We have been Atlantic Tire customers for years and are always pleased with the services they provide. Most recently, I received a text asking if I needed any car services and was thrilled I had been meaning to set up my inspection and kept forgetting. Within minutes, my appointment was made. The day of service, my inspection, oil change and tire rotation were completed in a timely manner, a phone call letting me know it was ready. The guys at the service counter are friendly and quick to check you in or out. I would recommend Atlantic Tire for all your vehicle service. My jeep is a 2012 with 130,000 miles and they have completed every service I have needed over the years (plus wheels and tires!). I know it will keep running for a long time to come!

I recently visited Atlantic Tire for the first time. I was impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff. They were all very friendly and took great care of my car. The tire issues that I had were quickly addressed and fixed in a timely manner.

Since coming Atlantic tire and auto on maynerd rd in Cary I have been very satisfied and pleased with the service and follow ups fromThe staff. They always reach out after my service ensure everything is going good. I appreciate the fact they take the time and effort to check in after every visit. Recommend this place to anyone looking for auto service in the Cary area.

The Atlantic Tire shop on Maynard is my go to shop for car repairs. The workers are always courteous, all work is explained prior, pictures and videos are taken to help explain, the waiting area is clean, and I ve always been offered a ride if I don t want to wait. The price they quoted me on tires were in line with Discount Tire, however, Atlantic didn t push me to get four when I only needed two. It was suggested that I come back in 3-6 months to recheck. I did and I still have wear so there was no strong arm to buy two more.They also did a great job on my brakes at a price $150 less than the Mazda dealer!

I have been using the services if Atlantic Tire & Service in Maynard for several years. There work is impeccable. This is an honest service center that will only service what your car needs. They have been great to work with on my cars. I would recommend Atlantic Tire & Service.

Atlantic Tire at Maynard is a fantastic shop. They have been servicing three of my vehicles for over 5 years and each vehicle runs great. They are HONEST and do their absolute best every time to get me back in my car and on the road! I am super impressed with their communication and service team. If you want a great service team to keep your car running like new, I recommend Atlantic Tire on Maynard!

I had a great experience with Atlantic Tire & Service. The staff was friendly, great communication and fast turnaround. Their phone app is really cool and gives you all information of your car's diagnostic testing. The app also allows you to pay online if you choose too. They are bit pricey, but you get 5 star service for your money, which is well worth it.

Having initially switched to a closer location, our disappointment led us back to Atlantic Tire in Cary. The outstanding service, clear communication and attention to detail including leaving our vehicle tidy post-service were remarkable. Their comprehensive report flagged overdue brake pads, a crucial detail missed elsewhere. The team also alerted us to essential replacements for windshield wipers, cabin and engine filters that based on mileage needed to be taken care of. Fair pricing and timely execution of the work solidified our decision to stick with this location, despite the additional drive. Highly recommend.

I picked up a screw on my way to work. As the pressure sensor counter down, I redirected to Atlantic Tire. The team got me in quickly and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. A few days later they checked in to make sure the tire was holding the air. I plan on purchasing all of my future tires from this establishment.

The team diagnosed the two codes on a 2002 Chevy Suburban matching the research I had done. These 2 complex jobs were completed same-day!Drove the truck +725 miles next day. So far so good, running smooth and strong. Nice job team.

They get me in and out in a hurry! Always a cheerful group of gentlemen. My typical is an oil change and rotation; tires and inspection when needed. These guys have really done a good job! I can typically call in and get same day service. Great job Team!

I had a wonderful experience at Atlantic tire. The car I just bought needed new tires and to be checked out for any other problems with brakes or whatever. I got an appointment right away. The people here were very attentive and professional. My car was done in a timely manner with good communications about service. I will be back!

While visiting friends in Cary, I had the misfortune of running over a bolt while getting my morning coffee. Considering I was supposed to leave the following morning at 5am and drive 800 miles, I called Atlantic Tire in a panic.What a great experience I had with them. They were able to take a look at the tire just minutes after it suffered the damage. They explained the the nail was in the sidewall of this run-flat tire and the whole thing needed to be replaced. Because I drive a MINI Cooper, with weird little tire, they did not have the product I needed in their warehouse. They were genuinely helpful by suggesting a few other local places that might have been able to help.Fast-forward to later that day, I drove all the way to the MINI dealership in Raleigh to buy a replacement tire. They insisted that they could not install it and that I would not be able to get my car looked at until Monday. How ridiculous.So back I went to Atlantic Tire! They squeezed me in that day and replaced the tire for $30 before 5pm. Top notch service. I was able to get on the road as planned the following day. Definitely consider them for your tire/service needs. The staff was friendly and professional, not to mention accommodating.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I moved to Cary 6 yrs ago and had some co-workers recommend Atlantic Tire for their car service. I decided to give them a try and have not left since. They are always on time and I appreciate the scheduling option they have so you can get in and out. I have not ventured out since they take good care of me. I m probably due for another set of tires so I ll be reaching out to them again!

