I don't visit this location very often but I'm happy to say that it is striving to be of quality. I'm always greeted by staff and their demeanor is quite professional. It's really great to say this because the Freedom Drive area isn't the most complimented, but good businesses like this are changing that perception.

Insanely helpful today with my battery change. We had missing parts and the next to nothing to fix the problem but the guys who helped me out knew their stuff and went above and beyond to fix an almost unsolvable issue. They did everything they could to help and got a great battery as well. Good stuff gang

I really hope this is the right store and it expresses my gratitude. I was in a stressful and unfamiliar situation when I stepped into the store. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed but Arturo was there to help me out. I briefly told him about the situation and he was eager to help. Arturo didn't just help me find the right ratchet straps but he also helped me the whole way on how to use them. I fumbled around with them outside in the parking lot trying to figure out how I could set them up and Arturo even came outside to check on me and even helped me strap down something onto my car. I can't really explain how much he helped me out that night but he was amazing. The straps worked great and I had no issues. Again i appreciate his help so much and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Someone helped me jump my car, and I called ahead to Advance Auto Parts to see if they had the battery I needed. The lady on the phone said they did and to ask for her when I pulled up. I did, and they were ON IT. They walked right out and fixed my battery super fast. Also looked like she was mentoring some younger guys on how to change a car battery, which I thought was awesome. Great experience!

I would like to thank Rick at the Freedom Drive location!!! Today Sept.5 2022 I need a new battery for my Honda Civic and he installed it in the rain as I was hold the umbrella over us. He still got soaked but he did a wonderful job, so to show my appreciation I bought him some dry clothes bc I don t think anyone would ve done what he did so 5 stars to you Rick!!!! Thank you again for going the extra mile

Today I needed to purchase a headlamp for my car. When I arrived at the store at 7:30 AM destiny greeted me at the door and proceeded to assist me in purchasing the headlamp. Purchasing this headlamp was pivotal today because, I needed to get my car inspection completed today. Destinee took her time, and explained my options in getting a lamp. I subsequently purchased a lamp from her, and she told me if it wasn't correct, I could return it. I did so, because there were a few options for me. I was able to buy the correct lamp, and get my inspection completed by 9 o'clock this morning! Thank you for all your kindness, assistance, and excellent customer service Destinee!

I needed help with my car. Aje Radix was amazing. He quickly helped me find a battery compatible with my car and assisted with installation. He and Advanced Auto were a lifesaver!

This is the laziest crew I have ever dealt with. They are trained to say "We don't have it. Before looking. Price matching turned down immediately with out comparison at all. There are people out here who need jobs and would love to come to work in Customer service every day. Please find some of them.

Great service. I just got my brakes done and nails fixed in my tires next door at Used Tires Express. They let you buy your own brake pads at the parts store and it's very affordable to have them installed here.

I went there and asked a question and the guy at the front just looked at me like I was stupid and told me to figure it out on my own. I went back and asked my mechanic and when I came back the second dude did help me out in a nice manner. I guess it was just my luck to encounter the not so good employee first.

Went inside the store to ask about a battery connection and one of the employees came out and wasn t able to answer my question but informed me that his manager was more knowledgeable about this problem than he was ( understandable ). As we were telling the manager about the issue, I can tell from his body language that he didn t want to be bothered. I said I can show what s going on with my vehicle better than what I can explain if you can step outside for 1 minuets. The manager told me he didn t have time and told me to go to NAPA auto parts. I thought the customer comes first thanks really !! By the way the manager named is Benny ( black guy/ grey shirt ) what a D#%k . Won t be going there anymore!! Benny Benny Benny

I told them my battery which was under warranty he died. They tested it and said my alternator was bad and I should go buy an alternator from their friend down the road. I checked the battery and alternator elsewhere and the alternator was fine.Shady business, laziness, poor customer service. Go to a different location to avoid being ripped off.

It always has what I need in stock and the staff are friendly and helpful. Slightly long wait times, but most auto parts stores do. For my needs, this advance location fits the bill.

I bought a part for my elderly mother in law for her mechanic to replace on her mini van. It was not needed and she asked me to return the part I went to this location on Freedom Drive with the receipt and the package unopened I was told they couldn t take the part back because the transaction was in May, granted it has been a couple of months but item is unopened and I have the receipt I am a disabled Vet who could really use my cash back or a credit on my debit card. I am really disappointed with the staff here...

I was at the store on Saturday March 30th and those gentleman treated me with the utmost respect. They really helped me out. I've never went into an Advance Auto and got the service I received Saturday. They went over and beyond to help me. Thanks guys!

Good service, if you cannot find a part ask for it to one of the rep if they don't have it , they will try to find one in another store for you
