I purchased a 2023 cadillac escalade from modern Chevrolet in October 2023. As of January I still do not have a tag or title. 30 days after purchase they told me they did not have a copy of my driver's license and insurance which I was required to send when I filled out the application for them to hold me the car until the next day. I live out of state so they sent me a 2nd temporary tag in November after I called back when I still did not get a tag. I'm then told the 2nd insurance info I sent was nit correct but confirmed it when sent.In December still no tag so I call back and i am told the paperwork has been processed but it may still take 2 weeks but by law they cannot issue a 3rd temp tag so just keep proof of purchase in vehicle. Finance company now threatening to increase my interest rate because they think they are not listed as lien holder but they check when I talk to them and still nothing entered I'm the system. I called the dealership and left the GM a message no return call. So I'm riding around with a 130,000 car with expired tags still in January. They have been paid their commission at this point I'm sure so they don't have any sense of urgency or concern!

If you love constantly paying for a service departments mistakes, then this is your place to be. I believe most dealership service departments are full of it, but I don't know anywhere else to go and anytime I try to take an older model nicer brand name anywhere else they just tell me it will end up at the dealership anyway because of how complicated nicer brand names make their cars. So I ignorantly continue to take my car here even for oil changes. At a point, when an "expert" who charges a premium continues to not stand behind their work, anyone would get fed up. If this company will not do their job, why should I continue to give them my business? The answer is I won't.

The service department here is unorganized, unaccommodating and quite frankly the worst experience we ve had with any dealership. You d think spending $100k would get you at least mediocre service. Thank goodness for Fred in sales, at least he has the wherewithal to try and cover their mistakes.

Outstanding service and work and was very pleased when I left. Thank you to all the mechanics and service workers for putting in 100% effort and making sure I knew what they were doing.

I love this mechanic shop. Been coming here for 7 years, no complaints. Masks are required and floors are marked for social distancing.

Took car in for regular maintenance and tag inspection. Took a little longer with inspection, but still good with friendly service.
