This company Is extremely professional they came out the next day after I put my claim in through my warranty company. The tech is very nice and very considerate and very detail oriented. Also spoke to the gentleman, Chris Res who is the owner. I do believe I would recommend them, and I am so glad that they got my Buisness will definitely recommend them to others.

This company offers amazing service . I had never used them , nor had I heard of them but found them online. I needed fireplace gas logs service. They did a great job. Removed logs , cleaned logs, vacuumed entire firebox and replaced lava rocks, embers. The service guy was very professional and polite. I received text messages letting me know job was completed and thanking me for my business. I ll definitely use them again and recommend to others .

Technician Cameron was the perfect professional..Knowledgeable, informative, and solution oriented..He went right to work and fixed the problem with a/c unit in a timely manner.. Extremely rude and not willing to work with customers about scheduling. Whoever Taylor is with the company should really work on her customer services skills.Update: The owner, Chris, reached out to us and we have settled the situation. They sent 2 technicians on consecutive days to fix our unit. We are pleased with the outcome.

My tech brandon came out to work on my heat. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem and was able to repair it and get my heat back on. Would recommend this company to anyone having issues with their air condition unit.

Had a little issues at first but they sure did come out and resolve my heating problem!!!!! Faulty nest thermostats!! The gentlemen were very professional and got my heat working!!! With the weather warming up, we noticed our AC was not cooling the house. Our home warranty company assigned us Comfort Experts LLC and we couldn t be more thrilled. Our replacement parts came in quickly and the tech, Blake, was kind, courteous, and got the job done in a timely manner. My heating system has not been functioning properly since the winter. I didn't stress because I knew summer was rapidly approaching and I wouldn't need it until late Fall. I decided to have it checked out before I really needed it. Blake arrived on time and took his time to properly diagnose the issue. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. I was very pleased with his service. He gave my system a good diagnostic, repaired a minor issue and it was running fine when he was finished. I ve received service from Comfort Experts twice now. Typically I don t even leave google reviews but the first service with Patrick was extremely professional, he explained what he was doing and what to do if we had issues in the future. The second time, a completely separate problem and Blake came out and fixed it. Again, very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend this company and Will, my assigned technician. They are on time, efficient and to the point. They send you a picture of who will arrive at your door! They have great communication, are easy to coordinate and follow up the next day! (Thank you Debra!)I use AHS and have been burned by other HVAC companies. Most do not know how to write the reports to AHS to get work done or cut corners. 1 visit, and AHS approved ductwork repair. The previous company took 3 months and then cut corners and defrauded AHS and me. I plan to ask for Comfort Experts, LLC and Will for future work. Thank you!

My home warranty sent them to my home. From the start, I kept telling them their was an issue with my upstairs unit. First visit it was an issue with the circuit breaker. Called them back again and they came. They said it was probably the vent which I changed. Called them again with the same issue and they claimed I needed a part. They installed the part, and called them the very next day with the same issue which was Thursday. They stated the soonest they could send someone was Monday (unacceptable) I have been very patient and accommodating on all the visits. I had my home warranty send someone else. They came and immediately identified the problem. I called Comfort Experts and explained the issue. I was very calm as calls are recorded. I explained how the new company said the unit is frozen. She insisted it wasn t because her technician took photos. I explained I m going to have the new company write up a report and when I asked her (the owner) if that occurred in a day she hung up! Called my home warranty to file a complaint. I m going to continue to escalate the issue because instead of offering an apology she was rude. This has been going on over a month.UPDATE:Thank you for your response. I most certainly was hung up on mid-sentence. I have no issues sending you the ppwk of all the issues that were caught immediately after your work. The question I was asking mid-sentence before I was hung up on was So the build up of all that ice happened in one day?) She was very rude. I encourage you to listen to the call as I believe they are recorded. No need to email. I am working with my home warranty on a complaint. I would like to include, a simple apology for the complete runaround could have alleviated a lot of this. Please let me know if you would like the report from the new contracting company as you have my number.

