When visiting this establishment on Friday I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from both Liz and Chance They were very patient and considerate, Liz went out in the rain several times to bring different cars so that I could look and test drive. I am very happy with my purchase, A beautiful metallic blue 2020 Nissan Rouge. Thank you so much

Where to begin...I went in wanting to purchase a 2022 Honda Civic, did the text drive and started the paperwork when I was informed the vehicle had already been sold. No big deal, moved onto a 2020 Camry SE they introduced me to. Signed the paperwork and gave them my Navy Fed check then was informed I couldn't take the car home until the check had cleared. I was told it'd take a day or two. Called two days later and was informed the process would take a week for it to clear... Only issue I was going out of town the following week. Called the store out of town to check the status every once and a while and was consistently transferred to voicemail. I had to send my little brother in the store to get a response... THEN even after I got the keys and took the vehicle home I was told the paperwork would be mailed or emailed and ofc it wasn't...had to come back a week later to pick that up. Now I'm driving a car that I find out somehow despite signing paperwork for a 21k vehicle show 21,100 instead under my account?...Oh but I did get a remote for the car bc of my trouble Word of advice. Try a dealership next door.

Love the car and the professionalism of the staff. I worked with Liz and she was GREAT!! Helped me through the entire process and worked with me on certain things to make sure the process went smooth and I got the car that I was looking for! Will definitely be back and love to work with Liz again!! Overall GREAT experience

Traveled 2 hours to get the exact car I wanted, black exterior and black leather interior, 2020 Subaru legacy limited. Couldn't find a single one at that great of a price with that many miles. Good customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I love my new car! I got a great deal with a good financing rate. Better than what my bank offered me! With gap coverage and bumper to bumper warranty for the next 80,000 miles I m set even with roadside assistance. thanks Rafael!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to Liz at Adam s Auto over the last week in helping my family look for a vehicle that met our needs. She was so helpful in educating about the different vehicles and history of each as well. Liz helped us make a great choice in a pre owned SUV and was so instrumental in helping think about our budget and securing financing with her colleague on a Saturday that met our needs. I would highly recommend looking at Adam s Auto Group for your next vehicle and ask for Liz. Very patient and thoughtful and nice with each customer.

I don't often like to write reviews until I have tried out the product and see how it goes from there, that being said I will update this review once I get to actually use my vehicle. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Colorado 2 days ago extra cheap and its understandable the price for the mileage and usage of the vehicle. The truck is nice and Lizz was the person helping with the whole process. She was attentive with the application process. We were able to pretty much do everything through text messages as I wasn't able to use my phone much due to work. It was a 2 hr drive for us to pick up truck and when we arrived we were able to test drive truck right away so that was a plus.I was a little hesitant because the check engine light came on and the truck had 3 all-terrain tires and 1 regular tire, the check engine light was checked and manager said he would replace the o2 sensor causing the check engine light but being the vehicle is a As-Is purchase the tire was not replaced to match the remaining 3 tires. So that being said, we decided to go ahead with the purchase and knowing the o2 sensor would be replaced, I was satisfied with that. The rest of the process was good and we were able to go ahead and sign everything and be on our way.So again I'll come back after the work has been done on the truck and I've had a chance to actually use the truck. Thank you Lizz for your help.

Very great experience with Adam s Auto Group. The vehicle I picked is the one I was approved for they even got me approved with a low down payment and lower interest rates. I recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here. They have great customer service experience overall.

Warren at Adam's Auto was seriously the best help I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I was looking all over for a Honda Civic Hatcback with a particular body style. Warren helped me not only find a vehicle that was right for me, but helped with down payment and financing payments that work for me. He went above and beyond to put me in the right vehicle and communicated with me over the course of a week to find what I was looking for. Even filled the tank up for me and I had jokingly told him it was a no deal if I didn't have Lemon scented air fresheners in the car on pickup and he actually went and got them! It was well worth the 5 hour drive all the way from Kentucky to pickup my car and meet him in person. Adam's Auto Group was nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new car.

Let me just say I brought a 2020 Hyundai palisade from this group. The gentleman that helped me was named chance. I m all the way in Myrtle Beach and he assisted me by doing everything online and phone and when I got there he made sure I was taking care of. This man made miracles. Needless to say I have had the car for a month now I had a hiccup or two but when I tell you chance was on it quicker than a car would snatch a mice. Thank you for all you have done. Also to your staff for being so patient and getting to you when I needed! Look forward to sending everyone to you!!!!!!

This is the first review i have ever made and i had to do it bc i feel played. I talked to these ppl all week about a vehicle and the day before i was supposed to come and see it they tell me not to come because the owner was driving the car and they didnt know when he'd have it back! Damn near had a buyer but not anymore thats just bad business imo. Good luck with your experience.

The team at Adams Auto group at Independence are excellent. They are respectful and ready to help you find what care you need. One of the employees Tyree helped my daughter with getting her car. He is very professional it has wonderful customer service. As a whole our experience was great. I would recommend them to my friends and family. They are great.

Robbie White is the man with a plan. He consistently helped and made sure that my requests were met. The staff is friendly and the manager, I assume shook my hand. Made me almost feel like family was taking care of me.
