What are you looking for in an auto inspection only business? Friendliness, efficiency, speed? You get all of that here. The man who works inside could not be more friendly. I would drive past other places to go here.

I went there today to get an inspection pulled up in the parking lot at 4:30. The sign on their door says they close at five the mechanic saw me pulling up as he was letting someone out. Didn t say anything to me, locked the door as I walked up and never came back to the door. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and he didn t say anything and left me standing at the door. They shouldn t advertise that they stay open until 5 o clock close at 4:30 It goes to show in this new day an age that customer service is a lost art. It s all about how inconvenient they all are to work. That why Robots are being made to replace these bad working habits. They don t explain. Sad to the least.

Special thanks to the crew over here at the Monroe Auto inspection location. Very timely and professional service. I was also amazed on how clean and organized the shop was. Come this way when it's inspection time. You will leave satisfied.

I drive a work vehicle that is wrapped. Which of course maybe a concern but they were happy to take my money and then only after tell me I failed when they could have looked at it. I brought this up to the man behind the counter and he could care less. Honesty is not their policy.

If I could leave a negative one Star, I would I just went to the place to have my car inspected and the dealership inspect your car with a tent on it, but these people will not expect your car, but I guess because we re black they want to be a problem so please and I refer do not come to these people because they don t know what they re doing and they re taking people money. Do you wanna charge me an additional Money to my car again do not come to these people

This is where to go. They don't try to sell you parts or fail you in order to do so. They're there to help you out, and they work quickly! Will be back next year!

Great customer service. Very friendly! Fast, no long lines. It took less than twenty minutes to get my wife's vehicle and mine both inspected and they even billed them together for us. We would definitely come here again. The waiting room was nice and cool too, great AC, with about 8 seats.

I go here every year, no second thoughts about it. You don t need an appointment, they are nice and professional. Was in and out in 10 min on a Thursday morning. Highly recommend it

I should have been doing my state auto inspections here years ago. They only do inspection related services like emission tests and windshield tinting light tests to make sure it meets legal standards. Much faster and cheaper than at the dealership. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I usually go to my regular mechanic for state inspections, but of course I waited until the last minute to get it done and they couldn't fit me in. They suggested I come to this place instead, and I'm really glad I did! The guy at the front desk was very friendly and chatted with me about Thanksgiving plans while I waited. The service was very quick, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Great place, highly recommend.

I have always brought my vehicles here aside from the one year the dealer did my truck. They are fast and very kind. I had four people in front of me and thought it was going to take an hour or so. They had me out in 15 minutes! I ll be back next year.

If time is a factor and you want to be greeted by amazing people, look no further. Steve has been inspecting my truck and motorcycle for probably 10 years. Wonderful place and awesome atmosphere. Five stars all the way.
