Customer service was great I was assisted by Teddy. I was in need of a new battery First time in an auto part store as a female & he made me feel comfortable on what I was asking for. Def recommend this location!

Purchased a part for my vehicle on December 1st. Only to find out that it wasn t the correct part after the manager Coby chose it. Tried to return it on the 2nd and was disrespected by a female employee. Her attitude was unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I was explaining to her that the part was incorrect. She proceeded to hassle me and threaten to not return my part. I called the police to have them intervene, she called me slanderous names and made a disrespectful remark about my dead mother. I left, and she had some one call my phone number from a New Jersey area code communicating threats. Upon going to another AutoZone location I realized that she had returned the part in their system despite the fact that I still had said part and wasn t allowed to return it. On the 3rd I proceeded to contact store number 0263 to resolve my issue with the part. Coby answered and kept putting me on hold. I had to call multiple times just to explain my dilemma. When I asked for corporates number he refused to give it out and directed me to the AutoZone website. After which time he placed me on hold. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and am hesitant about doing any further business with the franchise.

I went in for windshield wipers not to only find out I had a bad battery. Teddy was great he replaced the battery and windshield wipers for me.

I needed brake pads and I found the staff to be very warm, helpful and friendly. I will definitely choose them for any future needs.

I walked in a few days ago and wasn t too sure on what I needed for my 1999 V6 Mustang. After asking Coby for help he was able to find exactly what I needed. He was on point the moment I walked in. I believe his awesome customer service and professionalism deserves him a raise.

Coby provided me with excellent customer service. Not knowing much about cars he took his time to help me find the correct parts needed and helped to educate me. It s rare to find such dedicated and kind workers.

Every time I come in to this I have a great experience, they re all so helpful and make your experience as fast as possible. They ve helped me change my battery and windshield wipers, I love my this store.

very bad experience I bought my battery 6 months ago it has failed for 2 days I went to the store the girl told me that the battery appears good but it has lost energy but I could not replace it until it was totally bad. I decided to buy some power cables and in the gondola I had a price and when I paid they charged me almost double the two girls, none of them wanted to help me, they just said that they had mislabeled. I attach the photos of the prices

Thank to Coby for going above and beyond checking my battery with difficulty of my battery on 2017 Tayota Yaris IA. This made my day plenty store refuse to help me. This is my 1st car learning everyday.

I purchased a blower motor for one of my work trucks last Thursday , and I didn t work on it until the weekend when I was free. I opened the box and it was an used motor, I came to the store to return it and they said it was used. Said that s the reason why I m returning , because y all sold me and sued motor. Manager didn t want to return my money for an used motor they sold me as New, and he stated I was lying and trying to get my money back .My only idea is maybe someone did a return with their used motor and the employee put it back in the new box and put it back in stock .Really bad customer service , they need better employees to do their job right.

Never have a battery installed here. They installed a battery that was too small for my son s 2013 Nissan Altima. Less than a year later after my son s battery died I took it to another Autozone close to where he got stranded to have it checked. They indicated the battery was fine. It must be another issue. Before I could get it into a shop to diagnose the issue it died again. I was able to get the car to a Meineke who diagnosed that the battery Autozone installed was too small and the wrong battery for the car. I had Meineke install a new battery that was correct for my son s car because I don t want him stranded again. I called Autozone to see if they would refund me for the wrong battery they installed that should still be under warranty. I have paperwork and receipts to show the mistake they made. I spoke with a manager named Coby who said because I didn t bring the battery back to them it s nothing they can do. Shame on me for making sure I got the right battery installed so my son wouldn t get stranded again. If you want the wrong battery installed by so-called professional battery installers, this is your place.

Made a simple purchase today 6/4/23 earlier today realized it was incorrect item went to return with receipt and per usual terrible service. I was told that I couldn t exchange them. I have never heard that you cannot do an exchange if you have receipt and unopened item(s). I really don t know why they are still in business. Customer service a -10 if I could leave 0 stars I would.

This is a nice store, but on this trip I stop to get some oil and wait for over 40min with no help, the self check didn't work and I had to put the oil back and walk out.

They really doesn't have enough experience they could do better, you can break you head trying to explain what part you need but ,the easy way for them " WE DON'T HAVE IT " they have customers only for the promotion on TV but the reality is other otherwise I'm going to O'Reilly and surprise I find what I need autozone needs more experienced guy to do the job right not just make money every week for make the costumes lose their time

I came in the store for some sockets and the staff this morning was really helpful, Adriana helped guide me to a section of sockets on sale and they were the exact ones i needed. And it was fast ! I appreciate it

Steven/Stephen was kind, helpful, and patient with working with me - he also give me knowledge to help in the future and made sure everything was completed before sending me on my way. Without him I wouldn t have been able to get this issue resolved. 1000/10

I called to get a quote on some brakes and a rotor and they failed miserably. I got put on hold for fifteen min and I show up at the store and the girl at the front was completely incompetent and not familiar with how to look up the parts I needed. I walked out and went to Advance where they pulled up my parts right away. Y'all should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. Not good for business. I'll make sure to share my negative experience with everyone I know!!
