The guys here at NAPA are top notch! my battery was dying and the fellow was so kind- He put it in for me and I was so thankful! Very friendly and helpful staff!!!

The guy who helped us (wish I had his name) was amazing. Our car battery was going and needed replacing while on vacation. We bought the battery and he installed it for us! No hassle whatsoever! We are SO grateful. I highly recommend this business!

This is a very clean and well-stocked store with exceptional service. I was able to find a good stock of Rotella oil 10W-30, 15W-40, and SAE 40 which the staff of this NAPA kindly delivered to the city dinghy dock and helped load. Great town, great moorings, great people, and great service. A wonderful place for a cruising boater to stop, rest, and enjoy.

The staff is always pleasant and patient. Good group you have working there. I do not know much about cars. But when I go in there they do not make me feel intimidated. 5 star.

This has been one of the best customer service experiences of my life! The store employee went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. If you're in the area and are in need of tools, auto parts, miscellaneous, don't hesitate to drop in here!

The store seemed rather cluttered, and stuff was laid out kind of weird. This is not the most well stock Napa that I have been too. They did seem to have a lot of paint supplies though which would be a plus if that's what I needed. I was disappointed that they didn't have any of the parts for my 7.3 powerstroke that I needed to get my truck back on the road. They were the only auto parts store within walking distance of Carolina beach that I could find. The guy behind the counter was pretty awesome though, and help me find some good discounts on the items that I could purchase there without having to order.

It was in Carolina Beach USA. Been there for years. NAPA most efficient company in NC....Needed special parts and they had them. Also NAPA has been a most trustworthy stock. The Dividend increases are most exceptional. Only 7 other US Corporations compare.

My van has a dying battery and they came through while I was on vacation. Erin was helpful and every had the socket set I needed to swap out the battery. All this happened when they were less than 10 minutes away from closing.

Best and only auto parts store on the island. Good selection and they can usually get parts the next morning if not stocked. Have ordered parts for me without money down. Not open Sunday.

Expensive, couldn't get sale items from sale leaflet, ignored by employees and treated like an idiot because I didn't know what some things are technically called. Emergency use only, if you can go somewhere else, go somewhere else!

When it first opened it sucked they didn't know the difference between a screwdriver and a hammer they have a guy there now seems to know what he's talking about if he could get some help it would be great

I can't understand why this store is open! Doesn't matter what I've gone in for, either don't have it or it will be in in a few hours or the next day. Made my last trip in there today.
