I recently visited the Walmart Auto Center and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The standout aspect of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Mrs. Bridget. Her patience and expertise were evident from the moment I stepped in.What impressed me most was how Mrs. Bridget managed to handle multiple customers simultaneously without missing a beat. Her ability to multitask, while ensuring each customer felt attended to and valued, was truly admirable. She displayed not only profound knowledge of the services but also a remarkable dedication to customer satisfaction.The overall atmosphere at the center was welcoming and efficient, making my time there both pleasant and productive. The staff, led by Mrs. Bridget, worked seamlessly to provide quick and reliable service.Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the Walmart Auto Center to anyone in need of auto services. The combination of excellent customer service, skilled staff, and a comfortable environment makes it a top choice. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH! CLOSE THIS AUTO CENTER! They checked us in and the app was giving us updates JUST for them to say our warranty expired and refused to do any work! YOU COULDN'T HAVE TOLD US BEFORE CHECKING IN OUR CAR AND TAKING IT IN??? 3 Hours of our precious time was wasted! 3 HOURS!!! They said we needed to rotate the tires, but refused to do. That's the least they could do for wasting our time! The staff are very unprofessional and if you do get work here done please have another experienced auto shop check behind them. NOT all WM auto centers are bad, we prefer others, but we were closer there and figured why not go there. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GO HERE, LET THEM RUN OUT OF BUSINESS SO THEY HAVE TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION DUE TO NO TRAFFIC!

I usually do my oil changes on my own but my oil filter was beyond too tight! I scheduled an appointment with the auto center and they told me to come back another day, so i did. I drove my car back to the Walmart sat there for a little bit until one of the employees drove my car into the bay. By the time they were done my car wouldnt start! They rolled it out into the parking lot and told me it was my problem! Moral of the story walmart broke my vehicle and told me to go F off! I WILL NOT GIVE WALMART ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON!

After being there 30 minutes before opening time to be the first person in line. After they took my car back 30 minutes later they told me they could not complete my oil change because they did not have the filter. They told me I could get my own filter and come back and they would do the service less the cost of the filter. Second trip, after waiting 3 hours for my oil change, they did not deduct anything from the cost for the fact that I had to pay for my own filter at another store. They could not explain the charges nor could they do anything to help me. Worst experience at an auto place I will not be returning

I've been here twice for tire repairs with no issues. Recently had Garry help me. He answered the phone, didn't leave me on hold long, and I was able to get my tire fixed at 5:00 pm and out by 6:15 pm on a Wednesday.Service: TiresService: Tires

Typically I don t find the Cameron Walmart as bad as other Walmarts I have been to, but the customer service in the Cameron Auto Care Center is absolutely terrible!Well, to be fair the young man working at the desk yesterday (Sunday, June 25th) tried his best to be helpful, but the woman working this morning (Monday, June 26th) was the rudest, most incompetent salesperson I think I have ever dealt with anywhere.I was in need of a new tire because a screw was sticking out of mine and we re about to leave on vacation. Thus I was stuck going to Walmart yesterday since they were the only place that was open. But I will never again make that mistake. I ll simple wait until reputable businesses are open instead. Fortunately I was able to get my car into an actual car repair shop today, where they efficiently and courteously replaced my tire. I should have never even wasted the trip initially taking it to Walmart. And that woman working at the Auto Care Center today should never be allowed to interact with customers. I witnessed her having issues with every customer prior to me as well!Service: Tires

So rude. Put me on hold for over 10 min.. when she came back to the phone so rude and cold.. then told me I can hold until she takes care of her other 5 customers. I was only wanting price on 4 brand new tires. When she put the phone down I heard her talking to another woman and was so nice. All I was trying to do was get a price.

The lady that works the desk is condescending, ignorant, and downright rude. We ended up leaving and went to a locally owned business for our tires. We paid more but worth it for good, friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

Ever since Walmart hwy 87/24 opened and researching there hours of peak "which I try to avoid lol. I've had really good experiences with the tire service center. People have life's hiccups which causes them to be short staffed once in a while, not all the time; opening hours are the best time to get your vehicle serviced. Note that it can get pretty busy really fast,yet sometimes you can be first at the door. sweet!! Having items such your vehicle keys keys to your wheels locks calling for an appointment and verify to see if they have the tires you need. If you can't make your appointment it is preferred to call if you have to cancel this will keep other people waiting on you.. No I don't work here lol. I hope these tips help you out. Wish you the best. And thank you Bridgett and the Tire center crew you're awesome !!!

