2Topia Cycles went above and beyond customer service when my Vespa wouldn't start a few weeks back. They responded to my questions after hours on a holiday weekend, helped me get my bike in the shop, and kept me updated on the status/work being done to resolve the problem. Thankfully, it was minor but my bike runs a lot more smooth now! I'm very grateful to have found them to service my bike and to have an honest and dedicated business in the Charlotte area. Thank you!

This place it perfect. Bill spent a lot of time with me on the phone prior to purchasing a Vespa with relatively high miles, checked it out prior to purchase, then did a thorough service and preventative maintenance since we did not have great service records on a 2006 Vespa LX150 with 23,000+ miles on it. They did it all for a very reasonable price, clearly enjoy what they do, and my bike is running perfectly after service. They even went above and beyond and offered to help with logistics since I needed inspection prior to registration, and did not yet have a motorcycle license. It felt like I was bringing my Vespa to friends at a quaint neighborhood shop, rather than unknown mechanics. Highly recommended. Do not hesistate to bring your motorcycle or scooter here!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Bill and Nate are very professional and great guys to talk to that know a lot about bikes. They took amazing care of my bike. I went to them for the first time to replace my chain and sprockets and I will go back again for sure. Like the other reviewers said, this shop is legit and the best experience I've ever had at one. I recommend anyone looking to get their bike worked on to go here. You will not be disappointed.

In practically the same week, I had brakes done on a 2011 Monster 796 and bought a 2012 Multistrada Pikes Peak they had up for sale. They did a great job in my Monster and were able to save my rear rotor despite my riding on thin brakes, cleaned her up nice. Nate and Bill are honest guys, do great work and are straight shooters and give great advice. Won t take my bikes anywhere else, I d give them 6 stars if I could!

Bill and Nate run a great shop. They know their bikes -- mine is a BMW R1100R -- and they know how to keep your bike riding safe. Their pricing is completely honest. I highly recommend their work to anyone who cares about their bike and who wants to know that the work is done right the first time.

These guys are great. I'm new to the area and needed some work done on my aging Triumph. The work was timely completed, I got updates during the process, and all with very reasonable pricing. Their support was great too--after the charging system failed and I picked the bike up to ride home, I got a call from Bill checking to make sure that all was well and it hadn't died on me again.I'll be using 2Topia for any future work I need done without a second thought.

Nate is awesome. I dropped of my poorly running Ducati s4rs that I bought as a non running project. I took it as far as I could without being able to scan it. It is difficult for me to let anyone fix anything for me as I am an automotive technician and have fixed nearly everything myself my entire life. After a recommendation from a friend and Ducati telling me they were backed up 2 months I decided to give 2topia a chance. I couldn't be happier. The pricing was fair and my bike now runs amazing. It truly is now a Monster! Thanks guys

2Topia Cycles built my dream machine! I cannot thank Bill & Nate enough for the work they did for me. My bike rides, sounds, and looks spectacular thanks to them. They finished the work fast, and I appreciated their suggestions and expertise. I will definitely continue to bring my motorcycle there for service, and recommend anyone else do the same.

The crew at 2Topia are top notch folks who really know their stuff, and more importantly (IMO) are true enthusiasts who get their customers. They do awesome work and also really take the time to listen to what each customer's needs are. If you have a European bike these are your go to guys!

These guys did a great job troubleshooting and fixing my '01 monster that was running poorly and venting fuel. They fixed it up quickly and for a great price. I got the bike back running better than it ever had and they even went the extra mile by cleaning it up and addressing a little bit of corrosion. Great guys who know their stuff

I have a 1977 Yamaha Xs750 motorcycle and I've been using these guys since 2009.Nate and Bill are the best of the best. Their knowledge and attention to detail is unsurpassed when it comes to my vintage bike as well as diagnosing some my friends current bike models. If you need good motorcycle service and 2 great friends that love bikes check them out. Love these guys! @2topiacycles.

