Truckers do not enter the gates with the No Trucks signs out front - you have to cut the block and deliver behind the building using Bancroft street. 1 hr to get 15 pallets unloaded at this location. Shipping employee refused to spot me while backing out into a busy street (citing company policy). Tight entrances and exits at this location.

People here are cool but truck drivers, make a right on Norris Ave and then make a right onto Bancroft Street. The dock u need to back into is situated in such a way that truning down those streets is the only way to get in the dock.

I was yesterday only for glue for the caulk gun and they make wait for over 30 min and I don t even get the product Bc was not People to get it.

This is one of the best places to get parts the staff is very respectful and the service is quick and prices are cheaper then most so please if you have the time go check out auto plus pep boys 700 west 28th street ask for Matthew
