They had what I was looking for, heat shrink tubing. I didn't need this much, but it's always good to have some when you need it. It was not crowded when I was there. I was in and out in 5 mins. The staff member that checked me out was professional and courteous.

The customer service experience we received on 11/06/21 was immaculate. Blanca went above and beyond to make sure our battery was Installed this morning. When she had a concern about the battery type she got the manager Luis to assist and he came out and was just as amazing. This is the best service I have ever received at an Advance Auto Parts. They were above amazing. We appreciate you guys more than you know.

This is my "Go To" auto parts store because of Maisy and her Amazing staff. I LOVE the professionalism, their exemplary customer service and their expertise has gained my trust.Keep up the Good Work

The 2 star rating is due to corporate, not the employees. When you go to any Advance, you will more often than not find out that you know more about the parts you need than the employee attempting to help you. If you just want wiper blades or fluids then they are fine. But don't expect knowledge. Advance owes it to their employees to train them on the parts they sell, especially for upward mobility opportunity. If someone reading this is not mechanically inclined and can't afford a certified mechanic or just doesn't want to pay the labor cost for repair, YOUTUBE and RESEARCH your issue thoroughly.

Usually this is a good store to come to and I normally get good service. However I desperately needed an ignition coil for my BMW. I confirmed it was in stock and got to store a few minutes before closing. As I pulled in I noticed an employee at the door and walk away. Went to door and it was locked. Knocked and called store, but nobody answered. If you wanted to get off early then change the time on the door. I did what I was supposed to do to accomplish what I needed. Not my fault you wanted to not perform the task your paid to do. Yet hear I am dealing with the consequences of you choosing not to do what your supposed to do. Thanks for that. This type of behavior says a lot about management. I will no longer be doing business with this store

I was trying to purchase Molly oil for regular maintenance on my car, not only The price is $10 higher than most other places, but service was horrible. The young lady there, whom I asked for assistance acted as if I was bothering her. So therefore I apologize and left.

Have called a couple of times, will not go back or call this store anymore.The woman that answered was either depressed or simply rude. Definitely doesn t need to be in customer service. Friendly people make a huge difference.

Purchased two different occasions within a week. 1st experience was awesome. Ordered online for curbside pick up. Arrived, called the store, gave the older male associate my order number and he brought it right out. Took the new part out of the box and placed my old part(core) and placed in it the box. Thanked me for my patronage.2nd order a week later. I pulled up and gave the young lady associate my order number and told her I was parked outside. She said, "OK I gotchoo" I told her I was in the van out front. She replied ok. I waited about 10 minutes and called again. I didn't go in because I had a pinched nerve in my lower back. She informed me they don't normally do curb side pick up but she would make an exception this time. Brought my part and I politely pointed to the sign mounted to their wall in front of the space I was parked. She handed me my part, smacked her lips and said if well. So I guess it's Roulette.

Looking for a super clean, staff friendly parts store? This is it. The staff will wait on you like you're a family friend. They don't care that you ask a million questions. They will explain everything, assist you with building your parts list and even help you select cleaning products if needed. Very quick to stop in and get what I need. Unlike other parts stores where you can wait in line for 10 min just to get a can of oil etc. They run a register for waiting customers so they can get in and out FAST.

This is the first time I went to this store to pick up an online order. I got a great price on line and my parts were ready when I went to pick them up the next morning. The staff was quick and courteous even though it was an online order. Not all local stores are like that. My son has been there several times with great service every time. I will be back.

Had to buy washer fluid. It was quick and easy to get all your car or truck parts. Tell family and friends to stop by and get your parts. Tell them Brian Sent ya.The Review Guru!

I work at a shop and order parts from them 6 days a week. The staff at this location are awesome! The manager Sean is very professional ! The commercial manager Jasmin is super AWESOME!!!! They are very customer service oriented and very knowledgeable . Their drivers are very friendly and courteous. A+++++

I was greeted as I walked in the door, immediately helped to find what I needed & my purchase was rung up. She ask if I wanted her to install my wiper blade & it was done. She was very pleasant & courteous. I left feeling good about my purchase, since it was raining & the service given.

Terrible experience. Go to have an Advanced Auto brand battery tested that I had bought 2 years prior online that has 3 Year warranty. It was bad. So when the cashier goes in the system for the warranty exchange, it credits my account which I bought the battery from. Well that bank account had been closed. He talks to a manager. Then comes back out front and says all they can do is put the bad battery back in and gives me a number to call for the refund. I call the number. They say that since the account was closed, they have to wait until the bank issues them a refund, then they will send me a check, which could take up to 90 Days! So here I am with a bad battery that I either have to charge every night or come out of pocket $180 for something that is a warranty item and a screw up on Advance. I do not blame the Cashier, I blame poor upper management and customer service on how they handled the situation.

Highly recommend!! Very clean store! Customer service over the phone with Quincy was pleasant. Addison provided fast, friendly and professional service with my purchase and even helped with my headlight! I felt valued as a customer!

Nobody seemed interested in working that day. I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes with literally no employees visible anywhere in the store. A employee that was leaving finally saw and acknowledged me before alerting the employees in the back that I was waiting and said someone would be right out. I waited for another few minutes before she came out visibly irritated and begrudgingly rang me up. Hopefully this experience isn't typical.

Fast and courteous service at this location. Purchased a new car battery in the price range requested and it was installed immediately by a sales person. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

I am writing this as I have been waiting for twenty minutes on hold. Advance Auto Parts. Hold please . This is BS considering I am broke down off the interstate and this is the only place that may have my part. I don t consider me more important than anyone else, and now they just hung up. I would revere the entire building staff. I have to now call them back to expect the same treatment! This is a bad situation made worse thanks to this store. I have shopped at advance for at least a decade and a half. Thousands of dollars and this is what I get

It was not busy at the time of my visit, but when I received help I initially another customer came in. I heard the cashier tell the customer he was helping someone already, but she persisted. So I was pushed aside and began to look online for the part number. I don't blame the rep because the customer was in a ita all about me mode. I cant give Advanced a 5 since I was not helped in the order I was recieved, but I understand the reps position and what he had to deal with. Customers can be more of a problem than a rep of a company can ever be, but I should have had the total attention of the rep seeing as I was there first and asked for help first

Great place to get your parts from. The employees here are always friendly and they always greet you with a pleasant demeanor. The prices could be better, and they could use more help on the weekends. There is always one guy at the counter and one guy in the back not helping.

Anytime I need help with any of my cars the staff is very helpful & professional. Bought a battery from here they hooked up the new one in no time at all and took the old one. When the check engine light comes on. They hook up the car to the computer tell me what is wrong, so if it's an easy fix I avoid an expensive trip to the mechanic.

Excellent service today during the heavy rain storms after our wiper blade flew off. The young guy who helped was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. Will stop back by again.

I have never had a problem at this Advance Auto Parts store location. They usually seem to have what we need, and when they don't, it is easy enough to go online and order it. The parking lot could be kept a little cleaner.

I walked into this store stood at the counter. Two employees were talking they didn t even bother to acknowledge me, just kept with their conversation for several minutes letting me stand at the counter. I walked out. I refuse to just stand there and look stupid and wait for you to decide to acknowledge me. Do your job. I will not be returning.

Been here dozens of times over the past ten years; the staff is always helpful and they keep the place clean. They also do not hesitate to take your used oil, batteries, etc., for recycling.
