I made two online purchases (10 minutes apart) after they were close on a Friday night. Two wire harnesses and a gasket. Total weight about 3 lbs. I called them at 8AM on the following Monday and asked them to please ship my order in one box to save me shipping money. The women said she had my phone number and would call me back. They never called. I waited 4 days and I called them back. Got a women again and I asked her if they shipped my order in one box? She only said it will arrive on Friday. That day a package arrive from the post office (not FEDEX). Then the next day another package arrived from the post office (again not FEDEX). They charged me $44.27 for shipping and handling on each order or $88. I took both small boxes to the post office and asked them the mailing cost from their zip code of 27215 to mine 84003. Their mailing weight was on their label. (1 lb and 1 lb 13oz) Hubbard spent $8.85 and $13.60 to ship my two packages to me. They could have saved the customer money but they wanted to more money. I just ordered front disc brake kit for my 64 Impala from another vender, about 60 lbs, and their shipping and handling was $70. I will NEVER order from Hubbards Impala again.

We need a negative star option. Horrible place to deal with. Sold me parts that aren't in stock. They claim their vendor is out of stock. Then why would they sell it to the public? Sent email about the missing piece, it took over 2 weeks to get a response. I replied to that email 2 weeks ago, and sent 2 new ones, all with no reply. This place is an absolute scam. Avoid at all cost.As you can see, they sent a reply. Wishing me luck to get the rest of my parts. It's right down there in black n white.As much as you might want to, don't do it.Best of luck getting my parts they said. They have completely stopped communication. I have reported them to the BBB.

Order number # 601299 On October 09, 2023 I purchased a vinyl top for my 1972 caprice custom. I chose white because it was the only color that the website said was in stock. After i checked out i received an email stating that my order would be shipped out within 1-2 days. On October 10, 2023 i received an email from Hubbard Parts employee Mary stating that my order was with a vendor and production time would be 47 days. I called and spoke to the employee Mary stressing the fact that I was unaware that this item was not in stock and would not have purchased if i would haven known that this was going to be the process. I then asked if i could cancel the purchase and she stated that the item was already in production and that i couldn't cancel. On December 4, 2023 56 days after i purchased the item. I called the Hubbard parts to get an update on my item they told me it was still in production and would take another 20 days. I explained once again to employee Mary that this was not acceptable and that i wanted a refund and she explained that i couldn't have one and that I would have to wait for the vendor to finish production.

Gonna be a honest post here , when i first ordered my bumpers for my 63 i went off of word of mouth to use them and i don t regret it , at first i was a bit worried because of the reviews of some but what people are confusing them with is bobs impala , that place went out of buisness people assume it s hubbards i was one of them . there customer service there sales where great mary , bri where awesome in helping me get my bumpers in a timely manner , people fail to remember it s hard to get a stock of impala parts now days but they did the best for me without question . thanks to the team and hubbards impala i look forward to more business

Ordered what was advertised as a door lock/ rod clip set for a 63 impala. they charged $12.01 for the clips and $19.49 to ship. The clips were the same cheep ones I got from Amazon (15 clips for $6.00, with free shipping) Neither clips from either vender fit. I would never buy from Hubbards again because of their high shipping in addition to sending parts that don't fit!

I ordered a windshield through these guys and was given the wrong shipping quote so I requested a refund, no big deal. Well that was about a month and a half ago after being told I would get a refund within a week and I have yet to receive my refund. 10/10 do not recommend this company. Have email proof for the refund

I would not buy from this company.I went online to buy a part for my car and it was out of stock. So I asked for a refund over a week ago and still haven't received it.So if they end up sending it out to me.I am just going to send it back for I already went with a different company and received the part.So I would highly recommend not to purchase for the company.And when I receive my refund I will come back on and change my view

False advertising!! Drove all the way from Atlanta and was closed. Arrived at the location on Saturday at 9am and waited for over an hour and no one showed up.