I have a 2002 Honda Shadow Spirit 1100 and I'm a beginner female rider. The guys at 2Topia Cycles are really great, super nice, and detailed in their work. They take the time to show and explain to me anything they end up fixing or needing to fix. Any time I have a problem, or even a question, they address it swiftly and have helped me get my bike just right! I highly recommend this shop!

I have a 2000 Suzuki SV650 and this is by far the best motorcycle shop experience I have ever had. Not only did Nate and Bill fix what I needed them to fix, but they also took care of the small things like: fixed turn signals, gave me a new clutch lever since mine was broken, and adjusted everything on my bike. They also took care of me on the labor side as well. The guys that work there are very knowledgeable and down to earth. They are not out to get you at all. I highly recommend this shop to every motorcyclist in Charlotte and the surrounding areas!!! By the way, I am an experience rider, can fix a lot of things myself and also know if I am being told lies in order to increase their sales. So please, go to this shop with all of your motorcycle needs. . . You will not be disappointed!!

I own a Ducati 748 which I love dearly! I am very very picky about who works on my bikes, and have had a bad experience with another shop prior to finding 2Topia Cycles.I visited 2Topia prior to dropping my 748 off for service to check out the facility. The shop is absolutely awesome, more like a small European motorcycle "candy store!" Just walking in you get to see a few very cool bikes!!!! Nate and Bill are the real deal European bike lovers and treat you like a friend immediately. You can see the passion these guys have for the bikes and customers! We talked about the service I wanted, and scheduled a day to drop my 748 off. When I dropped the bike off we again discussed my needs and was told they would do a complete check up on the bikes to make sure everything was perfect and call me with information on a time frame and needs. Bill called me and said everything on my 748 checked out great and my parts were on order. When I arrived to pick my bike up it was fully detailed and ready to go! 2topia is not only THE place to go for European motorcycles, THE place to go for the highest attention to detail their prices are MUCH better than you will find in other shops! Please go check out this shop- you and your bike deserve it! I would give them 100 stars if I could! I'm a customer for life!

2Topia got my 1975 Honda CB750 cafe racer in shape for riding after I purchased it earlier this year. It needed some pretty extensive work and they did such a good job. They communicated along the way what the road blocks were and the progress they were making. They encouraged me to come in and chat about what they were doing. I really liked this. I don't know really anything about bikes and they taught me the key things I needed to know and helped me get acclimated to the bike. They always had time for me when I needed them. They took a little longer than we all thought it was going to take, but it was all about waiting on parts and dealing with unexpected challenges with the bike. They always kept me in the loop about what was going on. These guys care about what they do and when they were finished I got back a bike that runs great and looks beautiful.

After years of trusting the dealership with Triumph Bonneville, I decided I'd had enough and went to 2Topia per the recommendation of some friends. I dropped the bike off and heard back in 3 days. It was fixed, tuned, and running better than it has since I bought it back in 2011 - for a fraction of the cost! 2Topia has earned a customer for life here. I will never take my bike anywhere else!

Very happy to have found these guys. Excellent service, extremely knowledgable, overall a pleasure to do business with. Did great work on my Ducati Monster 1100, next will have them bring my old BMW F650 out of moth balls. Highly recommend!!

I just had my bike refurbished at 2Topia. It has simply never run better. Working on motorcycles isn't just a job for Nate and Bill They love motorcycles, and take a special interest in each project. After getting frustrated by poor craftsmanship at other shops, and eventually not being able to find any mechanic who would work on my classic carbureted bike, I found 2Topia. Finally! A shop that really takes pride in their work. Thanks, guys.

I do my own service and I admit I was reluctant they could help me. Gladly, I was so wrong. These guys did an amazing job getting my Monster sorted out. She was plagued with running issues for years. It took a little longer than I hoped but it was at the height of the season. The bill was reasonable at pick-up but after riding it a bit I realized I got a bargain. I hope I don t need service again but if I do it s coming here.

