They helped my mom purchase her Nissan. She loves them. It s been a great car for her! I can not say enough good things about Ida auto sales. The car was a great value, they made it easy to purchase for my mother and it s still running smoothly! Great people selling great cars. Thank you Ida for taking care of my mom.

I cannot recommend Ida auto sales and Albion/Nita enough. Not only was the process transparent and straightforward, I felt like him and his sister were invested in the success of not only the vehicle they sold me, but mine as well. Ida was a refreshing detour from your typical dealership. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Everybody gets a little nervous going to buy a used vehicle, but I can tell you from personal experience that IDA Auto Sales makes it nothing to fear.Start to finish, it was literally seamless. I knew the vehicle I was interested in. I test drove it, took it to my own mechanic and it checked out with flying colors, and purchased it the next day. They had all the paperwork ready when I walked in; the transaction took 15 minutes, and now, three weeks later, I'm just as happy as I was when I walked out the door the day I bought it.If you need a used vehicle, you'll not find better folks to buy from.

I am very happy with the car I purchased for my daughter. Everyone was very friendly. There was no hassle or pressure to buy anything. We made several trips up there and test drove the car before deciding. The purchase was very straightforward no hidden fees and they answered all my questions. I am very satisfied and would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

I recently purchased a 2016 sonata from Ida Auto Sales and cannot recommended this dealership enough. The cars are beautiful and affordable. Unlike most dealerships I did not feel pressured. Al was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had.

If you're looking for a fair priced, family-owned business who values their customers then your best bet is to head on down to Ida Auto Sales. I wish I had went here first before trying other dealers in town - it would've saved me both considerable time and money. I was more than satisfied with my purchase and overall experience and I guarantee you will be too! Highly recommend.

Bought my son's first car from Ida Auto Sales yesterday. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They answered all my questions and satisfied every odd request I had. They were very open about the vehicle, and were not dismissive of the couple of issues I found. The price negotiation was fair, honest, and fast with no pressure. Al never resorted to the emotional hooks other dealers use to keep the price high. Filling out the paperwork was fast and efficient. A major point for me: no "Document Fees". It was well worth the 90 minute drive to buy from Ida Auto. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Great service!! I bought a truck almost 6 years ago that has never done me wrong!! It was a steal to start with and clean as a whistle. We handled the paperwork smoothly, connected about mutual college friends, and they were even kind enough to hold the truck for me while I drove over an hour to my house to get the deposit. The title came quickly and I've only grown to love my ranger more and more as time had passed.

A small, family-owned business that works out of a single-room office, but they offer amazing, friendly service. There is no pressure like you get from other cars salesmen, a complete desire to see you get the car you want (not what they say you should want), and the willingness to work with you through the finances. My wife and I got declined for a car loan at the bank, so they set up a payment plan. When my wife left my daughter and me, they have been nothing but kind and supportive in being flexible with the payments. I just paid my car off despite everything that has happened in my life. They are great family and an awesome small business!

Very easy to work with. Never pressured to buy. Answered all questions and helped in every way they could. Straight forward pricing with no hidden fees. My son searched for months for his perfect car. He found 2 that he loved here (both eclipses), so we made the 2 hour drive and we were not disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is the best family owned used car dealer to purchase from. They helped my father find the vehicle he was wanting. I have owned myself a car I purchased 5 years ago. The car is still a great dependable vehicle. The absolute friendliness Business I have ever dealt with. Thank you again IDA. You guys are the best in the business.

We have now bought 2 cars from Ida Auto Sales and had positive experiences both times. This is a solid family owned business and very reasonable to work with and price cars at a fair value. Both cars we bought, while both having salvaged titles (so the prices were good because of this on both cars), have not had any issues since we have bought them. The staff was more than willing to correct minor issues that came up prior to purchase. I would definitely recommend Ida for a used car purchase!

Don t have enough those things to say about these guys. I bought a car from them and not only did they adjust their schedule to fit mine they waited 2 days in a row after their closing time to help me. It was a smooth seamless process and they gave me a full tank of gas! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a used 2008 Toyota Tacoma truck from Ida Auto Sales in Burlington NC during October 2019.Before finding Ida Auto Sales, I spent over a month researching used trucks and looking on autotrader.com to get a sense of what type of truck would work for our needs and the price range to expect to pay. We decided to look for a Toyota Tacoma with a regular cab and mileage into the low 100,000s, because we needed it as an infrequently-used backup vehicle and garden hauler, most of the time we drive with 1 or 2 people, and the regular cab size is less expensive. Our goal was to pay less then $12,000 and if possible less then $10,000.Ida Auto Sales advertised the perfect truck for our needs on autotrader.com: a 2008 white Toyota Tacoma with 120,200 odometer miles and an asking price of $8,750. I kept looking online another month for similar deals, but found nothing better than this truck. Then Ida dropped the Tacoma price to $8500, and we decided to check it out in person.We found the Tacoma on the small used vehicle lot at the company s Burlington NC address. We walked around the truck, checking the frame and tires and other exterior things. Then we walked to the small office, where a very nice young woman, Nina, talked with us, got our contact and NC license information, and gave us the keys to test-drive the truck about an hour. The truck drove well, and had no leaks or smells during the drive and nothing leaked under the truck when we parked to check for drips. We saw the tire-inflation light come on during the test drive, and Ida had that checked and fixed after we mentioned it to them.Two days later, we borrowed the truck again to take it to a Toyota mechanic for an independent evaluation in Liberty NC, Jeff at Toyz Unlimited (an amazing experienced Toyota mechanic). After spending time checking the truck, Jeff showed us a few areas of expected wear, and said the truck looked very good to him. His primary recommendation was to flush all fluids to make sure the lifeblood of the truck was all good. The evaluation was zero cost to us. (After purchasing the truck, we brought it to Jeff to have him flush the fluids and do a few other minor things his evaluation found.)After getting Jeff s positive evaluation, we drove the Tacoma back to Ida Auto Sales and started the purchase process. Nina managed all of the paperwork smoothly. We set up an appointment for the next day, to bring them the $8500 payment check and drive off with the truck. We have been pleased with the truck ever since.I visited the Ida Auto Sales website during my research. One of their website pages says that they strive to find good reliable used vehicles for people who need them. I think they do a great job at their mission.I would deal with Ida Auto Sales again with no hesitation. I strongly recommend Ida Auto Sales to anyone interested in a good used vehicle at a fair base price.

Really great folks here. I came in having totaled my '01 silverado and needing a replacement vehicle ASAP. Albion found me a great deal on an '05 accord which will help me on my long commute to work. Really turned around a bad situation for me thanks guys
