These guys are real crooks. Stay away from them at all cost. I went in to have my radiator fan looked into and one of mechanics told me it would be 80$ just to find out what the issue was. He plugged the diagnostic tool to my car and within 10 minutes he knew what the problem was. The fan was "burnt", and it would cost 500$ to replace. I told him that would be too much and he told me I could get the fan and he would install it for me for 80$ per hour. He also told me the 80$ would come off the final price, that it was that expensive because he had to remove the radiator and that it would take approximately 3.5 hrs...BS, I did a quick search on Google and found a video of how it is done and the whole process only takes about 1hr and the radiator does not have to get removed. The following day when I went back with the parts they kept me waiting for 3 hrs and did not even touch my car and before I left the owner told me the diagnostic fee was just 40$. When I told him his other mechanic told me 80$ his face turned pale. He knew his guy had lied. Then when they finally got to work on my car all they did was cut a connecting switch on the fan and reconnected it with electric tape without the switch and charged me 240$. Stay away from these guys...they are low life crooks....

Poor communication. I feel taken advantage of. Took more than two weeks to replace distributor, spark plugs and coil. Alfredo was reluctant to explain his diagnosis and didn't call me for 5 days at a time, nor before doing extra work. My car did finally come back running, $425 later, hence the 2 stars.

$35 for A oil change. Overpriced definitely. They don't have a set price the guy looked at my car and took a guess to see what my reaction would be. You can tell tell their scammers

These people are scammers. Be careful with this business. They will lie and charge you for something that wasn t broken. When I went to get a check up on the car, they put a different wind shield that wasn t mine and broken. They had to made me pay for it.

Do not go to the shop. They can't even do a proper alignment took the car back they still couldn't do the alignment. The Windshield wipers they replaced when I got my inspection flew off on the highway the first time I used my grandmother could put on wipers. You go here and you will feel victimized

I recommend them 100%. This workshop is excellent, honest service and reasonable prices. They did a great job with my car .Se los recomiendo 100%. Este taller es excelente, servicio honesto y precios razonables. Hicieron un gran trabajo con mi carro .

Muy mal servicio.no lo recomiendo solo me robaron mi dinero.lo lleve por algo tan simple como el aire acondicionado.me dijeron que le cambiaron el compressor de aire pero nunca le cambiaron nada.solo me robaron mi dinero y mi carro sigue igual.o peor que antes.si ban perderan su dinero.ya que no soy la unica que le a pasado conosco a alguien que le paso igual pago por unas partes nuebas.para su carro y resulta que le pusieron usadas.son un desastre.aparte de todo los empleados tiene muy mala actitud.ese taller es el peor de charlotte.son unos ladrones.que coraje que estafen a las personas que nos ganamos el dinero dignamente.no es justo.que asco de taller...

bad opinion they had me a week to fix my car in the end they did nothing and about that they charged me 80 dollars for a part that is a scam I don't recommend it to anyonemala opinion me tuvieron una semana para arreglar mi carro al final nada hicieron y sobre eso me cobraron 80 dolares por una pieza que estafa no lo recomiendos a nadie
