Joe, Kate and their entire team at Suspension Solutions LLC go above & beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME!!I run a Vintage & Exotic Car Rental Company. Our entire business depends on our cars performing optimally at every single wedding, event or movie shoot.We take our fleet of cars to Suspension Solutions LLC for all maintenance and repair work.I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for Highly Skilled, Knowledgable, Expert Mechanic, Detail Oriented & Friendly Service.I cannot say enough great things about them and look forward to using their service for many years to come!ps. 5 stars isn t nearly enough!!

I m never going to bring my car anywhere else. The team at SS are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Joe was able to completely bring my car back to life after 3 other mechanics could not, and charged me a very fair rate. I trust his thorough workmanship and know I got every bit of what I paid for. Both Joe and Kate are good people and honest to a fault. The whole process was a pleasant experience, and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Joe is just simply amazing! I come from a Automotive back ground myself. I don't trust anyone other than him to work on my vehicles. When you call, Kate will likely answer the phone and is Awesome to work with. She is Very knowledgeable in the Industry and will guide you correctly in repairing your vehicle. They have a great team built to service all of your needs. Give them a call and you'll thank me later.

Brought in my classic '69 Dodge for a front-end alignment... Joe went right to work and got it dialed in, drives great ! He knew exactly what to do on getting this old car driving straight...Suspension Solutions was the only local shop that said that could do it, so if you have an old car, feel confident that they can do it right !Service: Wheel alignment

I encountered a tree limb blocking my lane on the highway and it did some damage to the undercarriage of my car. Suspension Solutions quickly got parts ordered and kept me and my insurance adjuster in the loop the entire time! Joe and Kate are extremely personable and knowledgeable and make it very clear they care about your vehicle being repaired perfectly. If I ever have another incident like my tree limb or need any suspension modifications done I will return to this shop!!

Customer feedback is beyond exceptional, emailed for a quote in the late evening (hours after they had closed that day), received the quote within an hour and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.Jose is great at what he does, he treated my aftermarket wheels as if they were his own while mounting the tires, no scuffs or marks from the mounting machine like you would get at some places. He also did a great job on the alignment, which needed to be custom done without the alignment rack due to the width of my wheels.Quality work at a great price, they even honored the original quote despite my alignment requiring more work than they previously thought!

Were able to book me for the next day after submitting a request on their website. They did a great inspection and found an issue I didn't know I had, as well as a dealer recall I did not know about, even providing me with the documentation for in order to take to the dealership. Pricing was more than fair. The front desk receptionist was very polite and professional. Overall, the best experience I have ever had at a car repair garage.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Took my car in for strut replacement. Everyone I worked with was helpful and courteous. They let me know I had a bad axle and were able to get a replacement the same day.They helped to work around my schedule and I highly recommend them. Great service.There were also some shop dogs which were friendly and helped me pick up my car. 10/10 would pet again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Our company has worked with Kate & Joe, owners of Suspension Solutions, countless times over the years. They are always my "go to" for any mechanical repairs/questions. Their customer service & expertise is exceptional! I trust these guys more than most dealer service departments; not only for our customer's cars, but for my own and my daughter's as well! I am truly thankful to have come to know Kate & Joe and of their incredible business! I'll never go anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repairs.

Great work comes out of here. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best mechanics I've ever worked with and had the pleasure of learning from. Kate is very friendly and great with customers both are great owners and great people. Jose is also very skilled and knowledgeable. They're a bit hard to see from the street but once you find them you wont be disappointed

Joe and Kate are wonderful. They are extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I decided to go with them to replace my truck's shocks after reading other Google reviews. I had a great experience working with Suspension Solutions LLC. I had my new 2018 F-150 outfitted with aftermarket shocks (Bilstein 5100's) to level the front end of my truck. After calling and talking with Kate, it was apparent that they knew what they were doing and had plenty of experience with aftermarket suspensions for trucks (some other suspension shops in the area were not familiar at all when I had called). The family that owns the place seems very friendly and were helpful when I was there. The work seems quality and the alignment that I had done is spot on. Great service and a fair price.

Joe and Kate are a great team. Both are knowledgeable about suspensions and cars in general. I took a vehicle to them for a "second opinion" about something I'd been told by a dealership. Joe was not only able to refute the dealer's claims about what needed to be done, with photo evidence, but he gave the vehicle a thorough going over and identified several other problems (some of which I already knew about, some of which I didn't) and gave me detailed recommendations for what he would do, and in which order, if it were his vehicle. I highly respected both his and Kate's knowledge base and their ability to communicate effectively. I will definitely be back.

I had my 2018 mustang gt aligned here. It is lowered and has aftermarket camber adjustments front and rear. I called around 2 pm and Suspension solutions was able to get me in the next morning and they got my car done before lunch. They hit exactly the specs I gave them without issue. I recommend this shop and plan to continue to use their services for my car and the rest of my vehicles.Service: Wheel alignment

I want to say from the start that my experience on the phone with Kate as very reassuring and professional, upon my visit to the shop and meeting Joe that was the fun part. Meeting someone who is knowledgeable and professional is the greatest thing when having an auto issue. Suspension Solutions you guys are the Best. I've been taking my vehicles to Suspension Solutions since they opened their doors and I've never once been disappointed. I've had everything from basic tire mount/balance to complete A/C system replacement performed at SS. Every time Joe and his team have performed the work in a timely manner with excellent customer service and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs.

