Great place to go to for repairs. Brandon definitely went above and beyond. Him and his time was speedy with the repairs had us up and running in a more than reasonable time and also an affordable price. Great Job!!!

Diesel Power Truck Center, is your one stop shop for all your Truck repair needs,they are really cool and reasonable with repair cost.They actually worked out a great arrangement to finance my repair cost.The manager Josh is such a wonderful person.

This place was terrible!!! They never called me the entire time they had my truck. I had to call multiple times. Once they said it was fixed and I picked it up, it didn t make it 2.5 miles back to the house before the entire dash lit up w problems. Once I took it back and started pressing them for more answers the truth comes out that they don t even have the equipment to fix a Hino. They charged me 1440 dollars for work they could not perform. There was no reimbursement for the work not performed. Im actually getting a bill for $22 bc they entered the amount wrong on the cc machine. Complete incompetence on every level. They are in business bc they over charge and lie. Guys at the front counter are really nice though.

Buyer Beware *AVOID* this place at all cost unless it is a simple oil change! On October 30, 2023 we were experiencing idle issues coming back from ATL ,GA so we had the fuel filters changed in Carnesville ,GA. That did not solve the problem. I called Diesel Power Truck Center and dropped the truck off. The Truck never had low power issues! Only at idle there was a skip. They put the truck on the computer and said that Injector #1 was bad. 1yr previously I had a 6 pack installed. I purchased a 6 pack of injectors for them to install. Next, they say I need a new wiring harness. We finally tracked a harness down after 2 failed attempts being sent the wrong harness. After they install the harness on January 2 ,2024 we picked the truck up and the driver got to the stoplight in Travelers Rest, SC bobtailing and the truck started idling like it was when we first took the truck to the shop. We brought the truck back and they said that injector #1 was bad again! I had a replacement injector sent to replace the bad one. That still did not rectify the issue. They said that they attempted to get into the computer to make some checks but were unsuccessful in doing so. I contacted another mechanic that may be able to get into the CPU remotely but was unsuccessful. They gave up on repairing the truck Wednesday February 28, 2024! We had paid $1800.00 in labor not including the Injectors ($1300.00)or the cost for the wiring harness ($1500.00) which did not fix the truck. On top of being charged an additional $1100 that was paid on Friday March 1, 2024. For a complete total of $2900.00 in labor that did not fix the truck! The truck will not rev over 1400 RPM s! The truck makes a screeching sound as well when it finally reaches 1400 RPM s. The truck is running worse than it was when it was first dropped off at the shop! At least before we could have taken a load. Now the truck is completely inoperable! I expressed my disappointment in their work and business practices. I also filed a chargeback for the $1100.00 that was paid on Friday! They misdiagnosed my truck and forced me to pay to completely disable my truck! The computer was working fine the 1st three times that you gave me a diagnosis then you started repairing the truck by telling me that it needed a #1 Injector. 2nd time you go into the computer after installing a new wiring harness that you said that it needed. For a 3rd time you go into the computer after installing another injector that you diagnosed it needing not fixing the issue Now you cannot get back into the computer? Sounds like you messed something up! Knowing what you knew about the truck prior to the repair you should not have accepted the job instead of totally destroying the truck! Thank you for bending over backwards to totally destroy my truck!

Had our company Semi Truck Glass damaged on I-40 near Old Fort, NC carrying an express load and needed urgent windshield replacement for 2020 Freightliner Cascadia. Arrived by 7a.m and requested service. Initially informed that we would get a slot by 2pm. However, after explaining our urgent nature, William Hall promised he would do his best to accommodate out request. He managed to get us in quicker than we thought, service was done and we were on our way by 1:30pm instead of the check-in time of 2pm. Almost 3 hours earlier. The work was done beautifully, customer service and communication was impeccable. Wished all truck service companied were like this. Outstanding!!!Service: Body & Trim

A little pricey but the work it guaranteed and excellent...Had my running lights out and the young mechanic found the broken connection. He didn't have the part so he soldered the connection and then molded rubber conduit onto it...really good job! Havent had an issue since

Needed two trailer tires replaced. Their technician, Pasha, did not waste anytime when the job was assigned to him. He had the job done within 30 minutes. Definitely deserves a raise for his astonishing work speed and work ethic. Keep up the hard work brother and may God bless you!

Sent our truck here for a clutch job and was told a price and time frame, ended up being double the money and over 2 weeks longer than expected putting us way behind, time delay was mostly due to parts not being very accessible which is understandable. Never got a call on updates with our truck had to call them to figure anything out, finally get our truck back and on a job and noticed our bed had been damaged so bad that tailgate wouldn t open (from them dragging it out of the shop) so we fixed it enough for it to open and go to dump a load and the PTO won t engage so we took the truck back up there and they fixed the PTO problem and while we there we noticed the PTO stop cable broke in half aswell and so they said they were going to figure what out happened with the bed and do something about it (never did anything about it) and then the clutch linkage comes apart leaving on us stuck on the side of the road but eventually they got someone out and got it fixed. Not a pleasant experience at all. The people are nice but all this was uncalled for and cost us a lot of money in downtime and was never offered any kind of reimbursement for the damage done to our bed (was in perfect condition when it was brought there).Service: Transmission

