Hands-down, the best hidden secret in the Charlotte, Metro area, knowledgeable, hard-working, and down to earth car care. I have had several cars worked on and can t say anything other than good words about this business and the man that owns it. If you re looking for honesty and quality at a reasonable price. Definitely check them out. You won t be disappointed.

You will never find a better, more honest, and trustworthy mechanic than Brandon. He is so honest and fair. He is also so knowledgeable. There are many more car mechanics much closer to me, but we continue to go to Brandon because he s so good at what he does and trustworthy and you won t beat his pricing. I am a DIY auto mechanic and Certified Aircraft Mechanic, I needed to get some A/C work done on my 2005 Mercury Montego, but have no reason to spend $3000 on an automotive AC machine. AJACC were able to get me in short notice purged my system allowed me to put the part in real quick and refill the system back up for $100, that is a good price overall for me since my system was a little low and he topped me off. I would highly recommend using them cause they are reasonable and when it comes to finding a mechanic I like small shops with people you can talk to... you know what I mean on the spectrum of people you have the know it all guys who want to tell you what the problem is before even doing a diagnosis and are real arrogant then you have the people who you want to give your money to like AJACC they listen, and are honest!

Went to several mechanics in Concord who tried to take advantage of my car ignorance before I found Brandon. The AJACC team were like super heros! His team had excellent customer service. Brandon was honest, educated me on what and why a part was needed. Repaired my car and I was able to pass my inspection. I will drive to AJACC any day, excellent service is better than local convenience!

Brandon took care of my car exceptionally well!! I had been several places including the Nissan dealership, each place charged more money on a maybe fix of the problem. None fixed the problem. After 3 months I found Brandon and he properly diagnosed and repaired the problem, first time looking at my car!! He knows what he is doing, he s honest, fair and reasonably priced! He didn t try to suggest unnecessary things to charge more money. I m overly satisfied with this place! He did so well with the first repair, I took it back for my shocks, struts and wheel bearings. AGAIN, he did an exceptional job! This second time I picked up my 11 year old car, it felt like the day I bought it again!! GREAT JOB!!! I went to Brandon because I was having trouble with my engine. I was advised I needed a new engine. Brandon gave was realistic with me with the price, and all it would entail.In the end, it was a warranty replacement, but Brandon was fully prepared to do all he could to make my process as easy as possible. He is always my go to car guy .

Customer service was excellent. My car needed an oil pan, and wheel bearing and was repaired in a timely manner. The price for my repairs was the best quote I had received for the repairs I needed.