They take their sweet time just to do their job. All tire workers walking around and not actually working. Manager is confused and about anything you ever ask him. I would put 0 stars if I could.Service: TiresService: Tires

Absolutely horrible customer service from the receptionist. Unable to schedule appointments due to their new software . Referred me to online when no one is able to make an appointment with them online. I asked to speak with someone else he claimed to be the manager. I m hoping they would train the manager prior to using a new software. Mind you I ve called previously to set up an appointment with no problem at all.

Horrible customer service from the front desk receptionist. Called ahead for a flat tire and asked how busy they were and the lady caught an attitude saying first come first serve and repeated herself 3x until I eventually just had to hang up. Seems like I m not the first person to have a problem with this worker

Worst customer service I ve ever seen! Called waited on hold forever only to get zero answers as to how long of a wait for oil change. Lady is rude and doesn t act like she cares about customer satisfaction. Isn t the first time I ve had a bad experience with her. First time I stood at counter and watched her take care of everyone else but me. Finally just left. To have worked there 6 years seems to me she s too comfortable with not doing her job correctly

TERRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE. They put my back light in INCORRECTLY, and i drove off, wasnt even gone for 5 mins out the parking lot it fell OUT AND a car ran it over. Had to spend money out of my OWN CHECK, to pay for something that i didnt CAUSE. I was originally told that all I had to do was show them the email with the cost of the light on it and they would reimburse me when I came back. (A MANAGER TOLD ME THIS) THEN once i came back to get it fixed , a DIFFERENT MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THEY NEEDED A COPY OF MY EMAIL WITH THE COST OF THE ITEM ON IT. I had to go out of my way to the library to make a copy of the email when I WAS NOT ORIGINALLY TOLD TO DO SO AND ONCE AGAIN COME OUT OF MY POCKET. The SNARKY SARCASTIC MEXICAN DUDE THAT MESSED UP MY VEHICLE NEVER APOLOGIZED. When they were fixing my car A lady came in and COMPLAINED that they did not do her tire correctly and someone told her to go back to walmart. TERRIBLEEEEEE IWILL NEVER COME BACK AND THE ATTITUDES FROM MOST OF THEM WERE HORRENDOUS.

I just got new tires and an oil change. They did a great job. Mrs. Bridget was just so kind-hearted and sweet. She explained everything in detail to me. Joe did a good job working on the car. Great customer service is hard to find these days.....but this team has it. I will come back for future service. Thank you so very much!

An oil change this time took almost 4 hours. I bought tires that came with free tire rotation and balancing. I asked for my tire rotation but because I didnt say to balance them they didnt' which makes no sense since the two go together and were free. Mechanic said I had oil in my skid pan. When I went to drive off my car was making a horrible loud noise that it didnt before my service. I drove it back and asked the mechanic. They drove it around the rim of the rotated tire wasnt clearing the brake caliber which was weird because it wasnt a problem before I brought it in. They said they would either try to push the caliber in or put the tire back on the other wheel. Not sure which they did but the noise and problem was fixed. (I guess). Cheap isnt always better. 3 to 4 hours for service is ridiculous especially with the simple services only offered at walmart.

45 min drive to this location. Multiple time repeat customer, I always purchase a set of 4 for multiple vehicles. Called ahead to check stock for tire size requested.Within 3 sentences your female counter person had me mad enough to cuss before I could hang up the phone. Still don't know whats in stock.Disrespectful poor excuse for service from anyone interacting with the public! I am polite and spend good money, but I refuse to interact with this lady.We will see if that altitude has changed when I am standing there!

Being new to the area, I was hesitant to come here after seeing the low rating reviews, but I needed services in a pinch and couldn't be happier with the services and experience. Bridget has been so helpful each time and has gone above and beyond. She is direct, thorough, and patient when asking any and all questions and/or breakdowns.