I have placed a few orders withubbards. One was sent to the wrong address and they refuse to help me with a refund or a claim with fedex. I placed another order in February of 22 was supposed to receive my item in December of 22. I spoke to the vendor they were using for my door panels and the order was not even placed with them until December of 22. Very rude and condescending without willingness to help resolve the matter. You will not get honesty from these gals. I will be taking my recorded phone calls to my attorney. Buyer beware do not use this company.

Worst company around, website is horrible, every time you back out your cart emptied, you have to screen shot or write down part numbers, I ordered over $500 of moldings, said we're in stock, charged me for them and tell me 3 weeks later they are coming from vendor, Mary obviously forgets the lies she tells people, told me my moldings are 1 if 10 ordered, 5 months go by and says( only after 4 emails later) that they came in damaged. All 14 pieces were damaged, I asked how do we know it was my set and not one of the other 9 sets, she had no idea what I was saying, she should remember the stories she tells, 8 months in I get my moldings with no install clips, says they were sent in beginning, I dud not receive them, now I'm told I never ordered clips, stay away from these people. Worst experience ever

DO NOT BUY. I bought seat belts from this company for my Impala but I was not able to use them after all. I returned them after getting a return authorization number. The company confirmed they received my return. 1 month, 6 emails, and 1 phone call later, they still have not processed my refund. They made some lame excuse that their "accounting" dept got new software and refunds have been delayed. They promised my refund would be processed. I'm STILL waiting for my money back. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I made my purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I called looking for seat covers for 62 impala. I had ordered them on or about 12/10/22. I was told that a 6 to 8 month lead time to manufacture the item. It turns out they were ordered 12 months ago from another company and they are done now. I called Hubbard to cancel the new order on 12/21/22 and was told no returns accepted but it is not a return it's a cancelation of a product not even been started to be manufactured yet. That's not good business in my opinion. Now I have to eat 1250.00 bucks and wait a year for the seat covers to be made because of their unfair policy. They could cancel this order refund my card and everything would be fine. I guess this is how this company makes there money by putting it to the little guy

Just started dealing with this company (always dealt with Sinclair's Impala Parts, but they since went out of business)! I've got to say so far, so good! I talked to Celeste on the phone, and explained what I needed ( I have a 63 Biscayne 2 door). She said everything was in stock, but the vent window seals, and they would ship when they arrived. ( I am in the car part, part of the industry' and believe me when I tell you, I KNOW about parts n back order). Anyway all parts arrived and fit, including the vent window seals (2 weeks later).The only thing that would help is if you had actual pictures of the parts, instead of drawings ( example: the window channel weather strip), and a better part description of parts ( example: exterior screw kit, do they come in separate bags, labeled to what the screws fit? What exterior pieces are the screws for?).. If this is the service I continue to receive from Hubbard's, they gained another customer here. Thanks Celeste and Hubbard's, I'll be calling again soon!!

This company is a joke I've dealt with hundreds of parts companies restoring cars but I ordered a interior kit for a 59 impala in March 2022 that they took the money for Instantly almost $3000 it is now March 31 2023 it's been an entire year I still don't have my order qnd all the contact I've had with the company has just been them passing the blame I still don't have my order or my money back no compensation at all for their short comings. Stay away from this site.

I don t usually write reviews but I felt I had to this time. I see many reviewers had issues, which is crazy to me as I had none. I made a very large order back in February and I was able to go pick up most of my order as I live in Virginia. 2 pieces of sheet metal were on back order. They were unfortunately back ordered for several months. But I know that was not Hubbard s fault. They kept me updated until everything came in.I made another large order with them in July and went down to pick it up about a month later(as I was still waiting for my previously back ordered sheet metal to come in). It was always super simple to call and make an order, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful and I was always kept updated on my orders. I made another small order this past Saturday and had it shipped. I received it the following Tuesday!In the end, I will probably always buy my impala parts from Hubbard s. Most things I order are in stock, I can go pick up large things to save on shipping, things that are shipped arrive extremely fast, customer service is great and I feel they have some of the best prices around. All I can suggest to other people is to try and be a little patient if they have order issues. Sometimes parts availability is out of their control. I feel they try the best they can to accommodate the customer. Hubbards customer for life

