Thank you to Debi and Andrea from Jet-Hot. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and my headers look great! Expensive, but the old adage stands, the quality remains long after the cost is forgotten. The packing job for the shipping back was also top-notch.

Terrible experience from the start. Called for my quote, sent off my parts only to get a call a week later letting me know there would be an extra $100 charge because they said one of my parts actually counted as two although it didn't during the quote. Pretty much had to pay that or just eat the shipping and wait for my parts to get back... During the quote I explained that I didn't care about the look as much as the heat reduction under the hood. I was assured the Classic 1300 was the coating I wanted. Fast forward eight months later and about 1500 miles and I notice there's discoloration and flaking on both parts. I reach out to Jet-Hot with photos only to hear back from their "warranty" department advising that my 4.0L in line six clearing runs too hot and asking me questions about any upgrades I've done to up the horsepower. I explained I had checked header pipes and cats with a temp gun and then I was advised those don't work on that particular finish and the results wouldn't be accurate due to the reflective properties as well as the aluminum in the coating. Then I was told it was likely due to living in Colorado... I was asked about the timing and when I explained the 00-01 XJ has computer controlled timing and there's no distributor, the "service" agent said they've got 18 years experience and had never heard of such a thing... One I explained it was a used stock motor other than the header and cats they coated and it's my daily driver I was then told I'd have to send back my parts so they could measure the thickness of the coating to determine if they did their job right. If they did do things right they would then suggest I go to their better coating and get charged 50% of the upgraded coating. if they didn't do things right then they'd recoat in the same coating and I'd only have to pay shipping... Lifetime warranty, standing behind their quote and customer service is a joke for these folks. It's always a sign and shame on me for not noticing it but a company that has their own review section and it's full of all great experiences is a red flag. Then when you find other review areas and they have employees that submit reviews that's an even bigger red flag. Do yourself a favor and go with any other provider, if you use Jet-Hot you do so at your own risk and with fair warning.

Had some NOS Ford Racing short headers that I pitched back in the 90s. They had gotten wet during storage and had gotten rusty as a result. Jet Hot honored their warrant and decorated them for the price of shipping. I just received them back yesterday and they look fantastic. Thanks for being a stand up company.

Having been a long time high performance coating customer, I knew that my new set of headers need to be coated. It took us a while to get the headers since the pandemic but once we got them, we shipped them off to Jet Hot and we are EXTREMELY happy with the results. We are looking forward to having more sets done in the future. Thank you Jet Hot for the amazing service.

Today, my newly ceramic coated headers arrived. When I opened the box, I discovered that each header had been meticulously packaged to ensure zero damage. Once I finally got them out of the box, I was blown away by the quality of the ceramic coating. Because my headers were so rusty, I was skeptical that they'd be able to eliminate all of the rust... now, they look like brand new. When you considered the cost of purchasing new headers, the decision to have them ceramic coated is the only way to go. I highly recommend Jet-Hot High Performance Coatings. See for yourself...

The best customer service I've experienced in a while, superior product. and at a resaonable price. I had my Yamaha FZ8 exhaust coated for around $250 and I could'nt be happier with the results!

We started using Jet-Hot in 1993 on my show truck headers. Everybody was always talking about how nice they were, In 1996 I got a new Chevy Tahoe same deal except we sent the stock manifolds out to have Jet-Hot coat them. They looked amazing also. Now forward a few years later 2022, I found another beautiful red Tahoe a 1998 2 door. Got a new set of headers for it sent them off to Jet-Hot also. Just got them back and they are just as awesome as the the ones from 1993. Can't say enough good things about he great job you do.ThanksBetty & Bobby SchwartzSanta Fe, Tx

I wanted the ceramic coating primarily to help get the heat out of my Sunbeam's engine compartment. When I received them from Jet-Hot, I was very happy. First, they were packaged great--very carefully wrapped and packed to ensure they arrived fine. Next, they looked fantastic. I got the chrome finish--it looks great. Lastly, Andrea in customer service was great. She checked in with me periodically and ensured the headers were shipped back to me on the promised date. Great customer service. No installation pictures yet, but these headers will 1) help move a lot of heat out of the engine compartment and 2) will really add to the looks. Highly recommend!

Wow ! Meticulous and detailed performance work on my motorcycle exhaust. Looks fantastic and high quality compared to the stock color before, how it was discolored & run down. Highly recommend these folks, they are solid experts at making exhausts look beautiful and well protected from heat and elements. kindness & Customer service here are at whole new level. Impressive !! Cant Thank you enough

I sent my 18 year old headers to Jet-Hot they stripped off the old coating repaired a bad weld and recoated them. They came back and look like they are brand new. I have not installed them yet but I am extremely happy how they look.

Could not be happier with high above my expectations performance on the coating for my Kook's stainless headers. Customer service was off the chart! I want to commend the entire staff for going the extra mile, don't want to publicly call out one specific name but she knows who she is and I'm very grateful for after hours services on both ends!!!

Highly recommend Jet-Hot, there finished products are amazing and the heat reduction is incredible. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They have done a few headers for my cars and I plan to have exhaust tips in a custom finish done soon too. An absolute must if your buying new exhaust parts, get them Jet-Hot coated first and you won't regret it!

These people are hard to beat. The service they provide is above top notch. They are the standard for customer service and quality. They have been and will be the go to people for all my bike and auto builds. Downtime Baggers use nothing but JET HOT. Because they care as much about the customer as us. The coatings are just like the customer service. Hard to beat. Thanks Lance. Have used Jet Hot for many years. There coatings hold up like no others. From Motorcycle, 4 x 4, Restoration .. they have come thru time after time. Thanks for your work on my last two projects = Coating on a OEM S2000 Header with heat shields and Header for my Datsun 260Z. Both done in classic polish. Would not hesitate to recommend this company, have many times and will continue to do so.

BMW R1150GS motorcycle exhaust. After a few years, the OE chrome pits. Jet Hot along with Debi Heath guided me through the process and I received back exhaust pipes better than OE. Debi was such a help. Customer service like this is rare these days. I'll be using Jet Hot again.

You must get everything in writing and even at that, check and double check their understanding of the order. They will attempt to not fully understand then dig into your pockets for more money after they have your product in their shop. Don t fall for the gimmicks go somewhere else.

This stuff is awesome. I have had three headers coated. All three are for inline six engines. Phenomenal, lowers the temperature to almost nothing. Very important on the inline motors as the intake manifold is just above the exhaust manifold.

These guys were recommended to me by our local coating shop because they did not do polished silver coating. I sent a picture of the part and they quoted in one day. I sent the part and it came back in one week as quoted and PERFECT! Bad news for my local shop; Jet-Hot was better and cheaper than my local shop and will now be doing my work!

They took care of me by honoring a 10 year old coating with a free stripping and recoating. They even paid for shipping due to delays in production. That kind of customer care is rare and hard to find. Most of the companies I have dealt with all find excuses to escape warranty issues.