I joined this company (Carolina Logistic) a little over a year ago. For the most part I love them due to having the best dispatcher EVER! I leased my truck on to them and rarely do I find myself sitting unless it's late in the evening or the weekend if I have fooled around lol Dexter has learned the type of driver I am and didn't have to ask many questions lol he know what I will and won't take he know the areas and times I drive and doesn't push me to do otherwise unless the load pays great. He is very fast and efficient and understands most of my typos lol he has made my experience here amazing. 1 thing I don't like care for nor do I think should happen is if you come in for any reason and drop your trailer they allow any driver to take it even if you are currently under a load with that trailer number (empty) I like to keep the same trailer unless it's absolutely necessary to change but overall I love it here

Was in a pinch, when had a nail in the tire. Went to the shop, Josh was quick and put a mechanic right away. Was out and on the road again in no time.

I paid to have Diesel Power Truck Center fix my air dryer and air leak on my freightliner cascadia. After i paid for parts and labor, i found that Diesel Power Truck Center replaced the air dryer but did not fix the air leak. For the price and service i would avoid this shop. Update January 2024. The general manager, Mr Hoover apologize and asked for me to give them another chance in the future for sevice. Mr Hoover was very polite and understanding, and I will be back to give Diesel Power Truck Center another chance for service in the future.

*AVOID* this place at all cost...they misdiagnosed my truck I came to them for a radiator replacement 2 weeks later we started loosing coolant again brought the truck back they said it was egr cooler replaced that two weeks later diesel fluid in the coolant I bring it back the manager Josh tells me that they are refusing to fix my truck because of my complaints....the guy Brandon took my oil dipstick reservoir caps off my truck until I payed the bill lol... I told him I was on my way I get to the truck and t guess they figured I was going to steal the truck... these people are crooks they also use used parts and charge you for newer ones... this place is very bad and they mechanics are below average. .Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Had a bad tire on my truck today. I went inside to see if they could have it looked at. Zero wait time, service had me back and fixed in no time. This is the second time using Diesel Power and I will continue to use them.....AAAAAAAA+++++++++ all the way around.Service: TiresService: Tires

We have a Motorhome and had engine trouble at. Lack Mountain NC. Made it to Diesel Power and they found parking for us and we were able to stay in the coach at their facility. Travis was the mechanic who worked non-stop trying to find and correct the problem. Everyone there were friendly and when the bill came it was so reasonable for all they did. Highly recommend them not only for trucks but motor homes as well!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

All I can say is, these people are highly professional, friendly, all round customer focused, and awesome! We had a tire leak develop on our RV just before New Years, traveling to Florida. They squeezed us in to their busy schedule and did the job promptly. Kudos to Josh, the desk staff, and everyone in the organization.

They are the worst place I have never been to.No respect for drivers, they rip off like crazy,they are the overcharge place ,tricky, maleducaded, impolite theft, rubbers personal.I do not recommend to this bad place to anyone. Be aware.

Diesel Power is a class act. From the seamless and friendly checkin by Diane to the diagnosis and supervision of Boshen (the foreman) they were terrific.Our RV was running hot and the Diesel Power team sorted it out without an expensive radiator removal or repair. Igor the technician was very thorough and when we returned to the road, ahead of schedule our diesel pusher was running like a top.

Got in on a Monday morning, had my truck done over night and was done by morning. I'd give 5 stars but I was left hanging out into about 2-3pm before I asked about the status of my truck to find out it had been done with no contact. Every one was very professional about it and apologized as they could. So if you're waiting in there very nice lounge area it won't hurt to ask about your truck. Thanks guys!

I am recommending everyone that needs their truck or trailer repaired, if you can make it, bring it here. I've had repairs done all over this country and I can honestly say I've never been more satisfied!! From the staff, to the service, everything was excellent and very professional!! They keep you informed through the whole process, and they go well above the call of duty to ensure your repairs are done in a timely manner. They always have the parts you need and if they don't, they do everything they can to make sure they get what's needed that same day!! I feel like the kid that got everything they asked for on Christmas morning!! I personally want to give them a very heart filled thank you, for everything!! Happy Holidays!!

Once again Diesel Power comes thru. Staff is very friendly and care about us truck drivers. Especially my shop buddies Nick, Will, and Pat. So truck drivers if you're not taking your work to Diesel Power in Ashville. Your only fooling yourself. Made me a happy customer once again. These guys are awesome! Just had our skoolie conversion repaired here, and they were very professional and accommodating.The customer service is excellent. We borrowed their company car several times, charged our house batteries using their electrical hookup, filled and emptied our water tanks, and used the vehicle scale, all without additional charges.The mechanics also did a great job with our repairs and were very helpful while answering our questions. They needed to remove our wheels for repairs, and were thoughtful enough to put them back on at the end of the day so that we could sleep inside, and avoid paying for a hotel room.We drove several hours to get to this place, and it was well worth the trip.Service: Brakes
