Already went to auto zone n had a diagnosis on my truck, they wanted to check the cylinder bc of misfires. Informed them I had my own parts they quoted me 191 for labor. Only would give pricing in person

They are observing and informational. Only downside of Arandas Auto Service is they did leave a mess. Other than that, the guys done a great job. Will recommend, and will be coming back to get the rest of my issues fixed by Arandas Auto Service.

I called after being recommended by a friend Pedro was very pleasant easy to work with. Identify the problem immediately . Advised I was going to have my car. Towed my car on a Monday by Monday afternoon. My car was ready. I picked it up on Tuesday and my brakes are fine. They did a great job. I am now going to have my next car towed to be repaired. Highly recommended

My son borrowed my car to travel from VA to Charlotte. On the way home he broke down and I had my car towed to the nearest shop which happened to be this one. Such a blessing to have an honest shop right there. Pedro was very honest and helpful. He did a diag on my vehicle and stored it while I waited almost a week for a tow back home. He didn t charge me a penny. He even had compassion about my motor being blown. His crew even helped push my car onto the hauler because it wouldn t start. That weekend, and the month of that week, had been a hard one and this shop was definitely an answer to my prayer after hearing my son broke down 5 hours away. So I ve had two different cars both I ve taken here. They are quick, friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I ve used them for about 4 different issues, everything from AC fan replacement to battery connections and they have always been incredible. They fix my car quickly and have the best prices in town. They are clear with what s going on and are super patient when I ask questions. My Jeep is actually in the shop today, getting fixed and I have full confidence they will continue to do a great job as they always have. I dropped my car off for a tune-up on October 7, 2022. I own an older car so it was what I thought was necessary. They did the service and called me the same day, it took a couple of hours.A guy also informed me that I would need new tie rods, cool. I would get that at another time. I go to pick up my car and the passenger door is not all the way closed. The light is still on. I wasn't going to say anything because I was in a rush. I picked up my car, it's driving better.Week later. Notice my car is running hot, I'm like that's weird. It was not doing this before I had a tune-up. I just thought my temperature gauge was off. Days pass and the temperature gauge still says the car is running hotter than before the tune-up.I parked my car, opened the hood one day, and found that the coolant reservoir tank was open. The cap was left on the engine bay. I was mad because I lost coolant; this could have been a bigger issue. I called Arandas the same day and told them what happened. The guy on the phone, I think his name was Pedro. He tried to offer me another reservoir tank cap. I told him no as I already had one. It's just that one of the techs failed to put the cap back on the tank after the service.They lost all my trust after that.

Poor customer relations. Waited 9 hrs and no one ever came to say anything. My work van had been gone through, they left the exterior filthy, and it's never left there without a problem that required return. Not to mention I found a dent on the rear that was never there before.

Great service and reasonable prices. Professional mechanics and crew. I highly recommend it and it s true one shop for it all I liked how they kept me informed on my car condition and how long it s going to take to be fixed, also when they faced a problem they called me to inform me that the fix will take more time than anticipated and provide me a new time to pick up the car. Just professional work.

First and last time I will come to this place . Worst service ever . Make sure when you guys take your car to this place that they only do the services that you requested because they will come out with so much more just to charge you extra and the worst part is that they charge double the prices .

I have a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. Dropped my car off because it cut off and wouldn t start up. I was told I needed transmission fluid, a battery, and spark plugs. I m like ok, how much is that? I was quoted that for the battery and spark plugs alone, they would charge me $679!!!!A complete scam. I declined service. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they had left the keys in the ignition in the parking lot across the street. Beware of this shop. If you would like to pay 4x the amount you should and possibly have your vehicle stolen, then this is the place for you.

For a minor issue of car tire losing air pressure after few days, which I thought was because of loose tire stem valve, mechanic came out with a justification with a need to fix electronic pressure gauge and not the real issue. Don't they realise people carry tire pressure gauge in their pockets? Got my issue fixed from somewhere else.

