My wife and I had a low air warning come up about 15 miles south of Charotte. We stopped and filled the tire only to find out when we arrived at our hotel about a mile away from the shop that we had a slow leak. It was friday with 20 minutes left until closing when my wife called and ask if they can help us.The owner without hesitation said, come on over, we will fix you up. The guys were great, the owner was chatting with us about about Canada since that is where we are heading back to. Nice that they stayed a few minuted past close and help us out. Great experience and highly recommend these great group of people.

Small business owner been taking my car to these guys before I had business account and they treat every vehicle as if it was there very own. Respectable, honest, and affordable service being true to its name. Best mechanics in Charlotte with serious experience only auto shop I've dealt with in many many years.

Found a screw in my tire and was losing pressure. Took it straight to this place since it was closest and they got me sorted and back on the road with a plug in under 30 minutes. Nice people.

I was told to bring my vehicle Tuesday just for them to call prior to appointment to say bring it Thursday or Friday. Did so at the same time avoiding trying to find another shop thinking they would take care of my issue. Just to be told they couldn t fix the problem. I wouldn t recommend this shop unless u have time to waste. Sad part is while I was expressing myself another customer in the chair agreed with me about the same issue. Save your time and avoid this shop at all cost.

Everyone at this place made my day, today. My engine shield had fallen down/off on the driver's side and 10 minutes after pulling in I was back out the door, with my car good as new. I didn't catch anyone's name but it doesn't matter because EVERYONE who l came in contact with was nice and helpful. Thank you for being the sunshine on my rainy day!!

May as well be called UNaffordable tire and auto care.My car was completely fine when I dropped it off and all I needed was 3 tires and my front breaks replaced. I come to pick it up and my car is making this ridiculous grinding noise under the hood that I ve never heard in my life until taking it in to this shop. The mechanic was completely unprofessional and hysterical about it. It was there all through the weekend and on Monday and THEY STILL COULDN T FIX IT. Their explanation was these things just happen and they don t know how to fix it (when they created it) I had to leave paying $900 when the car still isn t fixed so I had to take it to another shop where he fixed their negligence in a matter of 2 hours (another $200 later). On top of it, the owner believes he is not responsible for the actions of his mechanics that he s employed unreal, what a joke. I hope this never happens to someone else.

Great price on alignment. Was a little concerned after driving it for a little bit but took it back and Bruce was very helpful and resolved all my issues. I highly recommend this place for an alignment and tires!

That lady on the counter was rude all the time and lied by saying my truck was gonna be running after replacing the fuel pump. They concluded my fuel pump was bad and that would "fix my problem".So I brought them a $250 fuel pump to put in my truck. After fuel pump replacement, my truck still wasn't starting.They kept coming up with different repairs: new battery, distributor cap etc.. nothing worked. It kept going for a whole month and never could fix it.They are so incompetent and unreliable. They still wanted me to pay $257 for their time, even though they failed. This place was a big big headache! On top of that the owner wanted to keep my truck for the bill. What a loser.

I had such a great experience here that I never want to go to a dealership again. The people here are knowledgeable, helpful, and competent. I'll be going back again and I highly recommend their service.Work done was new tires, brake pads and rotors, oil change, inspection, and alignment

I went to Affordable Tire & Auto after almost being extremely overcharged by a major chain auto shop. Everyone here was very helpful and friendly and was able to get my tire changed quickly without trying to pressure me into getting any other work done. I will be back for my state inspection and any other future work needed on my car!

Bruce and his team at Affordable Tire came highly recommended to us by a well-trusted financial advisor and family friend. They found the problem behind a slow leak that had eluded other places for over a year. We had driven from NC to PA twice with a nail in our tire. They found the nail and repaired it for $19 (the tires weren't under warranty and weren't purchased at Affordable Tire). I know from talking to others that the guys here at Affordable Tire do their job right. They go the extra mile, and they do not "up-sell." When he quotes you a price, that is what you can expect to pay. Highly recommended.

I highly don't recommend this place! My experience here was unsatisfactory! The lady at the front desk has a bad attitude and doesn't care to help the customer. I had previously done work to my vehicle here and I came back to let them know the work wasn't performed correctly. Instead of coming to an agreement with me she blew me off and claimed she didn't care that I was a customer. She said she didn't mind losing a customer since she already has so many.

I pulled up at a few minutes to closing time and she pulled up and rudely stated she was closing. The other people were rude. Impatient. The woman tried to lie and say i would never find a used tire in the size that i needed and wanted to charge me $75 for a new one. Some guy that worked there was trying to leave and i was parked where he couldnt get out. She was talking to me about the tire trying to get me to buy that $75 or leave. He proceeds to back out anyway. Screaming and yelling at her to move and cursing at ne telling me to me the f*** out the way. I told her nevermind and pulled off.

Very nice, professional. Price was what I expected for wheel balancing on my 2017 Ram 20" wheels. Outstanding job. Riding nice and smooth again!!

Never take your car there on 24th street in Charlotte N C I don't recommend this tire shop because I took my car there for a alignment and they put the lug nuts on wrong and then told me I need something eles that would cost me $500.00. I had to pay someone else to replace my lug nuts and studs. I will be calling BBB and report them. My car sounded like the tire was going to come off, never go there!!!

I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me but he did an awesome job. It s rare a woman can go to a place and not feel taken advantage of but this place gave great service.

My tires were mounted inside out and I had to return to get them turned around. Many or perhaps most performance tires now are directional tires that need to mounted to go only in one direction. The tires were marked inside at the rim on the outside but were corrected and re-mounted correctly.

DO NOT GO HERE! They asked my teenager to authorize a service without my knowledge or permission. Then, overcharged me by forcing me to pay for that service.

Worst alignment service ive ever had and caused other sounds I haven't heard prior to getting their services.. dont go here.. I'm from this city and wouldn't recommend
