Stood in Thomas office on 11/27/2023with my insurance on the phone and was told to drop off my car today 1/2/2024 I called last week to confirm to be told Thomas was out sick and they couldn't read his handwriting to verify if I could drop off today or not. Called this morning to be told they didn't have me on the schedule, no paperwork from Progressive and they couldn't do it. I have a timestamp message from Progressive showing it was sent on 11/29/2023. I emailed Thomas the estimate and was told he had to get in touch with the supplier to see when parts would come in and call me back. I called other shops and found an awesome local guy that is working me in and told me that if I had dropped my car off at modern that he would have had to redo the work. Needless to say, I called Thomas and cancelled and will not be back.

These folks could write a master class in customer service. Dustin was wonderful; knowledgeable, mild-mannered, and kind throughout every interaction with me and my husband. The office staff was also sweet as can be and very attentive. Our car was ultimately deemed a total loss by our insurer but the team over at Modern Collision still managed to make every step of the process seamless and stress-free.

I always take my car to this collision center simply because they are well located and close to home, the staff is friendly and great customer service, Carolyn is always ready to help! She is terrific! I definitely recommend. Don t recommend at all. Replaced a broken spoiler on my wife s car, took longer then they said. All kinds of new scratches on the car that wasn t there. Dirty. Broken parts was left in back seat, which scratched my leather. I suggest you find somewhere else to do your work.UPDATE: 2 months later no call back, no email back no nothing. Going up there this week.Update number 3: still not response! Company sucksUpdate number 4: still no response. When you go in they tell your SM not in.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE PEOPLE!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to get your car repaired. I understand the reason for having my car almost 8 months due to supply chain issues. Andrea was my person, she didn't communicate effectively. I visited once or twice a week to be updated.i had some issues with the work. After getting nowhere with Andrea for an additional 4 months, I was done talking to her. I contacted the m6and he made it right Tjxs Jason

Go anywhere but here. This place has NO communication, you have to constantly call and remind this place to do their job. This place lied to me for 2 months. I got my car towed in the beginning of January. Didn t get an estimate till a month later. When I finally got an estimate they never sent it to my insurance & I had to constantly call Sandra multiple times to send in my estimate to my insurance which she never did. My car was supposed to be ready the 3rd week of February. That week I call to see if my car is ready and she tells me they re still working on it, that it will be ready March 3rd. On February 24 she finally sent in my real estimate (was totally different than the first estimate) to my insurance and my insurance called to inform me that my car was totaled. I was shocked as I was told my car would be ready next week. Such a stressful situation she should ve been honest from the start. I never leave reviews but this experience was horrible.

My car was side swiped and Modern Collision repaired the damage quickly. Turnaround was only a week and communication was good. The car was returned clean and fully repaired. I have no complaints. They even blacked the tires which was totally unexpected. I know it is a small thing but it shows they went above and beyond what was expected. This was my first experience with them and I must say it was a good one.

Just a horrible experience with them, they have had my car since December 21st 2022, after I was involved in a hit and run. I have called several times and they always say they will call me back and never do. It s February 9th 2023 and I still have no idea when they will be done with my only transportation. This is frustrating and stressful. I have to get my insurance to call on my behalf to get answers for my questions answered. I would not recommend them to anybody after this. I just bought the car in November of last year brand new haven t even drove it a month before I was involved in a wreck and they seem not to car if I have a car or not. I regret letting them tow my car to them.

This place is joke! I dropped my car off on August 2, to have the rear bumper and reflector replaced on my car. Was told it would probably be ready on Monday, August 8. Never heard anything on Monday or Tuesday so I called Wednesday and left a voicemail that was never returned, called Thursday and left a voicemail that was never returned. The lady calls me Friday to say my car is ready. I get there and the reflector across the back was still completely cracked. Was told I had to leave it and that it would be ready on Monday. Monday came and none called, I finally called on Thursday and left ANOTHER voicemail that was NEVER returned. I have been without a car for 18 days and no one will return my phone calls. It s absolutely ridiculous and no excuse besides poor customer service. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL AND NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