I would recommend Comfort Experts, LLC to anyone needing HVAC work! William arrived on time and he was about the nicest and most pleasant repair person I've ever dealt with. He diagnosed the issue in no time, and had it up and running again, and my upstairs cooling just as quick! Thank you so much for your help today! If I could give zero stars I would! I have been dealing with my ac not working since last summer! If you have American home shield please make sure to ask for them not send these people out. They have came to my home about 5 times and my issue is still not fixed from last summer! I had a time block on Monday and I missed my appointment while I was picking kids up from school which I understand but I called and was told they would be out Wednesday between 1-5. I had someone else pick up my kids and waited for no reason !!! Because I was never rescheduled. So my rental people reached out and are told they won't be able to come out until Monday!? Wow! Now I also called and asked for a call back and I'm still waiting for a call back! UNBELIEVABLE The ac anytime it needs to work IS HOT ! and they keep pumping it with Freon which hasn't worked anytime they do it or if it does for a very short time !!! It is hotter inside my house than outside and my house is uncomfortable and I've been dealing with these people since last summer ! If you have a choice pick someone else to repair your ac issue because they don't fix it. And don't seem to care either. At all. I AM BEYOND DISSATISFIEDUPDATE : from the original post they have been out to my home 2 more times and still have not fixed my issue. As stated before this company is a joke. I cannot believe a part was ordered for the unit and then a week later it comes in and is still not fixed.Update: my unit is finally working and working better than when I moved in. I won't take my initial complaint about my wait or how the front office people were to me! They could deff use some skills in customer service ! but I will say Chris came out and was very helpful and nice. I will say once it got to him it was almost immediately taken care of. He even made sure I had air filters. I was angry as mess about how long it was taking but I will say Chris handled it and was professional. If everyone had his customer service skills I think the business would have been better I'm updating my review bc He really did take the time to fix things and to fix the issue so my complaints were not ignored but he took care of the customer and that's all I can ask for.Thank you Chris!Service: A/C system repair

We used their service a couple of times through our home warranty company. We think the technician Mr. Williams is great. He is patient and easy to work with. However, we are having a difficult time scheduling our appointment. We sent a recall request for our AC repair because apparently the issue was not fixed. It has been 2 weeks and we still don t have an appointment scheduled. I called 3-4 times to follow up. But we never got either an appointment time or a call back. I understand it s harder for them to schedule me in for an 3-5pm window. The only reason why I asked for that is their technician kindly mentioned just let them know I am a teacher and they are more than happy to work with my schedule. I was really glad when I heard the technician told me that which actually made my day that day. But when I really called to schedule the appointment, it seems the scheduling lady and the technician are not on the same page.I will call them again tomorrow and in hope they can come out to fix the issue before our AC completely dies in this weather.Update: They scheduled us in for this week and the technician came out on scheduled time. He checked our AC thoroughly and explained to my husband that everything actually works fine just we have an older unit.Overall we have good experience with this company.

Very professional , the owner took time to come out and personally take care of what another hvac person wronged. They are very nice and make you feel at ease from the first phone call to the person coming to your home. As much as I can NOT stand this state. This is the first company that has put me at ease . Once again the only way to get this company's attention is through a bad review. Back in June my AC broke, it took them 2 weeks to come out and "fix" the issue. With their incompetence, they did not fix the issue and it took another two visits and each visit took about 2 weeks to schedule. So after 6 weeks and the temperature being 85 degrees inside the house, I wrote a review. Immediately the owner of the company addressed the issue and came out and actually, to my surprise fixed the problem. Well, now we are back to square one, the AC broke again and it took two weeks to schedule an appointment. Just received a call, and said that they are changing the appointment date for another 3 days. These people are the most inconsiderate company I have ever met. They forget that people have actual jobs, and canceling half a day for them is quite complicate especially when you are in the military. I STRONGLY discourage anyone form ever using this company. Lack of professionalism, lack of empathy, and lack of basic human decency.Service: Heating system repair
