Phil is the best of the best. He truly has so much knowledge, works quickly, and made a special exception to see my car on a weekend. I will be returning for all my Honda needs. Not often you find honest, exceptional work like what Phil provides. Cannot recommend enough.

Phil is probably the most honest, friendly, and knowledgeable mechanic I ve ever met. He seems to have found his passion and cares for your vehicle as if it was his own.On top of that, his pricing is good and quality of work (attention to detail, not skipping steps in the process, etc.) is outstanding.Would highly recommend, especially for enthusiasts!

One of the best mechanic shop in Raleigh! The owner Phil has been great to us and our vehicles. We take all of our vehicles here for repair/maintenance. Omiya also carries Motul.Update: Phil is still the man and we use Omiya for all of our vehicles

Service was good. $69 for 2 quarts of oil and tire rotation, not bad. Wait time was onlyan hour. Screws the dealerships...so that's nice!

Couldn't be happier. Took my Ridgeline in for a transmission fluid and oil change. The owner checked the entire truck over and gave it a good bill of health. The best part is that he didn't absolutely rip me off like all the Honda dealerships were going to. It was about half the price in comparison.

Omiya is awesome! The shop owner is very knowledgeable, and extremely personable. He's helped me out with everything from minor repairs to full conversions and engine swaps. I couldn't recommend it more.

Really knowledgeable owner who checked over our Honda Ridgeline after we towed a trailer 2700 miles for our cross country move. Reasonable prices and worth the drive to Cary from NE Raleigh. We'll definitely be coming back here if we have any issues or when we need anything else done.

Phenomenal Customer Service, Efficient and Prompt Delivery and Cut Rate Pricing ..I can t say enough about the knowledge and customer centric approach that this auto repair shop delivers. I brought my 2013 Honda Accord EX-V6 in for high mileage service. Malik travelled from the busy congested streets of NYC to NC and outside of the dealership local to my home we had never had him serviced at a private garage My husband found this GEM when I needed state inspection once transferring my plates over and we decided to take a stab at bringing him there after reading all the wonderful reviews.I must say we and Malik are NOT dissatisfied ..my baby drives like she came off the showroom floor .I will definitely be using this shop for all my future needs trust someone who knows what a deal is and the efficiency can t be beat ..thanks again you have a customer for life!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have never had an experience with Omiya/Phil that was less than fantastic. He's incredibly knowledgeable on anything Japanese or American but can fix anything.His knowledge is broad and specialty in tuning is awesome!DEC2023 update: still only positive experiences at Omiya.

Really they are amazing guys, they are dedicated to help even if you don't have appointment and has urgent issue, they are there for you and I like that they new what to do, they are provisional. I refer some of my friend to them and never disappoint them. Thank Omiya keep the good work.

I am extremely glad to have found this shop and have been doing business with them for 3+ years now after I had moved to this area. Phil and the rest of the team are super knowledgeable, hard working, and above all else, super honest.I have brought all of my cars here which include domestic cars (Mustang and Corvette) and euro cars (F Type R) and have always had great experiences. In total I have had close to a dozen various installs and have never had any complaints about their work!The team is also great at advising me whenever I had some questions about a particular build which shows they are willing to go the extra mile. One of my favorite visits was when the team helped me fit some 305mm rears to an already lowered S197 Mustang. All of us were worried about it rubbing but they did such a good job with the install that I am happy to report that 5k miles later after a year of hard launches that the fit remains perfect!TL;DR: If you are a car enthusiast, definitely check these guys out even if you have a (commonish) domestic car. If you are a non car enthusiast, then check these guys out because they have overall excellent service!Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Really great service, did a fantastic job on my alignment. Also noticed the culprit to an issue involving a vibration problem I had been chasing for weeks at other shops, which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be going back.

I've been 3 times, once for a major repair, another for a minor repair, and finally for an inspection. I can say is that this is BY FAR the most impressive shop I've been to. Somehow they've managed to be on time or earlier than any other shop I've been to, along with communicating with me honestly about my repairs and helping me go over options. I don't know how they are so efficient with the high volume of business they have but it's phenomenal. I can say Phil is an awesome guy who will go the extra mile!I am personally a car enthusiast and have been to many mechanics, this place has all my future business from now on. I'll gladly drive 35 minutes there and back to get my car worked on by Omiya Motors. Been using Phil and his team for years. I drive old cars (don't like debt and numerous college kids) so over time I've learned how to do easy repairs and maintenance. But sometimes big things need to be done and sometimes I'm too busy (or lazy) to do little things when needed. Phil has always done me right. From quick work on easy items like inspection, oil change, brakes. I have been taking my car here for the last 4 years and I have never been more happy with a car mechanic! Phil takes THE best care of my car and has always been very professional, on time, and never tries to trick me into anything. I have had several problems with my car before and he takes his time to make sure the work he has done was done right. The pricing for his services are great too! Great shop owned by the friendliest and most helpful mechanic you'll find. Service is always quick and the prices are fair. Location is easy to access. The waiting room has plenty there to keep you and your kids entertained for a bit, and there are shopping centers a 4 minute walk away if that fails. The owner does quality work and takes time to show you things on your car, so it's hard to ask for anything more!

Had the day off. Getting my driver s license updated later, so I decided to make it a theme day and I stopped in here to see if I could make an appointment to get my Jeep inspected. They said 15 minutes. He was not exaggerating. It was the quickest inspection I ever had. And the guy at the front was super nice too. Highly recommended, and I will be coming back here for all of my car needs from now on.

Phil takes great care of my cars. The whole family gets all of the devices done here. Really fast turnaround times and gets it right every time. Extremely knowledgeable about all makes and models. Best part is all of the services show up on the carfax so you have a record of all the work done when it comes time to sell.

These guys were wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend. Robert worked me into their tight repair schedule to get my radiator replaced in time for the holiday weekend and a road trip. Job was done on time, on price, no upsell BS. They even handled all the third party warranty shenanigans for me. Hell the warranty company even recommended them in the first place. My car has a new doc!

Phil and his auto crew are nice and knowledgeable. They know their cars and did an excellent job at getting my car to pass inspection. It's hard to find auto mechanic shops that know what they're doing, provide quality services, and honest work at great rates! They are busy so call ahead to schedule your appt! Hit or miss if you are walk-in. Safety inspections are only $25!

I have had work done here several times and have overall been happy with the experience. they have a professional approach to automotive repair that I like. they are not the cheapest shop around but they don't take you to the cleaners either.they offer a wide range of services which is nice, and so far have helped me fix a power steering issue that was causing issues on my truck for a whileI am willing to drive 30 min to the shop to take my vehicle here, since my local shops have been a bit disappointing