I want to say that Modern Collision did an excellent job on my car! The communication process needs work in all areas such as rental car company, body shop and the insurance auto damage adjuster. In my case they sent the wrong part and it took a few more days for the body shop to received it. The end result was that Modern Collision made my look brand new. If I was able to leave zero stars I would. 67 days for repairs and not one phone call for a status update. They don t communicate with rental car company or return phone calls. Make sure you video and record when you drop off vehicle. My head computer unit went out at accident. Told Andrea at Modern that I lost navigation and connectivity. Finally told vehicle was ready on 3/31, went to pick up only to discover computer was still not working. Andrea never checked it or put it on estimate to insurance company so now it s not being covered, because they have no record of it being related to accident. So a $3000 repair is not being covered. Stay away from this body shop.

At first they seemed very knowledgeable and we thought that Modern was the body shop we should use. They quit answering our calls and did not return messages. When we picked up our vehicle several safety systems, like lane departure, no longer worked. I had told them that I was concerned about those sensors when we left the vehicle with them initially. It turned out that they used filler in the bumper which disabled some of the sensors the manual indicates that fillers cannot be used in the bumpers. We waited for them to contact us when the new bumper was ready they couldn t find the bumper that had been delivered by our dealer the previous week. It took all week from when we dropped the vehicle off for them to install the new bumper after they found it. My husband stopped in because they weren t returning our calls our vehicle was ready! Unfortunately, they couldn t locate the key. We had also told them that our gas mileage had dropped significantly and that there was a noise coming from the rear end they decided not to address those problems. We took the vehicle to the dealer and found out that the bearings had been damaged and needed to be replaced. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Take your car anywhere but here kept my car 2 months with no communication, and was told if i wanted at another shop would be delivered to my home on a wrecker in pieces

They replaced my rear bumper and muffler. Aside from a hanger that broke off on the muffler it's been fine. They reattached the hanger. However, if you go here do not deal with Dustin. He doesn't return phone calls. He doesn't show up for appointments that he makes with you. He also promised me some free touch up paint for my car because there were some paint chips after they pressure washed it. I've never gotten that paint after leaving him 5 voice mails. So as a company, they're okay. But Dustin is disappointing.

I have no idea how this place is in business. I could write a long review about how terrible my experience was but it s so frustrating I don t want to have to type it all out and think about it again. Let it suffice to say I literally had to tow my car out of their lot to CarSmart (go there if you can!!) after 2 months because NOTHING had been done with the car. Stay away from this place!!!!!

Ran into some trouble at first and missed a couple of repair items but they worked with me to get it all squared away and generously provided me a rental. Dustin was very professional. If I had one criticism it would be communication, specifically updates on the progress of the vehicle and voicemails always getting returned, but that s an easy fix and does not factor in giving fewer than 5 stars. He was always available to talk after we ran into some trouble about a few items and that made me feel comfortable.UPDATE - I am conflicted becuase there was initially a lot to like but had TO CHANGE TO 2 STAR AFTER THEY STOPPED RETURNING MY VOICE MAILS, LEFT A BOLT OFF MY LEFT CONTROL ARM AND NEVER PUT BACK MY EMERGENCY WHEEL. DEFINITELY DON T GO HERE. Once a safety issue cropped up, their tone COMPLETELY CHANGED. Blamed everything on understaffing... well how about don t take on so many clients. To be fair they did a great job with the paint though but look at it more closely is the size of the pearl flecks are not the same but I credit to the painter.

Had my car fixed here after a collision, and am very impressed with their work. The car looks great, and their customer service was above and beyond what I expected! Very glad I took my car there, I highly recommend them if you need some work done.

If I could give zero stars I would. My car has been there for now almost 4 months and I was not in a major major accident. I was told the repairs would take a month maximum. I have no idea how a business could be run like this, and if you can take your car anywhere else to be fixed! They also stop answering phone calls once they have your car and it is near impossible to get them to call you back.

My car was in an accident and they were repairing. It took them 3 weeks to give me a status update only to get news it was a total loss. They still giving me the run around about how long I can keep the rental
