Ran over a huge screw, showed up and within 30 minutes of running over the screw I was back on the road. Effective and friendly service. 20 bucks for a patch job

They don't even deserve a star! My brother needed a new tire for some 28 inch rims. He took the tire to have it replaced and they said that they could fix the tire, even though they only do up to 26 inch rims. The person working on the tire explained that it would just take longer. In the process of trying to fix something that he knew he couldn't, he damaged the tire and rim so badly. The owner now wants to get around replacing the barrel of the rim that her worker damaged. I wouldn't send a bicycle tire to that place of business

Had a messed up tire and they replaced it with a used tire. Service was speedy and they weren t hard to find.

ASK FOR A PRINTED ALIGNMENT SHEET WHEN GETTING YOUR ALIGNMENT DONE. When getting full alignment when I installed new coilovers, they did not tell me that I had too much camber on my rears for proper tire contact so the rears were not fully aligned. They adjusted the best they could but not to spec without informing me that it wasn t fully alignedI took it to Southern tire 2 weeks later after I hit a bad bump in the front and the worker there informed me that it could not have been properly aligned and did not charge me anything and even recommended me a shop that could install my adjustable camber arms.My family used to recommend me to take my car here but over time I ve been questioning their care for the customer.

Great Price, Good PeopleThe tire I have is a 235 55 r20. It is a very hard tire to find and stock. They had the tire and good condition installed it and charging excellent price kudos to them!

I was impressed with this place because I had a flat 1 day in the sidewall of my tire. Low-profile tires are expensive from the Jeep dealership, and they won't plug a sidewall anyway. I was able to come here and get an inexpensive used profile tire put on. It cost me $50 which is a lot less than what the Jeep dealership would have charged me for a brand-new low-profile tire.

Stopped in tonight shorty before closing. They very fast, friendly, and affordable. Plugged my tire and I was back on the road!

Their employees practically pick what they want to charge you. They do not have consistent pricing on their tires. I always come here for my used tires. Today they tried to charge me 45 when they normally charge me 30-35. That is not ok. I will be finding a new tire ship.

Poor service, slow, waited almost an hour after being told they have my tire only to be told after waiting that they don t. Install let s stand around talking. Just a poor establishment

Great prices and excellent service. I've never been disappointed coming here. He didn't have the size tire I needed, but he was able to fix mine (nail in it) and can order me a new one in no time.

Worst experience i ever have had! They gave me a used patched tire, had a 12yr old kid take my old tire off. Then the older guy who put the patched tire on my car just hammered on one of my lugnuts and now my whole wheel is messed up!! DONT GO HERE!! Spend the extra money on a tire shop who knows what there doing. 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND!!

Bad place went for an alignment they added something in my oil that wasn't there before I took my car up there. They told me one price on the phone and was a different price when they got done. And I still believe my car wasn't properly aligned.

Do not go here !!! Terrible service and they screwed up an alignment and broke a stud on a tire rotation. Refuse to fix it. Do not waste your $. You ll be sorry.

Carried my truck to JTTTIRES on corner of Webb and Whitsett in Burlington NCThey repaired a wheel bearing that was out if place. Paid 40 in cash. A few days later I went to VA and on the way back I felt and heard a weird sound coming from the front wheels. When I got back I and a friend looked to see what problem was.I saw the front passenger side wheel were missing 2 studs and lug nuts out of the 5 usual. The tire/wheel hadnt been tightened completely and the wobbling actually ripped/broke the 2 studs and lug nuts off. I called Eric that day and told him situation. He said sorry and to bring it back and they would repair it. Dropped car off that night. Called 3pm folowing day and told me his boss said they would not fix it because they never took tire/wheel off. Which is not true. Cause to find and repair wheel bearings the tire/wheel has to be removed. No one else has touched my csr for almost 1000 miles when an oil change occured. Very unhappy but all I can do is to tell others my experience.UnhappilyNathan Taylor

Great little place for new and used tires.Good prices for most mechanical work done; very friendly, local customer service. Have helped me with price and credit on most work done.

I take all my cars to these guys (Mercedes) I never have a problem with any tires and if I do they ll help get me rolling. They also do inspections so check them out : an a list of other things too so give them a call .

So they put a tire on my van went back the next day he put air in it went back three days later to my tire off the rim. The tried to charge me for it but I told him that was his doing. Now he replaces it only for this tire to be flat when it was put on indie to like them but now I ll be finding another place to go they have fell off and far as tires I would make it my last place to go. I can t believe how they treated me at least make sure the air pressure is on more than 10

I just waited a hour for them to put 2 tires on my truck while I was waiting 4 other cars pulled up and started waiting. Then I leave and my tires are not balanced I called up there to get them to rebalance them and they told my to come back later that they were busy. I will never give them another dollar of my money. Fix your wrongs before you keep doing business. Some sorry people there

Paid $85 for USED TIRES on a 2013 ford focus!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE. One of the tires they gave me already had a screw in it and when i pointed it out the response was " oh we patch it" yet i still paid $85 dollars. Which i never would have done if they had told me the price before hand as they clearly have sign saying that tires start at $25 and uo which i know its priced by size but i drice a ford focus my tires are tiny i have never paid more than $25 dollars for used tires before and its not a mistake i will be repeating!!!!

Solid little tire shop, small business getting set up, quick turn around time and friendly staff. Brought 2 different vehicles in, one for a tire and one for a patch, payed very agreeable prices.

Best place for tires, breaks, oil changes, alignments etc. They re so friendly and quick service. I m a happy costumer since they opened for the first time. SO RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE

Purchased a used tire that went flat within two days. Was late to work due to this situation. Went back to exchange the tire and once again now the 2nd tire went flat within the first day. Ended up going somewhere else to purchase another tire. Never going back for tires.