I have been a customer for Atlantic Tire and Service for many years. The staffs are always very nice, honest and helpful. I can trust them with good quality works on my vehicles.They expedited a tire delivery for my unexpected tire replacement so that I can a long road trip the next morning. I once forgot my credit card in the office and got a call immediately after I got to my office. Thank you for many year's good services!

Long time customer since I moved to Cary, very satisfied with their excellent services, honest and reasonable prices. Recently upgraded their system from paper to electronic, you can see detailed report including what they found with pictures.They also sponsor ATP challenge tournaments, if you are like me, love play tennis and would like support tennis, you should highly consider them for your car care.

The people at Atlantic Tire go out of their way to assure my beautiful little purple car is safe and and efficient. They are rare folks there who treat me like one of the family. And they are FAST. And even as fast as they are, they take the time to clean up my car so she even looks spiffy .

I normally come here for annual inspections or oil change. This year I also got tires replaced.The service is always excellent, and their recommendations really help. Pros at work. Fast and well done service, can t really ask for more.

Easy to make appointment and when the service was done they pointed out a few things that I might want to consider attending to. This was done in a manner that I felt they weren't being pushy and no obligation from them to have it done now. Very polite staff and I would definitely go back again.

I will never get car service or buy a set of tires from any place other than Atlantic Tire. As I was waiting for my tires to be installed I sat just outside the shop on the curb and just watched the mechanics work. Everyone I looked at was professional and meticulous about what they were doing. The thing that pushed me over the edge was one mechanic who had just installed a set of tires, lowered the vehicle, opened the hood, removed the air filter, blew it off with an air compressor, and then used the compressor to clean the cowl vent and leaves flew everywhere. When he was satisfied with the cleanliness, he inspected the air filter, reinstalled it, closed the hood, and backed the car out of the bay into a parking space and pulled another car in. It sounds corny to say but that was when I chose to never take my car anywhere else. I tried to see his name tag but couldn't see it. This customer only bought some tires and has no idea how some random guy just cared for their car in a way that you don't see anymore. I work on my own cars so I don't often need help but when I do they are right there. They even resurfaced some rotors I brought them off my own car and made them like new. I recommend an appointment because they can take some time but it's worth it to know your car is getting this kind of service. I told my wife, if anything happens to me, this is where you go.

I ve taken my car exclusively to Atlantic tire and auto since moving to the triangle several years ago. Most recently, I needed a new oil pressure switch, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue within just a few hours. Great service, friendly and professional all around.

I engaged Atlantic Tire when I first moved to Cary. That was four decades ago. I had a staff of 8-12 wonderful ladies who worked with/for me. On any occasion when they expressed their need for help or rescue in the tire or auto maintenance world, I never hesitated to tell them, You can trust Atlantic Tire. Do not fail to tell them I sent you. I cannot remember a time that Atlantic did not validate my faith in them. I well remember all those years when Anthony was at the helm. His kindness and fairness was contagious and his staff fell in step with him. His departure was painful and unsettling. We, his clientele, were relieved to learn his trusted staff stayed in place. A lot of things in this world have changed in four decades, not all of which is good. I was relieved to experience that Atlantic Tire remains steadfast. I m good for another decade.

I just want to say how impressed I am with the service and treatment at ATLANTIC TIRE. They've serviced both my cars for quite a few years during which I've needed more than just tires and regular service. They've also done a few repairs. And they are friendly, they keep you informed of what needs to be done and they return calls promptly. I highly recommend them.

Fast service! Great price! Awesome employees! My tire had a metal slug in it. No other tire place around said it was fixable. Yet here we are. They fixed it for me with no issues 10/10 will come back again if ever needed.

I have been using their services for years. In terms of the actual mechanical service, I am very satisfied with them. However, one of the service personnel has left oily marks on my leather steering wheel and leather arm resting area. It is inconvenient that I have to clean up the mess they left behind. But not a big deal if I can remove the marks. I tried several different ways to clean the area (including rubbing alcohol and well-known leather cleaning products. But no success. I will try to use a steam machine to remove the marks.I think Atlantic Tire & Service needs to make sure that they use a protective plastic or wrapping to respect customers' properties.I am giving 3 starts since I am happy with their actual service. Otherwise, I would give a fat 1 star.Sam

What an awesome team! I brought my car in a few weeks ago with an oil leak. From the first phone call, you guys provided the best customer service I ve received in this arena! Without delving deep, let s just say the team at Atlantic Tire (Maynard) are honest, courteous and professional! Had a flat tire while visiting a friend in Cary. We found Atlantic Tire in our search for an open business that could fix my tire. They were very helpful and extremely nice especially the guy manning the front desk. He was very patient while phones kept ringing and customers were arriving and leaving. I brought my car in and within a couple of hours had a patched tire and could continue on my trip. The people are nice and the service is great! Keep up the good work. Kindness really does work.

I've been to this shop 2 times, only for tire rotations and NC Inspection. The experience has been really good. The staff was nice. Comfortable waiting room. Clean bathroom. Good work and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
