Ephram and Asmelash were great to work with. They stayed in constant contact regarding repair status. They did incredible work on my car. I only had it for 45 days before I was rear ended and I think the car looks better now then when I first got it. 10 out 10 would recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed. Thanks guys for being so helpful!

Hi, my name is LaWanda Mason and I was in a car accident in Dec. When I tell you this was the very best, professional team I have ever worked with. Ephraim was supportive, personal, and cared about his quality of work from day one. He kept me informed and helped me to understand the process working with insurance companies-- what to expect, what can be done, and how it comes together. He worked with me from deductible to repairs making sure everything was cost effectively met. I feel as if my car is in better condition now than it was before the accident. His body work and repairs done to the car was superb!!! I can't say thank you enough

This was my first experience with auto body repair in 36 years of driving (first accident). My insurance representative recommended A&E and he was 100% correct. Ephrem and staff were great to deal with, extremely personable and professional. I had a minor issue with my headlight after I left the shop and they took care of it on the same day. I highly recommend A&E.

Ephriam did a perfect job fixing my car! I was a little nervous because my car is newer and I wanted to trust the quality and he did wonderful work. They were affordable as well which I appreciate. Calliber wrote me an estimate that felt like a rip off and Ephriam took a look and quoted almost half of that. I cannot recommend enough. Some people didn't like it that they reached out after an accident I am happy that they did though its just being proactive with their business. They were very easy to work with and I appreciate the job well done.

Ephrem was AMAZING!! I reccomend his services to anyone! He did such an amazing job repairing my vehicle, and when I picked up my car he even had washed and detailed my car! He stays in contact with updates, and finishes the work on time with flawless results! 10/10!

Ephrem and his crew did a great job on Mercedes Benz. It was a pleasant experienceI will definitely be back.And for someone saying that they texted him, your accident report is public record. They are being proactive to get your business. That is not low practice, this is the 21st century marketing

If you want quality work, and an integral experience then you need to bring your vehicle to A&E Auto Collision and Service Center! Ephram and his team restored my vehicle to look brand new after my accident. They are truly professional men of solidarity and trustworthiness. Wife wrecked the car, and Ephram and his team worked with me on the cost, and repaired and painted it right on schedule. Great job and it looks great. I hope I don't have to use them (or anybody else) again, but if I do, I'll be right back over to A&E.

These guys are true professionals - they know what they are doing and have now worked on three cars for me. Each job was done perfectly and on time. They are courteous and very customer-minded and their prices are fair. I highly recommend A&E!

This establishment is very professional and respectful and will go out of their way to please you. Highly recommended. FYI:If your car is towed they will get it and bill you!!! Who does that?? They do;) Ephrem you are the best!

Great service, got into a car accident they did a great job fixing my car, it s silver and the color matches perfectly. Towed my car to the shop and handled everything from there. 10/10 great service would recommend.

It took a little longer to get it done than predicted but they got it done right! This was my first accident and they came out of no where to find me but they really took care of me and went above and beyond. I appreciate them so much!

I have never been here but I received a text from this place. I pretty positive the only way they got my phone number is by scouring accident reports. Pretty low practice if you ask me.

Worst experience ever got frame work done paid $700 and this my hood is overlapping my bumper and I cannot get these guys to refund me I would not recommend no one to get work done here
