I went to pine hill to get a battery for my car today and I didn t know that I was supposed to take out the old one and have it ready when I got there. I ve been having major issues with the old one and wasn t sure how to even get it out. I didn t realize that the installation of the new one wasn t part of buying it and a sweet girl that works there offered to change it out for me!! If I could give pine hill 6 stars I would! Definitely my new go to for parts! She really went above and beyond for me and I am so appreciative!!!

Honestly these are the most honest most helpful most warm hearted welcoming people with patience I love it there customer service I love it here I love it there I love the animals that they have the father is the best he helps you with anything his daughter is his wife just an amazing experience me being a woman and having to go and order all these kind of things even my return I had to do in a return and it was the best thing in the world thank you very much and may God bless this company

I have been disappointed before and so I tried Pine Hill Auto Parts. So glad I did! So knowledgeable without me saying. He was honest and told me that I did not need a more expensive battery having my truck disabled for two years. Wow!! That s integrity and now they have a life long customer telling others.

The owner's honor, honesty, and integrity has earned my business for life. I brought a 100 lb. propane cylinder to be filled. The owner took it from my truck, filled it, and put it back! Amazing service! Instead of charging me for the entire cylinder being filled, which he easily could have, he said it was still partially filled and just charged me for the propane he put in it. It was just around $10 difference, but with that he's bought a customer for life. Come by and get propane, auto parts, and some other hardware. They are a local independent business that deserves your support, give them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Family run business with great prices and service. They have a great selection of parts and also sell fuel oil, kerosene, and fill propane tanks.I always check with them first to see if they have what I need. I suggest you to too. You will be pleasantly surprised.

My first time visiting pine Hill Auto parts they have a big selection and the folks there sure were helpful they didn't have what I wanted but they spent the time to look it up and to show me where I can find it at the best price and also the prices were fairly reasonable and they carry about any accessible that you would need for your car I recommend them very highly

Nicest bunch of people you will ever meet! If they don't have what you need, they will order it and have it in a day or two. If you are unsure what part number, they will more than likely figure it out. Prices are unbeatable! Go here first and don't waste your time at other places or your money!

Your prices on their products and friendly and you can get in and out of there very quickly I recommend anyone going there first just to check prices usually they can be anybody around!! Also they're open Monday through Friday from 8:45 till 5:00 and on Saturday from 8:45 until 2:00 p.m. great great people to buy products from specially automotive.

If you're a shade tree mechanic like most of us on a budget, you're looking at the best possible auto parts store around. The part will almost always fit perfectly the first time, and their pricing is absolutely rock bottom. Not to mention all the other services and products you can find here. They will fill your propane tank on your grill, sell you the mechanics rags you keep forgetting to buy, and last but not least do it all with a smile.

Best place in the NC mountians for auto parts, propane gas, welding gas, vehicle inspection and just good ole' fashion, family owned business service.