I ve known Jose ever since middle school so I always go to him to get my new tires mounted. This time I had vinyl wrapped the wheels so was afraid not to get the wrap damaged but of course Jose took extra care of the wheels and the wrap was perfect after the new tires were mounted. Other shops cannot guarantee the wrap won t get damaged and they just don t care honestly. Jose and Suspension Solutions are always professional and the other staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to take my business to them!

My experience was a lot different. I found the counter person to be obnoxious, unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable. After hitting a curb, I brought my 1998 Mercedes to have it aligned. I was given an estimate for over $3000 citing many bent parts that needed to be replaced. The car could not be put into alignment. I then brought my car to AAA. I paid just under $90 and they aligned it and saw no bent or worn out parts. It's been over 6 months, and the car is still running fine. When I showed this to Joe and demanded a refund of my $120, he adamantly refused. Not the kind of place I would ever bring a car to, but you be the judge.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using suspension solutions for several years and I have to say, what a great place to come for quality, honest, and knowlegable work. Joe and Kate are very personable, they have even done work based on a budget for me. They communicate excellently when things don't go as planned and are always willing to do what ever has to be done to ensure your vehicle is safe and reliable before you hit the road. I recommend them for anyone who wants the job done correctly with excellent customer service!

Brought my new Miata in for an alignment with some custom alignment numbers.I originally came with two sets of numbers, some more "street" oriented, other potentially more "track" focused, not knowing which would be best (despite as much individual research as I could do), and was hoping to get some additional thoughts/recommendations.Joe is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and he was able to discuss all kinds of details regarding how I wanted my car to handle. He helped me find the balance between my skill level as a driver, handling, and tire longevity. He even offered for me to call him when I plan to get tires replaced so I make sure I get the right ones for my use case! That's service, man!We chatted a while in the shop and he strikes me as someone who would never encourage or push something on you that isn't going to actually improve your driving experience (esp for the money!). If you need advice, he's the dude to ask!All in all, If I have ANY suspension-related issues or questions, I'm coming here first, no question.Service: Wheel alignment

Amazing Service! During the recent snowstorm my car slid around a corner and I hit the back left tire on the curb. The tire ended up being cocked to the side and the car was essentially not driveable. I gave Suspension Solutions a call and Joe was really helpful in explaining what might be wrong. He was able to take a look at it the same day and gave me a quote by the end of the day (I feel like most places would let the car sit a few days before even looking at it). Rear control arm and sub frame was bent (ouch!). Anyway, they fixed my car on schedule and now it's as good as new. They even threw in a free tire rotation! These guys are awesome!!!!!! Highly recommend!

Best mechanic shop in the triangle. Good prices,. Best service you can get. Joe, Jose, and Kate are the absolute nicest people in the business. No nonsense or BS from them either like all the chain shops or dealers.

Suspension Solutions is the BEST place to take your vehicle for any form of Suspension work. They have exceptional attention to detail, and their customer service is impeccable. Kate, in particular, always goes above and beyond for her customers and I trust them 100% to perform any work needed. I would highly recommend them to any and all who will listen - they truly are an incredibly run business. They are thorough, and explanative, and will not try to take advantage of you. They're workmanship is unmatched any where else.

I drive a lifted Tundra and had some abnormal tirewear and also observed some things that just didn't sit well with me anymore - things the dealership couldn't get right time and again. Absolutely best in expertise and customer service. Highly recommended shop.

Everything about this business was great! I drove 1 hour 10 minutes & they did not disappoint. After taking my vehicle to two dealerships that could never find the problem, I took it here & Joe found the problem within no time. He even showed me the exact problem. I took it in again for him to repair another issue. I don t mind the drive or the time because I received quality work along with professionalism. I will not be taking my car anywhere else.

A few months ago I had a problem with wheel vibration with new tires, on the rear of my Dodge Dakota pickup. The original shop was unable to fix the vibration, nor could a second shop (for more cost). One stop at Suspension Solutions and the problem was fixed, for less than the charge at the second shop I had visited.Quick, efficient, and Joe and Kate, the owners, are friendly and personable. Also the coffee and the Wi-Fi are free.This week, I took a friend's car to have an overheating problem fixed. Joe dug deep into the possible causes of the problem, difficult to diagnose because of conflicting clues. Following a few hours of detailed analysis, a diagnosis was made, and recommendations for a fix were made. Stellar diagnosis work on an older car, at very reasonable cost. Suspension Solutions rates a perfect "10.0". Kate and Joe always make it plain that they consider every customer to be important to them.

I had a great experience with an alignment with custom wheels that don't fit all adapters. They did the work quickly and within specifications, and the price was right! Will definitely go back!