Arandas helped us out in a tight spot!! My husband had a flat next door and they took the time to walk over there, evaluate what was wrong and told him to go ahead and bring it over! He had a tire fix in less than 30 minutes!! They were so nice and quick!! Thank you!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Stopped by to ask about a tire rotation. While they were polite and had a pleasant demeanor. They overcharge for a rotation. They do quality work, but $65 for a tire rotation is excessive.

My car broke down on Tryon Street and Arandas happened to be one of the closest mechanics. Boy was I lucky. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They recommended a tower who was efficient and kind, and when the vehicle arrived they were able to give me a diagnostic by that afternoon, which I didn't expect as they were very busy.They were very honest about what was wrong/ possible future problems after fixing it and gave me a full view of my options. I ended up deciding that it needed to be junked (possible head gasket on $1600 car). They were kind enough to wave the diagnostic, because of the situation. I was blown away. I never expected such a kindness. They were always a step ahead and communicated every step of the way.I can't rave enough. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If you need ANYTHING give them a chance. They are an honorable company.

Came here a little while back and was told by them that I needed my mass airflow sensor changed. They charged me $425 to change my mass airflow sensor. Since then I have been back to another mechanic two times. They lied to me and never change my mass airflow center and stole $425 form me. The new mechanic I took my car to told me that they never changed my mass airflow sensor at all. Please do not go here unless you want to be ripped off.

Making a trip from Texas to Massachusetts I broke down half way, I when to Firestone they said they couldn't help me no one knew how to work on my carbureted engine. Witch I actually appreciate their honesty. They recommend Arandas. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and a few of there boys came out to help push the car. A nother gentleman talked to me about what had happened and began narrowing down the problem. After a few minutes of inspiration her found the issue gave me an estimate for time. I when to get lunch got a call back. He went through what was done and the price was fair. I made it back home with no problems. God bless this company I hope you guys do well.

[I don t recommend] I wanted to leave one star but they did my struts like they were supposed to. But my brakes and rotors? No. I got brand new rotors and break pads from them and a few days after my breaks were squeaking like he**. Took the car back and they said they replaced them, it was squeaking again and they started to make a grind noise then smoke as well. I took it back again last week or so and they apparently replaced it again but now they are still squeaking lmaoooo. I think they use cheap break pads and rotors or they never replaced them to begin with.

Got in the truck this morning and the check engine light came on and it was hesitating. Looked it up and it suggested spark plug or o2 sensor. Went To Arandas based on positive reviews on google and how close it is to where I'm working. 1 spark plug and 1 coil later. Truck in and out in less than 2 hours and less than $200. Great place. Highly recommend going here first. Thanks Team Arandas!

Talking about a wow! experience. I showed up thinking i would have to leave vehicle for 2 rear hub bearing install. It was 3:30pm, they said nah, give us a couple hours or less! Only an hour and a half later, Its Ready!! Great Service, friendly people!!

Last year I took my Volkswagen GTI in to do a smoke test because of an Evap code (p0456). I told them that I had recently replaced the fuel pump. They told me that it had a knock sensor code, a leak detection pump code and that it also had a vacuum leak from an intake line. $1200 later i drove the car for one day and the problem was not fixed, the light came back on. I took the car back and they replaced the gas cap, which I had done recently anyway. After taking the car back for a 3rd time they told me that it was most likely the filler neck. I needed my emissions done and they reccomended me getting a waiver which I did. I changed the fuel pump seal myself and the check engine light went away, I they also did not replace the broken intake line like they said they did. Personally I was so upset that I didn't even bother talking to the owner. I would never reccomend anyone with a German car to have these guys work on it.

Went in thinking I may need a tune-up but was advised to have it looked at further. After review, the matter wasn't serious and it was handled speedily. Professional and simple. Appreciate Jose and staff. Check them out.
