, I understand that. the issue is he never let me know his driver wasnt coming after firing him knowing I am waiting on the side of the highway. Of course, I was blowing your phone up, I was waiting on the side of the highway.

Almost two weeks ago Bellinger & Son Wrecker Service paid me for my car and never provided a receipt. I had forgot to obtain one and when I reached back out, they gave me run around. This business is shady. He blocked me from contacting him via phone. All I wanted was a receipt that they paid me for my car but he (James) kept ignoring my simple complaint. I warned him that I would write a google review and gave him plenty of time but he blocked me. They also did not bother to check the car to see if it had my license plate, which was also accidentally left on the car. Also beware of great reviews. This review is genuine so please beware when turning in your car for cash with this company. Very unprofessional.Service: Vehicle purchasing

He was so great! Very helpful and very fair. He was nice on the phone when other car salvagers were rude. He was texting me updates and very swift with his pick up ! He was great!

I'm am Russell's dad and I was present for the speaker phone call he made to you.Facts: You offered $275,Russ counter offered $300. You stated " I can do that". No mention of your driver was made except that he would pay us in cash. At the pickup location your driver said the value was decided by you and that amount was texted to him before he arrived. The wrecked condition was discussed at the initial phone call. The details of this transaction should not have to be rehashed. You didn't come through as promised. May God bless you sir.

I stumbled across this company during a time my son called me in distress. He had been stuck in a ditch and needed help! I was so lucky to get in contact with such a great company! Mr. Jim is the absolutely best!! He was very attentive, punctual, and showed empathy to my situation. If you are ever in need of any towing services etc. Mr. Tim is most definitely your guy!!

Fast, friendly, Painless;I called Bellinger and Son to get rid of a old car we no longer needed. I couldn'tfind the Title to the car but they said it wasn't a problem.. The tow truck driver arrived at our home at the agreed time with cash in hand and hauled the car away. What more could you ask for? I would definitely use them again if the need arises and recommend them to family and friends.Service: Vehicle purchasing

I ve had a car sitting around for years that was in the way and served no purpose. I called Cash Now Car & to see what I could get for it if they came and picked it up. Jim answered the phone and gave a good price so I told him to come pick it up. He got there quick, paid me what he said he would and now I don t have the eye sore in my driveway. Everything was smooth and easy. I Highly recommend this company.

I had no time to spare, I had to help my parents get a abandoned vehicle out of their driveway after an inspection of their property. I called Jim explained what the situation was he was there in 25 minutes as promised. He was very kind, he even called me back to tell me it's gone. The relief I felt...deep sigh... Thank you soooo much Jim, you were certainly a life saver, thank you for your kindness towards me and my parents. God Bless you!!! I will definitely pass your name to anyone needing your services.

I needed cash for my clunker. So I called Jim and he was so kind. His customer service was top notch. Never met a nicer man. Would totally recommend using cash now car and Jim in the future.

Talked to the guy yesterday and he said he could come get car Today which is Sunday. He called me early this morning and said he was only down the streetand would be there shortly...texted back and said it would be an hour 15 delay...well after 2hrs texts from another number saying the screen on his phone cracked and to send address to that phone. After calling several times asking how long he texted me back saying"quit calling that phone and to get someone else" ! Wowww...I know things happen but very unprofessional and would not recommend.

The driver or the owner of this place is very rude started yelling at me over the phone because HE took the wrong exit . HE DOES BAD BUSINESS I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here . for you to cuss me out over the phone because you had to switch your GPS? Is ridiculous to me I wouldn't even give 1 star !

These guys are the best! I was in an auto accident and and called CNC&T. They arrived in minutes and loaded my car and took it where I wanted it to go before the city could haul it to the impound lot. Saved me money and time. Thanks CNC&T!

Agreed to pay 300 and when they arrived he offered 275. I called and he lied thru his teeth. Extremely disappointed. Owner isn't a man of his word.

I would like to thank Jin for going out of his way with his time an resources to get me a set of almost new tires for my truck he saw my tires where dry rotten I haven t notice the tire man who changed them said they where dangerous thanks again Jim this is something you didnt have to do lm gratefully to you

I called simply seeing if he would buy a junk motor home as his website implies and I get this rude old man saying no I accidentally redialed his number and I get cussed and then him saying they would charge me 500 to come get it I offered it for free instead of him paying anything and he continues to cuss while I m trying to tell him I didn t even mean to call him back honestly worst experience I ever had and he should lose any kind of business license he has because it was just uncalled for the way he would treat a customer
