Guys were fantastic! They came out to the vehicle and helped me understand what was going on with the car I just bought, and was testing on a long drive. Told me with confidence what the most likely issue was and that I shouldn't panic.

Do not use the UPS Drop Off!!! My sister dropped off her package in June and they stole her package never sent it off. And now won t do anything to fix the issue. If I could give them a zero I would. Since the ups drop off staff are thieves I would not even use the auto parts store either. What a disgrace. You can t find good decent help these days. You have a job to buy your own things not steal from the customers who work hard to buy their things.Edit to add additional information as requested: My sister dropped her package off on June 14,2023. When she walked in the staff stated their UPS app was down at the moment so they can not print a receipt, but she would get an email once the system is back up . We have tried to at least get the package back since it did not get sent off but we know they stole the package instead for themselves.Since no one responded back to my second part I deleted and re-added my review.

Dude literally walked off before I could check out, I was just in line. He disappeared and never came back! I'm standing there for 15 min, saying...Hello???? Nothing. He could have said, I have to go to bathroom or whatever he was doing. He said nothing. Couldn't even get my damn part!!!!

Last week I visited this store to pick up a new battery for my car. Christian was friendly and helpful, installed my newly purchased battery, and had me on my way quickly. Another employee there was also very friendly and it was overall a great experience. Because of the excellent customer service and neighborly friendliness of the employees, I will be back today for more parts to continue the work I need to do to keep my old Civic rolling. (It is also a convenient drop-off for UPS packages.) Much gratitude for a top-notch customer experience!

I needed new front and rear brake rotors and pads. Talked through options with the rep. They were busy but the whole team was working together. Very helpful with advice and made sure I had everything I needed to get the job done right. Great Advance Auto location! Thanks guys!

Called for antifreeze for. 2023 ford and they did not have any. The parts man sounded unsure of himself.

This store is also a UPS access point. I dropped a prepaid package off there 3-4 weeks ago that never made it to the destination. I've read other reviews stating the same. Don't drop your UPS packages off with these guys.

Manager was extremely helpful in ordering a part not currently in stock as well as in helping me understand the challenges in installing this part on my specific car model. He also offered me the use of his tool cart so I could do the repair on site at his location. Both people I spoke to on the phone took considerable time to get me the comprehensive information I needed about several different issues and I did not feel like I was being rushed to get of the line. 5 stars for these guys and their patient efforts.

Don t try and do the UPS drop off at this location. It s apparently a huge inconvenience to the staff and the older gentleman working the counter is not only informative and unhelpful, he is also rude. It is unbelievably inconsiderate to completely dismiss the person speaking to you (that was in line and my turn) to be brushed aside with NO HELP and the next dude called up. Maybe it s because I m a woman or I had a child with me... either way, UPS should really reevaluate their relationship with this particular spot. What a sham!

Usually an okay place, but my last encounter with advance was bad. The employee that was suppose to help tried to send me across town to O'Reilly's , he refused to look up the part on the PC, so I did a quick search on my phone and advance had several in stock."should of left" was tired so just bought it.

Stopped by the store Sunday, 11/15/2015 at 3:38 p.m. . A young man asked how he could help, explained my car might need a new battery. He suggested doing a battery test first. The battery test was positive then he recommended a full system check. All systems were good. The young man was Jim. Exceptional manners with good customer service skills and knowledge of his job. An asset to the company.

Idk if it was just this day or not, but everyone in here seems miserable and gloomy. Rude and I've never had a good experience at this store. Acted like they couldn't be bothered more by a customers presence today.

Gary was very rude and we were coming to exchange a part that was defective. My husband called ahead of time and was told one thing well Gary wanted to argue the fact with my husband and said no one here talked to you. But yet there is only 3 people and Gary said nobody knows who you talked to but I'm telling you... Etc.... A good reason why we like going to Auto Zone there not rude and treat there customers with respect.

Staff ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP! Knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile. If they don't have it or are not able to order it for your vehicle, more than likely you don't need it. They even allow you to borrow tools to complete your job or physically provide assistance. Great place for the novice!

Advanced Auto Parts is a pretty great parts store. They carry all of the basics, in stock. The more specialized parts are usually ordered in from their warehouse and, available the next day.If you buy windshield wipers, they'll put them on for you! Same thing for batteries plus, you get money back for leaving your old battery with them. They'll loan you tools, too.The folks working at Advanced Auto will help you find what you are looking for. They can look up any year and model car that you have and their computer will show what part is required. Everybody working here is happy to help!If you need anything for your vehicle, I recommend you stop by Advance Auto Parts.

Bruce (name on shirt) helped me figure out if it was the battery or the alternator. Was both. He took extra time, sold me a battery, and explained what the car shop needed to check. Good experience!

The lady behind the counter was very helpful. Please don't assume only men know about car parts, ect. One of the workers even replaced my inside lights.

One associate in particular is extremely rude. His name is Gary. Tonight when I went in he was smoking a cigarette at the front register. He did not bother to try and put it out. I had my two young daughters with me as well. When I went to leave I asked his name and was met with a snarky comment. I will not be returning to this location.

The staff was very helpful and knowlegeable. They do not get paid enough for what they have to know. All discount car part stores like advance, auto zone, orielly, pep boys pay their non management emploees poverty wages.

I buy most of my parts here. I prefer to get the OEM brands such as Denso for my Toyota, but they don't always have them available, and the store brand is sufficient. I typically order via their website to use the discount codes, or get one from retail me not dot com. I have often sat in the parking lot, ordered from my phone, walked in, told them I had an online order, and saved quite a bit. It doesn't make sense, apparently the online orders are through a different entity, but whatever the case, it works.

I called in to get breaks for my daughter's car and OMG..Jamie Andrew were so nice helped find everything and the store had the parts pulled and waiting when we got there ...The store was clean and Gary was nice as well so everyone needs to give them a try I know that's our store from now on THANKS GUY'S

I called the store trying to ask for help and got an attitude from the woman who answered the phone call the and spoke to the manager who also gave me an attitude and getting care what I had to say about anything and Want to argue rather than listen so I called autozone and they took care of me in 3 minutes. This used to be my go to store I will not be going back

I've been to the store several times and always had a good experience. When I bought a quart of oil they offered a funnel so I could pour it in right in the parking lot.
