Ask to replace a tire on a rim and put the new wheel and tire on, they put the wrong rim (crack rim) on and now I have a flat and they broke my lug nut so now it s hard for me to get off and get it done the right way. No one answer the phone I even went by there this morning and explained what happened and the sort of kind muscular Latino act like he didn t remember me coming up there on Saturday October 14 2023

Great service, got two new front tires for my ram 2500, $150 out the door for two michelin ltx ms's that looked brand new. Very professional, and overall a good environment. Highly recommend this tire shop.

This establishment has been a tride and true spot for me in a pinch and at my best. The business has made the community a better place in getting new a d used tires locally. The owner is a stand up guy and trust is valuable in any business owner. He makes community relationships top priority for everyone he meets. He always has a smile and greeting for his customers. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great service at an affordable price range. Go by and get your services at a trusted community based business.

Fast and friendly service. They were straight forward with my options and cost. He even offers road side assistance for a very reasonable price, I will be returning to Hercules Tire for more automotive car. I recommend anyone needing used tires to give them a call.

I purchased what I thought to be a set of brand new tires for over 1000 and they where installed . Six months later my daughter was driving to Wilmington and her tire blow out , turns out the whole set is Recaps .

Great set of used tires for my Honda Accord for a great price. They got it done quickly while we waited. If you are looking for tires, you should definitely check here first.

Sold me a bad tire which blew after a week. Went back had it replaced which blew 3 days later. They lied from the start. Trying to up sell every opportunity they got. They even admitted that if i get a replacement used tire you may have the same problem. They admitted that they sell junk. DO NOT go here!

Changed my tires and now they are shaking. Owner told me to bring it back and I got turned away by is other workers. The owner came in and made it right!

Absolutely amazing man! So honest and helpful. Its sunday, so his shop is closed but he is still out at the flea market working. Best customer service I've ever gotten! Also, super reasonable prices! Recommend recommend recommend!

For years I have visited Hercules Tire. From tires getting plugged to getting 2 to 4 tires at a time. They're always friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable, timing is perfect and prices are right on. Highly recommend

I came to Hercules Tire with a blown wheels and they had me back on the road within minutes. Even though my car is trash, they treated her like a queen. Much appreciated
