Great customer service from the receptionist to the service area.Dylan was my serviceman. I've been taking my family's cars to Cary Car Care for a couple of years now, and I always have a good experience. A recent visit is a good example. My car had developed a squeak at the serpentine belt. It seemed like a simple problem so tried to fix it myself, but no matter what I tried I couldn't get the squeak to go away. I finally gave up and took it into Cary Car Care. Monnette and Kurt figured it out right away. They fixed it quickly and at minimal cost. It's been a couple of months now, and the car has been quiet and running well ever since. I've had similar experiences with larger repairs too. I like their attention to detail and good communication. Their technicians always take time to answer my questions. I'm happy to have found a reliable auto shop. Highly recommended.

This is my second visit to Cary Car Care and both times they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and have my car fixed and returned to me in under a day and a half! I really like their online estimate system that helps me follow along, see photos, and send texts with questions. My first visit they came back with a second, less expensive estimate after doing some of the work. I appreciated their honesty, so I took my car back to them after having chronic issues with a repair from another servicer in the area. They were able to explain to me what had gone wrong with the other repair and fix it for me. I ll be returning here for all my car needs.

Located just outside historic downtown Cary, Cary Car Care is one of the best automotive repair experiences I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Customer service is second to none as well as their diagnostic. You get a text message with photographs and a detailed description of all the issues that are happening.The diagnostic also allows you to approve or decline service. Overall an absolutely painless and problem free experience.

I had a myriad of problems with my car, and I needed to find a shop with excellent customer service, expert knowledge and advice, and wouldn t cost me an arm and a leg. Cary Car Care checks all those boxes. Ever since they worked on my car, it s been running almost as well as the day I first received it. Will definitely come back here for future services

First time I have used Cary Car Center. Recommended to me by a neighbor. They were outstanding! I know nothing about cars as I have to do these things myself since hubby died. They were very patient with me and explained everything so I could understand. Highly recommendSecond review. Yesterday was only second time I ve had to take my car in since my husband passed. New brakes. They are so helpful and explain everything where I ( who is not car knowledgeable at all. Can start it, drive it and put gas in, that s about it ). They put me at ease. I was a first time customer. In fact, I accidentally booked my appointment with them as I called the wrong place however I was a bit impressed. The lady at the rest was very pleasant and professional and attentive to customers who entered or were waiting. I did like their way of quoting by texting links to charges and to approve/decline any work that is identified during service. Plus they give you photos to show why they are recommending repair/replacement. The only change I would suggest, give costs upfront on things that are a given cost, ie $30 inspection fee, then at least I know the minimum cost upfront instead of waiting for that info. Otherwise I had a great experience.

They are a little pricy compared to other mechanic shops around but they're a prime example of you get what you pay for. Detailed videos and pictures after car inspections for any issue. Excellent communication online which I really appreciate since I like to avoid having to call for updates. Quick turnaround times and skilled mechanics. I've taken 4 vehicles here over 6 years and will continue to do so

Needed a new radiator that started leaking on Xmas Eve. The team immediately called me back on 12/26 at 8am and my car was repaired by 12/27 in a clear and transparent and fair priced process. Great local business. Recommend over a dealership any day.

These people are not mechanics. They are artists. I have been there twice in last 2 weeks. Very much satisfied with the services and customer treatment. The two ladies at the reception are very nice. Sam is very knowledgeable and helpful. He explains complete details of the issue with the car and has thorough knowledge. Highly recommended.

Sam worked on my car and was amazing. Really cares about helping people out. Took his time talking to me and explaining everything and did everything he could to get it fixed though it took longer than expected. And the bill was much less than expected.

I give 3 stars because the interaction with the service professional was good during the estimate process however the final estimate is very disappointing as they quoted her over $1300 for services and could do Friday (Thankfully she had someone to call for advice). Now I am not sure what they were looking at or where they even came to that final number but what I do know is that my husband went to the shop, added coolant and drove her car to our local mechanic ( about 40 miles away) and they quoted her $320 ( this is to include a full synthetic oil change, which was not included in the other quote she received) The services were done today and she now has her car back in full working order. I am not sure how there is a $1000 difference in price of repairs that needed to be done but want to put this out there as a warning to others, shop around and don't jump on the first quote provided. It really is disappointing to have this type of thing happening in today's economy. Parents...please educate your children on this once they start driving as they will be the first to be taken advantage of in these situations.

I have nothing but great things to say about this center. Having owned over 50 cars in my lifetime, from Rolls Royces to Hondas, I can say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car repair shop. The receptionists have been very friendly and knowledgeable, the pricing is transparent, the lobby is clean and comfortable, the prices are far better than the dealership, and they are good at taking the time to explaining exactly what was diagnosed and why, and what it costs to repair it. Their technology regarding scheduling and reminders are also advanced. I have taken my 2019 Volvo there twice now. I highly recommend.

I have had multiple cars serviced multiple times at Cary Car Care and am always impressed by their level of service, communication, and the quality of their work. They have multiple avenues to communicate with you regarding the needs and status update on your car. in addition, every interaction is pleasant and the service is quick. One thing I really appreciate is on two occasions, they have squeezed me in so my car would be road trip ready. They are busy so you definitely want to schedule ahead as much as you can, but they are definitely worth it. I am a loyal customer here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We are new to town and needed to find a new mechanic quicker than expected. We stumbled on Cary Car Care and were incredibly happy with their service. They were kind and attentive, which is not easy to find in this industry. We had what turned out to be a defective battery that had recently been replaced (in another state), and they took the time to truly identify the issue but also take care of it as efficiently as possible. Would highly recommend, and plan to continue to go here in the future.Service: Auto battery replacement

The service I've received at Cary Car Care is beyond that offered at any other automotive shop in the area. Monette the mechanic not only serviced my vehicle with diligence and expertise but also educated me graciously on the problem with my vehicle in a way that was approachable and understandable to folks who don't speak car! Also the ladies up front are always so warm and nice. This place is stellar for excellent auto and customer service alike! Thanks CCC!

After a few years being tethered to a dealership for maintenance and repairs, I was blown away by what a pleasant experience working with Cary Car Care was. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, the work was completed in a timely manner, and despite my giving them an opening to identify some expensive repairs, they gave me an honest assessment that everything was A-OK under the hood. Took my 2010 Camry LE in for an AC repair. Sam & the team did an excellent job overall. Very satisfied. Sam, in particular, handled the advisory role very well. He recommended that we get the AC system diagnosed first to determine root cause before we go replacing parts. Turns out that the car didn t need a new AC compressor that I was previously told by another shop. They checked the system for leaks and flushed it, refilled it with the right amount and also added 2 quarts of engine oil upon finding that the levels were low. There was absolutely no pushing or pressuring me into buying a service or part that wasn t needed. That, in and off itself, is amazing. Lots of shops try to cross-sell, up-sell but Cary Car Care did not. I m glad I went there, and I will again as and when needed. They are locally owned family business and I highly recommend anyone who wants their car to be taken care of properly and avoid the myriad of shady tactics that other shops employ.Service: Air conditioning