*WARNING*WARNING* DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!This company is not what it used to be. I have ordered parts from them several times, however they are going down hill fast. I ordered a quarter panel last February, I was told it would take a month to come in. So I waited, and waited, and waited. After 3-months of waiting with no part, I requested a refund. I have been requesting said refund for the last three months. Nothing but lies from the staff about it. Nothing but stall tactics and rude behavior when I call. I have been told three times they processed the credit. ALL LIES!!!!! I understand there have been supply chain issues but this company goes way beyond that. Do not expect your part or your money back from this company. I have contacted the NC State Attorney regarding this matter, and they said that I am not the only one they have heard complaints from recently. I am also bring suit in court against them. They took me for over $300.00.

I ordered parts to do a 4 speed conversion in my 67 Impala.They had all the parts I needed in stock. Ordered them on Thursday morning they came in the next day via Fedex. That's great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible business practices. Sent me defective part. I had to send them a phone pic to get an RMA. Send it back and took me 5 weeks and 4 calls to 2 different "supervisors" to get a refund. Then they docked off a return fee....for a defective part. Never again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE!!! On February 26th we ordered a few parts from this vendor and was told under 2 weeks shipping time. Over a month later the parts were still not received and when contacted, they couldn't disclose an expected ship date. This vendor clearly did not have the parts and made no efforts to update us on the estimated time of shipping or delivery. So we cancelled the order.After we cancelled the order we have called 8 different times regarding the refund. It is now September 4th and we still have not received the refund. Specifically we have spoken with Mary & Kim both numerous time and neither of them seem to care about refunding or simply do not know how.This company will take your money, not deliver any product or service and keep your money when you ask for a refund. Do Not Trust Them!We have waited over 6 months for a refund and are left with no other choice but to write this review to warn future customers.This order is under the name Richard Welter

The staff is friendly. The company is a fraud!!!! They will sell you items that are back ordered or don t even make anymore. And then refuse to give a return. Only way I could some of my money back was to buy other items. (Overpriced). And to top it off charged over 55 dollars to ship a 10 x 12 box with 6 lbs in it. Horrible experience. Never never deal with Hubbard!!!!!!!

This company is absolutely horrible. The can not tell the truth. They take your money on orders and then do not provide the product and refuse to refund you. I would like top pull together with everyone who had a similar experience and hire an attorney. Companies like this do not belong in business. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

Really BAD service! Don't order from these people. I placed an order May 1st 2020, and was told 8 - 10 weeks until delivery. It's now been 5 months. After contacting them three different times they still can't say where my parts are or when they might arrive. These two parts are just stock parts. When I asked for a refund and just to cancel the order I was told 'NO, because they were special order items. Again, these are stock interior parts. When I asked why they were special ordered she hung up on me. This is where I am right now on 10-16-2020

I ordered window felts for a 75 CONVERTIBLE received felts for a hard top. Assuming I had the right parts I didn t check what was sent until I was ready to start work, and now am forced to send back the entire kit when I can keep the front door felts and just have the rear 1/4 window felts sent and send back the hardtop pieces but that s too logical I have to send back entire kit at my expense and this box is about a 4foot box but that makes too much sense i guess

I ordered a grill and had to cancel my order after 3 months of waiting for Hubbard to receive the grill from another company before they could ship the order to me. Hubbard s customer service promised to follow up on multiple occasions but never followed through. Maybe my experience is rare but it s worth sharing. Going forward I would only order from here as a last last last resort. Buyers beware!

Shipping charges are outrageous. Even though they may advertise cheaper prices they get you on the back end. I ordered two nuts and a small piece of molding that was delivered in a small fedex envelope and I was charged $20 for shipping alone. You know an e-commerce site like this has discounted shipping rates, but they gouge their customers.Also bought a headliner, and wrong color was sent. It has been over a month and still no replacement, no follow up from hubbards and no call back with an update.Spent thousands of dollars here and wish I had gone elsewhere.What a shame.
