Zach the manager with a beard was very personable and I felt comfortable/confident with the job done.I had been there before and yes their service is a bit more expensive but the staff and management make it worth it.I also want to thank the guy who was in the pit doing the work because he made time for us without an appointment with a positive attitude.I am a classic car guy and I have been working on and racing cars for over 20 years.These guys know what their doing.

To the white guy that works here, I apologize for having to call out your race but I didn't know your name to differentiate you from your coworkers because this review is about you. I wanted to say thank you for what you did when I came there with my two daughters and the price was different from what you quoted me. You didn't even have to do that but I just wanted to say thank you. A lot of people run to Google to write a negative review when they receive a bad experience. In my opinion I don't think we as people including myself giving up praise to people who deserve their flowers. You deserve it sir thank you again.

Eli, Shaq, and Dave were amazing. They were attentive and quick. Their service was amazing. Just got serviced today, and they were all so nice. Excellent service. 10 outta 10 would recommend!

The whole team there was awesome and the hospitality was top notch. Even the (tall) new guy did a great job, I was in and out and on my way, this will be my new normal spot for minor vehicle maintenance.

Called at around 3:30pm on thursday. Got an immediate answer and was told there was no one in line and they could take me for an oil change right then. I got there at about 3:45 and as promised, I drove up to the little garage and parkeed my car. They did a full service check on my vehicle for free and did not try and throw random problems into the mix so they could charge me more. They fixed the pressure in all my tires, which I was not able to do on my own. I stayed inside of my car and before 4pm, they were done with everything! Everything was done so timely and professionally. Special thanks to Aj and Zach too for helping me. I will definitely be coming back.

I went in during my lunch break and they were able to get me in and out in a reasonable time. They were very respectful and explained everything I needed without feeling like I was being taken advantage. 100% recommend !

When I arrived there were several cars in line to be serviced, and three techs standing off to the side talking. It didn't appear that anyone was working. This was at about 10:30 a.m.About 10 minutes after I arrived they actually started working. Weird for 3/4 of the staff to all go on break at the same time when there are customers waiting.

Excellent service today! They inspected and serviced my car quickly and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Jules had great customer service and was friendly and professional. I will be back!

This place is terrible. I do like the guy Eli, who took care of me, but the friend that he was working with was awful. I forgot the guy's name, but I do not recommend going to this Valvoline late closing time. That is part of my fault. They close at seven. I did arrive around 6:10 p.m., but the one guy did not want to work on my car. He did not want to go to the bin. He did not want to do my oil change. That s all I wanted to do; he was just a terrible worker. I do not recommend going to this place where they don t do the job like they re supposed to, and you should be getting what you pay for.

The service was so unprofessional! They didn t check anything under my hood or tell me what fluids were low. Normally the attendant will show me my air filter, check my fluids and top them off, and also my windshield wipers. I had to ask for all these things to be done. They assumed I wouldn t know I guess because I am a woman. Then one of the attendants tried to tell me that the last time I got my oil change was last year. I assured him that this was not true and that I could pull up my receipt from my email. Then he made the smart remark that oh I guess my computer is lying to me he eventually somehow found the correct date that I was just there 2 months ago. No apologies for his mistake. I will never return to this particular location. I ve never been the type of person to leave reviews but it just seems like customer service is getting worse and worse. These businesses are just hiring anybody. I work hard for my money and if I m spending my money with your business I should get descent customer service. I ve been a customer with Valvoline many years now and never have I had an experience like this one.Service: Oil change

They were super friendly and super helpful! I went in for a basic oil change, was out in 10 min and even was given some great information about where to get tuneups for the more advanced things needing to be replaced in my car. It really seems like the attitude of the mechanics there is to empower customers.

First off, I originally had an appointment for Pep Boys, the auto service right next door, for 11:30AM but it wouldn t be another hour or two until I get my car in for just a routine oil change! Luckily, Tony the shop manager for Valvoline told me that his guys could pull me in right away. And they did!The service was exceptional and they made sure to check all the air in my tires as well as the coolant and washer fluid. You don t even have to leave your car! 10/10 would recommend if you want a fast, easy, oil change or service.

The service is fine if you can deal with truly unhinged men who come yelling and screaming into the parking lot. Obviously, not worth it for an oil change. Left and went elsewhere.

This place is the friendliest place I have came across service wise in a while. Shaquille was very friendly and helpful he had a great personality and very friendly hes honest about wait time and got me in and out. I will come back to this location for every oil change as long as they keep the friendly staff they have. Definitely recommend giving them a try.Service: Oil change

I got an oil change at this location. Everything was fine until I got home and discovered that my car was leaking oil. I returned, and they informed me that it was leaking oil and that the O ring inside the filter had broken. They replaced it, installed a new filter, and performed another oil change. I was there for an hour and thirty minutes. After a while of driving, the car began to smell like smoke. I had to take my car to the dealership for an inspection, and they informed me that there was oil all over the place.Staff was nice but I will never go back as it was a really bad experience.Service: Oil change

They got me in and out! Oil change, 15 minutes total time spent here! The convenience is fantastic! I love that I don t have to get out of my car!Shaquille (not from the NBA) lol, was so delightful. He was kind, funny, and professional! I will be returning. I think this will be my oil change destination now!

I love a drive-thru oil change place, so I go out of my way to use Valvoline in Chapel Hill. The service is quick, I hardly ever have to wait, and I regularly get coupons to my email that knock between $10 and $20 off each service. I look forward to continuing to return!

I'll never visit this shop again! The staff needs classes in anger management to say the least. Why so much yelling? Plenty of other places to try instead. Geesh!

I pulled up with one car in front of me and was in the bay in less they 5 minutes. The staff was courteous and the check-in was easy despite having a coupon. I also liked staying in the car while they were changing the oil and not having strangers in my car. No hard up-sell for filters or such. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Nice place and will be back.Service: Oil change
