Terrible service obviously took them 2 hours to tell me my windshield couldn't be replaced meanwhile running around town spent close to 70 dollars Ubering to get back and forth places I need to go wow I should've went with safelite from the beginning as my mind and heart told me not to mention my glass is more cracked then it was around my review mirror which they didn't even bother to mention I woul give 0 stars if I could sheesh

The tech Kevin (I believe that was his name),was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got my windshield replaced pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Needed a window quick as my truck had been broken into, these guys were the best. They got me in within a half an hour of calling and had me out in a little over an hour. Derek and the staff was great. They did excellent work at a really good price.

I had a break in on early Saturday morning. I called around to multiple companies Saturday morning. None of them were open or could accommodate a same day appointment. I reached out to AGN and not only were the less expensive, the were able to repair my glass by 11am same day with great results. I have used the company in the past 3 other times and all of them were great experiences. I highly recommend.

This place did a fantastic job! They have fast service, great customer service, and very affordable rates! I saved so much money based on the quote and experience I had at Safelite just the day before! I m glad I went with them!

First time going to this place for a windshield replacement. Derrick gave excellent customer service! The technician did a great job! I would highly recommend anyone to check them out! Prices were competitive yet less expensive than others in the CLT area.

I see lots of people like this place but my experience was not the best. Very good people an they tried to fix problem but never did but it sounds like a tornado is in my car I have loudest wind in my car an if you put your hand up to the window you can feel cold air coming in its like a whirlpool of wind an the worse thing is I still have to pay another company to figure out what they could not but like I said very good people they tried to fix problem but for some reason could not so I'm just riding around with the loud wind in my car until I can pay another company also I have a huge space in between my window it's hard to explain but I've been to that place 5 times with same result.

I wouldn't go back here unless I want to just give out more money for more repairs and car rentals.They replaced the glass fast! However I still have glass in my car and in between the window and door panel, so now the panel isn't fully closed. I believe it'll help the next vandalism get in the door this time without smashing the window this time. Now I have to go somewhere else to get this corrected. Next time I'll just wait, and not rush to get fixed. Now I have to turn in my car to get all this addressed ..Fast forward they cost me $1291.94 to get my door panel fixed.

Completely unreliable! Paid in full for a windshield replacement. Got a scheduled appointment window of 1-6pm. For a no call, no show. Customer Service offered to call the technician for me. Lets just say there customer service is "Weak as flea piss" and I would never recommend Safelite to a friend or family member in need of timely service.

this is my 1st time ever having to get a window replaced for my car and I must say, I'm highly impressed with auto glass now.i didn't want to wait another night staring out of my window seeing if anyone would try ripping the plastic over my passenger window; worried if they'd try to steal anything else or possibly mess with something under the hood while I was asleep, so they sent a mobile tech out to install at my job! and I'm grateful for that favor.The lead manager, Derrick was even nice to me and made sure he could get someone to install it mobily for me. At 1st i was a bit concerned because my window was making a sort of loud, unstable sound going up and down;I found out a few days later a bolt wasn't secured tightly during installation, however I went back today and a really nice guy with a Harley Davidson tat on his neck tightened it for me of no charge & the windows like as if no 1 ever busted it out i cant thank you enough, auto glass now & I will return if I ever need you again.i highly recommend

Definitely a great place to get your window fixed. Driver side window got broken into. They set an appointment one day later and fixed it in about 30-45 mins. No hassle and great prices, atleast 100$ cheaper than the next!

Great customer service from front desk to techician.. scheduled appt was on time and I was not in there long. Would recommend and will use again next time I need auto window/windshield repair or replacement

I highly recommend this place if you need last minute work done! They were able to get me a same day appointment to get my windshield replaced and gave me a discount. Service took about 1.5 hrs. The front desk staff were also very nice and welcoming.

I give Auto Glass Now on Freeedom Dr. a five star. Everyone there was very nice, and my windshield was fixed in a timely manner. Most importantly the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
