Kelly went above and beyond with helping me change the battery in my car while juggling other customers! Treated me with kindness and communicated every step of the way which really calmed my nerves down as I was a little distraught the events of the day! He is a great employee and represents Auto Zone well!

Saved me time, money and frustration. Barry and his team helped me quickly and efficiently.- tested my battery- answered my questions- replaced the battery, with a 2-year warranty- located and assisted with my coolant and my washer fluid- And changed my key fob batteries in both sets of keys that were tightly encasedAll within 45 minutes of my arrival!They were even very considerate and did not "mansplain" anything to me, they took care of my military discount easily, so I would also get reward points and what I needed at a good price. I'm very grateful for employees as efficient as these. I'll always choose AutoZone first.About $250 for all of that.. dealerships charge $80+bucks for a key fob battery.

Kelley the store manager was knowledgeable helpful and friendly. He put my wipers on for me in minutes. And I didn t even ask.Danny was very nice and helpful also. Quick & efficient .. Great experience

My car' oil change light came on today and I was frantic, knowing today is Sunday, all auto place closed. I called this store and seek help about the oil change as I need oil to make home before my oil change appointment next week. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, especially CHAMP. H. He was doing over and beyond to help me putting oil into the car for me to make home. CHAMP is awesome, professional, detail-minded as he was very carefully trying to figure out the right kind of oil and quantity that I needed. Super Duper right working attitude...!! AutoZone is reputable because it has staff just like CHAMP H, who works at this store diligently with TOP CARE for csutomers.Thank you for Champ's unwaving assistance to temporarily fix the oil change issue before my car is ruined without oil. Many thanksssssssssssss... CHAMP at AutoZone.. Please give him the CREDIT he deserved.. Thank you.

On 9/23 my husband and I took my car to be checked because after getting repair work the check engine light came on. The employee who assisted us was Shauna and she was amazing! She was engaging, helpful and very knowledgeable. I m less than 10 minutes she had identified the issue and fixed it and had us on our way with no more service lights on! She is definitely an asset to this location and I hope her management team recognizes this. Thank you Shauna for making what could have been a frustrating Saturday afternoon into a beautiful day- Ms Harris

I came in for oil, the guy was on FaceTime with his friend (no headphones) talking about a girl that he messes with that went crazy & how she even faked cried. At no point did he think it was appropriate to hang up his call. Tells me what his computer is bringing up for my car then where the oil was located (it s on the back wall) .like huh? I get the world is short staff but please bring back quality & qualified people .I returned my oil within 10 minutes because I didn t need 5qts

Savannah was super helpful and very nice and respectful. My truck was broke down in the parking lot and autozone didn't have the bolt I needed. She offered to take me to Home Depot in her personal vehicle and got the bolt I needed. 10/10 recommend.

BEST Team, Hands down...I have visited 4-Locations in 24hrs. I was feeling discouraged and defeated, until I met Savannah & Jamie. Savannah is Kind and Patient while Jamie has ALL The Knowledge. I completed all tasks:Battery Install & FULLY Charging A/C onsite with intermittent hands-on support & check-in guidance in an hour. The Experience made me feel more Confident & Capable that I made the Right Choice when I pulled up to THIS AutoZone. I feel "Cared for & Heard!" Keep it up!!!

I CAME IN THE OTHER DAY WITH NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR. ONE DAY IT WOULD START AND THE.NEXT DAY IT WOULDN'T. YOUR SALES ASSOCIATE SAVANNAH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WILLING TO HELP ME FIGURE IT OUT. AFTER CHECKING MY CAR SHE HELPED ME WITH THE PARTS I NEEDED. SHE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK NEXT TIME I NEED HELP.

Savannah and shawna are excellent reps here ! My friend had a dead battery and they quoted us a battery .. for one price and out of kind ness of heart . Got a little lower price in tough times .. I love it here ! Def recommend

Came in here today to buy car fresheners and was stared down literally the entire time from the time I started sniffing to see which one I wanted until I finally said something to him. Still not sure if the guy thought I was cute or about to steal. Definitely the weirdest experience I've ever had anywhere... Most people try to be discreet. He acted like if he blinked I was going to steal... He literally didnt move an inch from my view and what made it worse was he himself is black. Definitely a weird one and very rude.. Clearly he had nothing more to do at his place of employment and was looking for an issue where there wasn't one. I paid for my stuff as I intended to and left.. Nobodys going to jail over $8 sir especially as pretty as it was outside today.

It is a hot day and my A/C started to blow hot air. Sweating and frustrated I pulled into Auto Zone and proceeded to look up what my problem could be on youtube...it helped by telling me what the easiest thing I could do and it would keep going into a 30 min video ending with the most costly complicated issue if all previous issues were addressed and still have a problem. Well I didn't have time for all of that. I walked into the store with solution #1 and saw a guy on the sales floor named Rod. I drew a blank and couldn't find the words to say what I needed. So I said, " my a/c isn't working I need a can of refill and a thing that goes on top" He smiled and nodded his head and showed me what I was looking for..( I have no idea how he knew exactly what I needed but he did !). Not only that he explained to me how it worked and if I needed any help he would assist me in making sure that I did it right. That's exactly what he did.... I left that store more educated about my car and how my a/c works. Rod is a huge asset to your company. I will definitely be back to purchase any products when needed.. It wasn't only rod that was wonderful... Everyone in there had a smile on their face and the energy was positive.... A bad day turned into a great experience. Thank you autozone for selecting such great employees in general but a HUGE THANK YOU to Rod.

Everyone in the store was great today. Sales rep greeted me before I even saw him. He then went the extra mile and found my wiper blades and ranked them so I could make an educated purchase. Sounds cheesy but that s what it s all about. Will be back. Thanks!

Yesterday 1/24 we arrived to Autozone at 7:39 am to purchase a battery and have it replaced. When I asked if he can replace battery he said oh I would but right now im by myself and help is not coming in until 10am if you can wait till then, its takes 1 hour or more at time for this. At the point I knew he was just being lazy and did not want to do it, I have had battery's changed in the past and it does not take that long. Since I could not wait my husband did it and it only took 25min please keep in mind he has not replaced battery for this car in the past and we figured it out on YouTube. Meanwhile the auto zone employee is on his cell phone the entire time and still no other customer have walked through door, not even come out to help and assist shame. I get yesterday was freezing hands down Horrible customer service .

I went to autozone a week ago and thought i left my wallet at home so I left with out purchasing, what had happened was I left the wallet on the counter, I went left and was about to turn into the street, and a young hispanic guy with curly hair who worked at the store ran all the way to the turn it into me himself, knocked on the window and handed me my wallet, im so very greatful, if I could only get his name, and this happened at night all dark outside, he didn't need to go out of his way to do this but he did from the urgency in his heart, thank you

Worst customer service. I brought one item today and opened once but did not like so thought to return but person who was in counter behaved so bad and did not returned the item. Also price of the item was so high as compared to online.