Wait time is extremely long due to lack of mechanics , they only had two on a Friday , which is crazy . One good note however the sales representative extremely helpful , it s a management employee relations problem , this Walmart services thousands of customers in this area , do what you need to do and hire more folks !!!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Called in 30 minutes prior to close on a Sunday. I had a 2 hour drive ahead and all I needed was a tire. I walked in wanting to buy one and they wouldn t change or sell it to me. They were closed according to them and we still had 10 minutes before 6pm. The cashier at the tire center was lazy and didn t care about our drive or even attempt to help us. I truly cannot comprehend how people get into the service industry with no intention to provide service.

I came in with a flat rear tire and paid for two brand new rear tires. The next day the same flat tire I had was flat again. After waiting for 2hrs, they inform me that I still have two customers ahead of me. What in the world do they mean? Had they changed the correct tired I wouldn't be here missing work today. Worse technicians ever. I won't be coming back.Service: Tires

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!Trip #1 we requested two new tires and an oil change.They replaced the wrong tires.Trip #2 We requested they change the correct tires.Trip # 3 We had to go back a third time because they never balanced the new tires after being put on. (Verified and documented by our Dodge Dealership.)We spent 300$ and had to make three trips in total for them to fix the multiple mistakes they made the first time we went in. Not only did no one offer any type of apology for their shotty work, the woman working the counter was extremely rude. I politely asked them to refund me the $28 I originally paid for balancing the tires. She said, No we aren t refunding you that because it s included in the service.I said, The service they didn t do originally but I had to come back here for? You don t think something should be done on your part to make up for the two additional trips I ve had to take time out of my day to come back up here and have corrected? She threw me my receipt and said, Have a good day mam. I said, Really? That s it? She said, Yeah that s it. I said, Ok, I ll make some phone calls today, this is ridiculous. Her response, You do that. Literally the worst possible customer service you could come across. It s pretty obvious the management here is non-existent. They aren t held accountable for their poor quality service and treatment of customers. We will absolutely never come back to this location for anything in the future. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation that I had purchased the coverage for. When I go to get the car I was informed that they snapped one of the bolts on my rim and that I could go to a shop and have it fixed and they would reimburse me the cost however the shop informs me that walmart over tightened all of my bolts on my tires. Not to mentioned its not cheap to fix. They also lost my locking lug nut key and overall just displeased with the service I received.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Been 4 hrs just to get one tire changed. Employees are slow and take there sweet time. The guys are constantly flirting with the female co worker and guy with long hair just sits down and goes as slow as he can

Waited in line for at least 20 minutes,never got a hi or how are you doing or I will be with you in a few minutes. Nothing. Finally I asked how long is the wait for a oil change and he says ai have no Idea and starts counting People. Customer Service is Always Horrible at Walmart.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I took my car in yesterday just for a set of tires. Tires were put on, then when I was leaving, not even out of the parking lot yet, every time I put the brakes on my car made a squealing noise. I turned around in the parking lot went back in, told them they drove it and pulled in back in the bay. Took 2 front tires off and then drove again. It still made the noise. Was told by the guy "Im at a loss for words, Im just a tech". Asked to speak with a manager who came back, I along with the tech told him what was happening. I told him that I had $300 worth of groceries in the back of my car and dont have time to stay and let them figure this out. Was told by the manager he would look into it and give me a call. I called back twice since I didnt hear from him, 1st time was on hold for 5 min then disconnected, 2nd time was no one picked up after being transfered. I have no issue with the tires or paying the $414.00 bill, my issue is that something else they did while my car was in their possession caused my car to do this. Its a 2016 with 33000 miles and well taken care of. Now I will have to take my car someplace else to figure out where the noise is comming from. (The brakes are fine, so its not that, unless they drove with the emergency brake on)Shame on the Walmart Tire Center for not knowing what the hell they are doing and even more disapponted in "managament" for telling me they would give me a call and never did!!! I bet if it was one of managements cars that this had happened to they would figure it out!! So take your car someplace else or you might end up with something wrong with your car that wasnt there before it went in!!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. After telling me they would, they then refused to install the exact same type and size tire I inquired about on my truck after I purchased them. They told me I had to order online then bring them in to have installed then they refused.
