I absolutely love the guys. They are always nothing but patient and kind with me and they always get the job done this last time. I came and got my car fixed but when I picked it up, it was still doing the samething They did not let me leave until they got my car right I highly recommend these guys I recently moved across town but I will travel 1,000,000 miles to them. I m not going anywhere I will always bring my car to these guys. I love them. they don t try to take advantage of women because they don t know anything about cars. They are awesome.

Do Not USE THIS COMPANY!!!!This company charge me $1500 to fix my power steering, a thermostat, and a alignment. I drop my car off for two days they called me to pick it up said the car was fixed I ll pick the car up power steering still not fixed and the car was doing the same thing It did before I brought the car to the shop. I make videos, I call the owner, call the shop we make arrangements for me to bring the car back. I take the car back leave it for two more days. I call at 5 PM the first day and ask what was the outcome the worker says the technician wasn t there for the day so they need more time. I live around the corner and I regularly drive by so the next day I drive by around 4:30 pm and see my car is still sitting in the same spot I parked it in. Looking like it s never been moved. So I go inside the man at the shop says they drove the car for one hour one day and a half hour the next day and didn t find any issues. So you know that was a lie because I called the previous day and the technician wasn t there all day, so who drove the car for a hour? But I took my car cause they once again said it was fixed.. I knew in my heart it wasn t but I took my car told them if it goes out again I want my money back!!!! Woke up this morning to take my nephew to school guess what The Power Steering went out . This company does not care about the quality of their work or the safety of the customers. Please be careful maybe they are treating me this way because I am I women they think I don t know any better?I wonder did they even do the alignment and thermostat? Back at the shop again for the third time this am worker says I ll have to wait till owner comes to get any resolve concerning my car Service: Steering & suspension repair

A&J provided a quick Coolant Temperature Sensor (which affects the relationship of the radiator & the engine) replacement for me. I had the part and A&J did the work for $100 in about an hour or less.

Came here to get my brakes done a month ago, was fine for the first week until they started to make a loud scraping noise. I took it back in after it kept making the noise and they told me it was just the brakes getting broken in. After it has continued to make the noise after an entire month, I took it somewhere else to get it looked at and was told they used cheap and wrong parts to do my brakes, which is causing the noise and I need to get them replaced again. I paid for the full service only to have to do it all over again a month later because this shop wanted to save money on some cheap parts. will not be coming here again and would advise no one else try their luck with this place either.

Horrible experience, I was a happy customer for about a year getting oil changes at this shop but I will NEVER return. I got an oil change and the next day my check engine light came on, got my car looked at by a friend and he told me the oil pressure sensor needs to be replaced bc the person who did my oil change put way too much oil in my car. I came back to the shop 2 days(closed over the weekend) later asking to get my car looked at and showing the guy there the diagnostic code results and he basically shoed me away saying it s just my sensor. So a $40 oil changed tuned into a much bigger price. I will never return and have told all the people o referred to this shop not to return either.Service: Oil change

I went to get my head light replaced and the process was quick and easy. Julio even sat down with me and showed me which car part I needed to buy. That meant a lot since I don t know much about cars. I got the part ordered, brought it in 2 weeks later and it didn t take long at all for them to fix it. I was surprised. My driver side head light (including light bulbs) was quickly replaced and before I knew it, I was on my way back to work in no time. Also, I would just like to add that it might be helpful if you call ahead and set up an appointment if you want to get your car fixed. Just to ensure that they are available. Other than that, they are great and affordable. Highly Recommended.

Paid almost 200 for them to put a new battery in, a month later my battery dies only to discover they put a used battery in. I didn t know it until the tow guy came to give me a jump and he told me it was definitely used.

They are good.... Prices can be hit or miss base on what you get. But the owner cool and he will try to work with you. Good place!

Went to the closest place possible when my transmission started slipping and I'd do it again! Definitely hate to hear any bad news about your car, but it was refreshing to have a mechanic (Julio) that reassures you and let's you know what is happening step by step. Tire repair was done very fast and efficient and was at a reasonable price. Owner himself took care of ensuring my tire was back in working order. Am referring a friend who just had a flat to A&J as well based on the excellent service I received.

Excellent service!! Luis was the technician working on my vehicle which had an electrical issue dealing with my speedometer and climate control switch not working. He diagnosed it and in 30 mins voila everything was back to working conditions perfectly and haven't had any issues. Great customer service definitely will recommend more people to this place. Thank you Luis!

Great service. They treat you like family and they are willing to help you at any needs. Prices are reasonable and different from other location. They are always on your service. I get all of my vehicles here to get an amazing treatment and service. I will recommend to anybody to come here.

Poor communication on estimate and final pricing. Overly priced for job. $100/ hour of labor isn't the issue. It's the length of time to actual labor needed that was outrageous.

I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. I feel like they were trying to over charge me. Weren t very friendly. I decided to go somewhere else instead.

Who don't know about cars or mechanics stimates and who wants to get rid of the money for nothing then just go to this place, they I'll charge for any drop of oil that goes to they hands., I'll Not recommend this at all

My car wasn't starting and not being from Charlotte nc I don't know anyone who fixes cars so I called these guys they came out towed my car they work on it until they figured out what was going on fixed it and got me back on the road. These guys are worse than criminals. They did not want to check the problem with my car after they fixed it and proceeded to call the police claiming I was a difficult customer.