I just had my BMW K1600GTL serviced at 2Topia and all I can say is a big THANK YOU to Bill and Nate. The work was done right and the bike had not been this clean since I drove it home from the dealership. I could not be happier with the attitude and the service with 2Topia. If you live anywhere near the Charlotte vicinity, you should let them service your bike. You will not be sorry.

Took my 2002 BMW K1200RS in for a leaking rear main seal that was dumping oil on the clutch causing it to slip. I received a quote from Nate and Bill that was roughly $500 to $700 less than the BMW Dealers that I had check with. So, I decided to have Nate repair the bike. The estimate was for total rebuild of the clutch assembly, replace the slave cylinder and the rear main seal. When I brought the bike in I already had a trip planned so time was of the essence. I'm glad to say the bike was completed on-time and the cost was as quoted. The trip was about 450 miles and I had no trouble. These guys are GREAT and deserve a look if you need a repair!

Recently moved to Charlotte from up North. Was looking for a shop that could work on my 71 Norton. Found 2Topia on the web. Made an appointment to get the bike looked at as I just bought it a month before the move. Nortons are known to be quirky and you need to know what those quirks are - or you're going to get yourself in trouble when you tear them apart. In PA, I had a nationally known British bike shop look at it the day I bought it. I told them about numerous small issues and when I got it back they said "that's the way old Nortons are."NOT THE CASE with 2Topia. They took their time, worked from front to back and corrected everything I was worried about AND corrected several other issues they identified. I brought several parts with me that were web recommended. They told me "those are good but you should be using these instead". Then gave me a detailed explanation why. Not trying to sell me their stuff as the parts weren't theirs. They also found several leaks I missed.Got the bike home and it drove like new. 1 kick and it was running, much better acceleration, clutch smooth and light and much better braking.Exactly what EVERYONE looks for in a bike shop. A company you can TRUST, mechanics who are knowledgeable and do great work. And aren't afraid to tell you that you can't always trust what you read on the web.Another benefit of moving South. Finding 2Topia!

When the Aprilia dealer closed five days after I made an appointment to change the drive belt on my Mana 850, I thought I had a five hour drive to get the specialized service that was required. I reached out to the Aprilia community, and received a great recommendation for 2Topia. Although Nate & crew had never performed this rather unique service, they had all the tools, diags, and experience with Aprilia to take this on. And they did an excellent job for me.

I came in for an oilchange because i am on the road alot and didnt have time to service the bike myself. These guys went above and beyond checking, cleaning and lubing the bike and making sure that everything about this bike was 100% good to go. I am so thankful that i found this place and will continue to use them to service my triumph from now on

Good motorcycle shops are hard to find. Great ones are nearly impossible to find. Then there's 2TopiaCycles which has got to be the greatest motorcycle repair shop in the enire world. I've never felt so comfortable leaving my motorcycle with someone. These guys went above and beyond to get my bike running right and charged an extremely reasonable price! I can't recommend these guys enough. If you're in need of a fantastic and honest bike shop then 2TopiaCycles is the place to go.

Nate was very helpful and friendly to service my bike, great communication. He gave me some advice about maintenance, since I'm a beginner. I wish I would have a triumph, to visit this place more often. If I would grade 2topia from 1-100,it would be 99.

I wanted to give a big shout out to 2 Topia Cycles for the excellent work they did adding modifications to my 2011 Triumph Thunderbird Storm. Nate and Mike did a outstanding job adding Dave Platt catbypass and performance mufflers, they removed the airbox from bike(not a simple task) added a British customs battery mount kit which is required when removing airbox. Doing the above requires remapping the Furl Injection. Nate downloaded the perfect map for the bike and now the bike has about 14 more horsepower. The stock bike was fast before. Now it runs like a bat out of hell. When hitting 5K rpm's the bike starts breathing and sounds like a racer. These guys are the best ! I had spoken to 2 other shops about doing this, 2 Topia was the only shop that was genuinely wanted to help me. These guys are awesome !
