I'm writing this review with a deep sense of disappointment and regret. I am not typically one to write negative reviews, however, the experience I had at this tint window place left me feeling compelled to speak out, in the hopes that my experience could help save others from a similar situation.Yes, I am fully aware of the adage "you get what you pay for". I understood when I chose this place that it wouldn't be a high-end service, but still, I had a certain basic level of quality in mind that any reputable business should maintain. Sadly, my expectations were not met.Firstly, let's talk about the waiting time. I was asked to wait for what turned out to be an excessive period of four hours for the job to be done. Any business that values their customers' time would ensure their processes are efficient. A waiting period of this length is simply unacceptable.The waiting time, however, was not even the worst part. What appalled me even more was the state in which my car was returned to me. There was a complete mess all over my dashboard, rear mirror and the screen. This showed a lack of respect for my property and made me question the professionalism of the workers.Paying for a service should never result in more problems for the customer. In this instance, I not only paid for a mediocre tint job, but I also was left with a mess to clean up. This experience was more of a hassle than a service.Now, to their credit, I do want to appreciate the front desk staff. The person I interacted with was courteous and tried their best to help me through this ordeal. But one person's kindness can't make up for an overall poor experience.I write this not out of spite, but out of a genuine concern that others may have to go through this same experience. It's crucial to understand that no one should pay for a half-hearted job that causes more trouble than it solves. I sincerely hope the management takes note of this and makes necessary changes.I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Until they dramatically improve their quality of service and demonstrate more respect for their customers and their property, I'd advise looking elsewhere for your window tinting needs.

Be careful who you talk to working in there on your car. The workers try to make money under the table. My car total Total tint cost came out to $150 the person who was going to to it my car came in and said that they were going to charge $75-80 window cleaning before tint but he d do it for $50 & just don t throw him under the bus and got my friend to send him money through cash app & said he wouldn t start the car until the money was sent. I called the next day turns out the manager of the store wasn t there and the cost of window cleaning is included with tint. Mind you my car had maybe a few finger prints at most nothing that hard to clean. Overall the tint was great., just watch out who deal with when in the waiting room.

The one star is in no way a reflection of the staff. The people working here are very friendly and nice, but the quality of work is drastically subpar for the price I paid. I have a Honda CRV and I paid $328.My windows were not properly cleaned before or after the tint was applied. It took around 5 hours to finish my car. When I drove it that evening I could barely drive because the dirt and grime trapped underneath the tints made the lights of other cars glare bad.I came back the next morning and explained that the windows were not properly cleaned and a gentleman cleaned the exterior and interior of my windshields. Although this did help with the glare it did not address the issue of the windows being improperly cleaned prior to the tints being applied. I would not recommend this location there are plenty of other places that do tints in a similar price point.Overall I am highly dissatisfied and the idea of driving back a third time to address the fact that the windows were not properly cleaned is not something I want to do. I basically took an L on $330 to barely be able to drive at night with dirty windows trapped under tint .Service: Vehicle window tinting

Ebony was very nice and really easy to work with. We had our tundra and rav4 both done in the same day. I d recommend to anyone, and if we weren t moving, I d bring back my future cars

Everything came out great but the dude was disrespectful he told me that I needed to line it up myself kept saying it was my fault the first time when it was his mistake he s the tint person ,it s not my job but still rude.

My expectations were exceeded by the superb window tinting done on my 1973 Lincoln Continental Mark IV ! Jay and James did an exceptional job. It's perfectly beautiful. These two men know their business and were very friendly and professional. Ebony, the receptionist, was also very helpful and personable. I highly recommend this business. I got my windows tinted today ! I am so very excited . My car looks great . The gentleman who helped me and checked me out was very nice and polite and answered all my questions being it was my first time having tint . I will definitely recommend others . Thank you all .

They do a great job I love there customer service. The lady at front is great. I highly recommend this place for your tint windows. I got bobbles and scratch on two of my windows I came back and they fix it no problem.

I came bc it was a good price overall to get all windows including my windshield tinted. When I came back for a redo which was scheduled some weeks later, I spent at least 4 hrs for them to finish. The tall guy was making it seem like it was bothering him to just do the job correctly as I asked. I don't want any lines or bubbles. Simple. Anyway, like the rest of the 1-star reviews it's a mess all over the dash, dirty marks on the glass that will hopefully clear all the way up once I can wipe them after the few days I've been told to wait. If not.. smh idk yall. The windshield Still needs work after this 2nd time around. As a result of the steamer used, my headliner is peeled back across the front, bc apparently it was faulty/ripped to begin with, but who knew prior to it. Just dont risk it. At the end of the day, I'm scammed. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID.

The Tints don t last past a week with out coming off . I went back 1 time to fix it , now my drivers window is coming off . I m just going to another company to get it replaced .

the lady at the front desk definitely has the worst attitude I ve ever seen. The men who work there are nice people. Got my tint done, few days later there were bubbles all over the tint to the point where you could barely see though the window, took the tint off so I could actually drive the vehicle and see through my windows, they wanted to charge me another tint fee to get it redone after telling me to reschedule an appointment and they would redo it. Wouldn t recommend.Service: Privacy window films

An absolute waste of money how do you scratch tint that YOU are installing.. windows look terrible.. I couldve done this myself.. And very Ghetto.. The receptionist was nice though Go to Suntamers, you may pay a little more but you can roll your windows down when you leave and they do quality installations!UPDATE: Shoutout to Kristy, the manager in Durham for straightening everything out.. The Durham location is WAY better, much more efficient and you can tell that the guys tinting actually like what their doing!Services: Sun control window tinting, Decorative window tinting

Absolutely appreciate this business been a client for about 15 years with various styles of vehicles..The Owner Class Act his sister Classy n beautiful his staff always Cool n collected ..A big shout out to Ebony..My first time using this location she was well certified n making that day awesome helped me with the right tint choice surveyed my car n helped me with the best decision..This location is A plus really enjoyed her and the staff...
