Everyone here was very friendly and respectful. Was actually the only place I could find that is able to do an alignment on a 1986 944. Service did not take line about 35-45 min. Now what I dislike about this place is they got something similar to a mess around and find out price. They don t call it that but that s what I ll call it. I had put new tie rods on the car and obviously since I don t do alignment I needed a place for an alignment. So it makes sense for me to go to a shop. Now they said the price was around 80$ for an allowance can t quite remember. Now after I got there they also stated that if anyone had worked on the car then there would be an extra cost of 40 dollars since they had to fix there mistakes if any where made and etc etc. Now that seems more like they want you to pay for them to do the other services. But my point is if I know how to replace lower control arms, tie rods, shocks etc and since I don t have the equipment to do an alignment then the extra cost is beyond me. If you don t have any work done on a car then then why would I need an alignment, right? But as I stated only replaced tie rods and needed an alignment. Besides my little rant the car came out great and still have no issues.

I first came here to get my vehicle inspection last year and now I just came back to do an alignment. They do a superior job and are honest and trustworthy, while providing service at a fair price. Whenever I need my vehicle serviced, I will sure to be back.

Brought in our well loved 2009 Honda Civic that was blowing nothing but hot air. Assumed the worst, that it was the air conditioning compressor but the mechanics checked it over immediately and found the entire condenser had disintegrated. Part was ordered, they arranged for a courtesy shuttle back to the house, repaired it quickly and even showed me the defective part. Fair price for the work. Stephanie was super professional and talked me through what was needed. I certainly understand cars and money can be two very emotional issues, but the front counter staff, the courtesy driver and the mechanics do a great job. Even got a follow up message. The repaired Honda .went about 2000 miles the following week with nice cool air (when needed). Took our Toyota there today too and the staff took great care of us again. Thank you.

Vehicle was assessed for a battery issue. Repair was completely quickly.Had a dispute with a repair recommendation and expressed my concern on google reviews. Within two hours lead management contacted me personally and explored both sides of the story resulting in a great resolution, akin to the Abraham Accords by Donald Trump himself.Lead management team and staff on site are working hard to get things right and do business well. Can tell management was objective in evaluating the dispute and took time to hear from his own staff member as well as myself. Well done. Would recommend doing business with this organization.

Abby and Dustin were wonderful! They really made my experience less stressful and good. I appreciate their patience and their help. Although I did not get all my car stuff fixed here, I am grateful for them!

The front desk staff (Abby) is very helpful, the manager Mike is also helpful. Everyone has great communication. Never had a problem. Will always recommend my friends to go to Harrells in Cameron.

I think my experience here went great:I went to a dealership before coming here. That dealership attempted to charge me 349% more for the exact same service, which was a TPMS replacement on my front driver tire, although they were the ones who originally replaced the tire days before.From the time I entered until the time I left the environment was friendly. I even got a text from the company to ensure I had a good experience.Quick turn around time. I went in the morning.

The last two visits have been disappointing! Seems when the name of the company changed, so did their customer service. Went in for oil change and rotation today and was hit with over $2.9K in recommended repairs . Sad that my brakes came out green on the inspection, but when I asked a question about rotor problems I ve been having then all of a sudden I need $900+ in pads and rotors. Transmission wasn t even inspected (according to my report), but a $200 fluid exchange service was highly recommended.***Update went to clean my vehicle today and when I opened the hood, found that my oil cap was not put back on yesterday! I can t even make this up! ***. If you use this place, better check all their work behind them!

I had some last minute issues with my Dodge Ram 1500. When I walked in to talk to Harrell's garage about my truck, they were polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable.They were able to take my truck in immediately and gave me an estimate within a couple of hours. They finished almost exactly as estimated (price and time).My truck runs great and looks great. Thank you Harrell's!

We have been loyal customers of Harrell's for over 8 years now.We are moving now and I wish I could take them with me. For 8 years, and 4 separate vehicles they have been honest, reliable, kind and always looking out for their customers. Often I have taken my car thinking it was a larger problem, and they were honest and let me know it was a smaller less expensive problem rather than try to cash in on my ignorance.The service is personal, with text messages to follow up on services (I'll miss you Brandon!) and to check on scheduled maintenance needs. They know my face when I come in. The staff is kind, considerate and always amazing. Down to even just talking me down when I was given some hard news about my car. In 8 years I've never been let down by this business. I've always felt like family. I took my 1966 Nova into Harrell s for an alignment. The person they picked to work on it was more familiar with classic cars and understood the challenges vs a newer car. He took the time to test drive it before he brought the paperwork inside to explain what he had done step by step and recommendations for other things that could possibly help since it s an older car. Once I got in the car again for that initial test drive you could immediately tell a vast improvement in the drivability of the car. Super satisfied.

