I went to Lloyd s for an oil change and tire rotation. They were easy to schedule, did the services quickly, and charged me a reasonable amount. I would like to add I went in there as a woman and the receptionist quoted me a reasonable price, and also followed up with a text after the service that I will most likely need new brake pads next time it goes in for an oil change. The staff never tried to charge me for unnecessary things. The staff was friendly, and if I wasn t graduating, I would use them again for my next car service.

This is a great local business! I was treated wonderfully by the front desk receptionist. I am satisfied with how well my car was repaired. Even the tow truck driver they recommended did a wonderful job. I will add this company to my "must use again" list.

Friendly peopleHonest to work withAnother tire shop said my almost new tire with a nail in the tread was not fixable and I needed to replace it. Lloyds suggested they check it out and try. Repairs cost me 1/10 cost of new tire.Thank you Lloyd s!

Lolyd tires is my go to place for anything related to car, be it Emission certification, changing tires, routine maintenance, light change wow! they are the best in the field and they know what they are doing. I also have to tell they are worth every penny you spend and they do not rob you like other car dealership in the area. When I had to change my head light Audi gave me a quote of $600, I went to Crystal asked her if she could fix my headlights if I can get her the bulbs and she was so generous she waited two days for me to get the bulb and charged $67 labor charge alone, I am so grateful I met such a genuine person and of course her team is awesome and the best in Chapel Hill.

Had my oil change and inspection. Very timely (less than an hour) and amazing customer service, reasonably priced as well. Let me know about possible future maintenance without pushing extras. Can t go wrong!!

Great 1st experience! Made an appointment to get a tire repaired within a couple of days. I showed up on time for the appointment and was in and out in the time promised! Doesn t happen that often these days . They were able to fix my tire saving me about $150 over a new one I ll be back!

Great SERVICE 10 out of 10 ! I felt comfortable leaving my car here . I m an out of state student and I do not trust nobody with my car . However my leasing agent recommended Lloyd s and I m so Glad I took my car to them .. They are QUICK, have CLEAR COMMUNICATION & no Hassle whatsoever! I will define back ! Thank yall once again !!

When is took my car in for an oil change and inspection, I was told that my brakes needed to be replaced (pads down to 1mm). This was two days before leaving for a road trip. Thankfully Brett was able to work me in the next day and I had new brakes by noon!

Excellent experience. Brought car in for a trip check. Got appointment easily, car was ready in less than an hour and very reasonable cost. No up-charging. Have had several very good experiences here. They are going to be my new repair shop.

The folks at Lloyd s Tire were super accommodating and helpful when I got a flat tire and had no idea what to do. They took care of my tire within a day and I was able to be back on the road as soon as possible. Friendly staff and great service, would definitely recommend!!!

The best personal service. They have been taking care of our cars three years, and our cars always sound and feel good after. They don't pressure you for unnecessary work. And they accommodated an unexpected emergency during my last visit without any ado. Would recommend them to everyone!

Got my car work done quickly and well. Did not overcharge me and I value that a lot because I am a college aged girl and I figured they would attempt to sell me more because of that and they did not. I felt respected and will absolutely be returning.

Lloyd has personally been a wonderful find in Chapel Hill. I used to only service my car at the dealership. I grew frustrated because they were not able to diagnose a car problem after taking my car multiple times. I decided to give Lloyd a try due to a word of mouth recommendation. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I ve gotten multiple services at Lloyd since then and I couldn t be happier. My car runs and feels better than ever. I don t plan on taking my car for services anywhere else.

I have used Lloyds Tire and alignment for many years. They are very pleasant, professional and responsive. They also are reasonably priced and do not try and upsell you on every visit like Chapel Hill Tire!

With much being lost in Chapel Hill with its new midrises, disappearing restaurants, and packed intersections, having small companies who have been here for years makes all the difference to this senior. Lloyd consistently provides reliable service, coupled with good communication throughout the process. I recommend them highly.

I did the four-wheel alignment and the replacement of the front brake pads and rotor at Lloyd, and felt that their service was really thoughtful and considerate of customers, and the price was very reasonable. I will have to do maintenance here later. Highly recommended!

Excellent and fast service, they always work me in when my inspection is due and I ve procrastinated. Pricing is fair and communicated clearly. Keep an eye out for the single largest, fluffiest dog I ve ever seen helping out behind the counter.

Lloyds was great. A sign of a good mechanic is when they choose not to do a service. Lloyd s did not just do an alignment and have me move on they inspected my car and pointed out other suspension issues that were causing my problem. I wanted to fix the suspension myself and they didn t charge me for the inspection and just asked that I come back for an alignment when I was done. I will be back and I would recommend them to anyone