Ive taken my fleet of cars to Harrells for over 5 years. Mike and the crew has been amazing to work with. I have 2 teenage boys who are car enthusiasts. So with that Ive had engine rebuilds, engine replacements, brakes, suspension, electrical, inspections, and everything else. Out of all the work they have done, I have never had a problem that they werent able to identify and fix. Id recommend them to anyone.

I recently visited Harrells Tire & Auto Service for my vehicle s 100k mile maintenance and a tire change. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process. Although the total cost was higher than I initially anticipated, the quality of work and the efficiency with which it was completed - especially over a weekend - made it worth every penny. It s reassuring to know that such reliable service is available when needed.

Politeness customer service staying true to what you say you going to do and even give me a ride to and from my motel as my vehicle was being dropped off and repaired and then came back and got me so I can get back on the road. I highly recommend this company

I do have a older car , yet I do keep the maintenance up as best I can I took my car to advance to see about the check engine light the code was Catalytic converter took it to Herrells. They pulled up several different things which I end up paying 2K two weeks later they say is the catalytic converter. taking to Herrells my opinion was not the best honestly felt like they did not work on my car just managed to turn the engine light off, first time I sat for 8 hours took my car home two days later engine light right back on, women be careful take someone with you. I felt like I was ripped off pay too much money. Women, I would say please take someone with you because they will take advantage of you and have you paying for repairs that don t even need to be done

"I had a highly disappointing experience at this automotive shop. Not only did they perform subpar and unauthorized services, but I also suspect fraudulent behavior. The work done was of very low quality, and I was charged for unnecessary repairs. Additionally, the shop refused to show me the old car parts, which was quite suspicious. I also found that the pricing was unreasonably high. Furthermore, the shop failed to complete the work as promised and still cashed the check, leading me to believe that fraudulent activities were at play. I strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly compare quotes before considering this shop for any automotive services."I wish no stars was an option

Went in for an inspection and went to change the rear brake pads the next day and my lug nuts were only hand tight. The service manager handled the situation with the employee and made things right with me.

I've been going to Harrell's Tire and Auto Service for years to get my Vehicle Inspection for Tag Renewal and have always had a pleasant experience with just a short wait.Today I had a tire with a screw stuck in it that I had already taken off my truck, and brought it down to have it repaired; I waited a few minutes and then the serviceman came into the waiting room, gave me the screw, and said, "Your Good!". I thought he was playing so I said, " So I get to keep the screw to?", and he said, "No, you're Good", meaning it was a free service given to me for being a returning customer. I Thanked Him Very Much and Am Thankful :) The world is slowly waking up!!!Service: Tires

Unfriendly, slow, poor customer service. Place was much better before they changed ownership.Technician left my car greasy and dirty. He did not even come talk to me about the inspection issues. They seem more eager to sell me a marked up set of tires than to provide customer service. The mechanic noted the battery was weak on the inspection, yet he left my car without any battery juice to start it in the parking lot and did not offer a jump start.This place has gone downhill under new ownership. I had been going there for 13 years since living in Anderson Creek. Place used to be crowded with business, now it's empty. I recently refered my friend there. They charged him over $3000 and still did not fix the issue.I will not be going back to this place ever again.

My driver's side headlight was dim to the point where I had to use my high beams to drive at night, I replaced the bulbs myself but it didn't do anything. They put on a brand new headlight assembly and now my lights are so bright, just like when I first got my car. It was expensive but worth it idc. Everytime I come here they always get the job done. Thanks guy will be back for more business

I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am on January 29th. I ask clerk a the front desk to tell them not do a 50 point inspection of my vehicle because I was aware of what needed to be done from previous visits. Just wanted my brakes done. When I received the text about my vehicle, I noticed that a complete inspection had been done. I left my vehicle there and received a call at approximately 2pm. I call the manager on January 30th to express my concerns a questioned the labor charges of $503.01, so does this means that it took over 4 hours to complete my break work?

Only needed an inspection, so I can t say anything about vehicle repairs since they have changed ownership. However, they had it done quickly, only noted a couple of small things I could easily change myself, and didn t try to get me to pay them to do it, which I appreciate.

Had front upper and lower ball joints replaced and front end alienment. When drove home truck acted like it wanted to right and left with out turning steering wheel. Not a good feeling driving on highway with traffic. Not acceptable work and is not safe to drive.
