We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Atlas Cross Sport at this dealership. Our salesman, Shawn McGee, was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly, never pressured us to buy, and kept us updated during the whole process. When we found the vehicle we wanted it was at another Flow dealership three and a half hours away. No problem! They had it brought down to their dealership the next day. The finance manager gave us a fair trade, good financing options, and the final paperwork was explained thoroughly. We would definitely do business here again and highly recommend this dealership!

Had a not so pleasant experience at another local vw dealership. After going back for more research using the chat features, I received a follow up from Jeremy and Johnsy at VW Burlington. They were both absolutely fantastic. Johnsy did research on the exact vehicle and style and located it within days. Johnsy even went to another location to pick her up. He messaged me with updates and helped me through the process.Johnsy was attentive to the detail, listened to what I wanted and was not just eager to make a sale or never once tried to persuade me to something else. He was patient and respectful on waste my time. He even went the extra mile (literally) of traveling to pick up the exact vehicle that I was looking for.If you re in the market for a new vehicle, you can t go wrong with a German vehicle, let along VW. Stop by and see Johnsy and I promise you will be pleased with your experience!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and going through the process of financing; I ve just bought old cars for cash up until now. Shawn made the process easy and seamless and was super friendly and kind as well. I had come across some pushy and skeevy car salesmen while I was shopping, but once I met Shawn at Flow, I knew this is where I would make a purchase because he and the other staff made me feel so much more comfortable!

Flow Volkswagen of Burlington and Paul Malanowski 10 out of 10.Great experience, beautiful SUV, would highly recommend Flow Volkswagen of Burlington, and our sales person Paul Malanowski, without hesitation or reservation. Truly, by far, the best car buying experience in over 20 years of buying cars.I ve been looking for a car on and off since covid. I ve looked at new, used, foreign, domestic, small, medium, super small, large, and back again. I could not find the right fit for the right price. Flash forward to this week.I did my usual online searching and found what looked on paper to be the prefect SUV, at the perfect price, at Flow Volkswagen of Burlington (they also sell Subaru, Volvo and pre-owned). I sent a chat to see if the vehicle was available, for the advertised price, and special financing. It was, so I set up a test drive.This SUV, at this price, with this financing, is a unicorn.Before I left home, our salesperson, Paul Malanowski, called to check in, and offered full transparency surrounding the pricing. When we arrived at Flow, Paul was standing in the parking lot awaiting our arrival. The Tiguan SUV was washed and sitting out front.The test drive was incredible, the ride was perfect. When we got back to the dealership, we sat in the car, looking at every feature, discussing our thoughts while Paul patiently waited outside the car. It was cold and wet. We offered to have him sit in car with us but he politely declined, said he was fine, and gave us all the time and privacy we needed.We went inside to discuss pricing, financing and within about 10 minutes had a deal sheet.I ve never had a car buying experience like this with the perfect nexus of an incredible, extremely knowledgeable salesperson, an SUV with every safety feature, beautiful styling, transparent pricing, a great deal, zero rush, zero hard sell. There s typically some give, some compromise, concession or trade-off. Not at Flow Burlington and not with Paul.Paul always did what he said he would, exactly when he said he would. He had everything ready from start to finish and was fully engaged throughout.I especially appreciated that they let their work and vehicles speak for itself and are not a hard-sell outfit. A 10 out of 10.When we went to pick up the car and finalize the paperwork, the car was washed again (it s pollen season) and out front. This time with a bow.

I have bought several cars over the years and have never had an experience like I did at flow VW in Burlington! This experience was great! They are all very kind and very helpful! Paul is who helped me purchase my new atlas cross sport premium r line, she is beautiful and I really just can t believe I have one, I have had my eye on this vehicle for several months now! Paul was amazing and is still so kind. He has followed up with me to make sure I don t have any questions about the car and has really went above and beyond! Thank you Paul for all of your help, you have been amazing! Sam also helped out through the process as well and went through the bells and whistles of the inside with me! He was also great! Even the finance guy who helped at the end but I did forget his name was exceptional! With all that said thank y all and I love my new VW and the experience I had while purchasing it!

The best car shopping experience I ve had in 30 years of buying cars. No hard sell tactics; no pressure to buy things I didn t need. More than anything, Sam Cheek was awesome to work with. If you re looking for a VW (or a Subaru), go to Flow Burlington and ask for Sam!

Had an amazing experience with Flow Burlington. Our salesman was William Livingston and he was phenomenal. We traveled a far distance for a vehicle and had an excellent experience. All the paperwork was ready to sign, numbers were worked out prior to our arrival. We were in and out! The price listed on external apps such as CarGurus and CARFAX is the out-of-the-door price. No hidden fees. The car has brand new tires, perfectly detailed, and a full tank of gas for our trip back! I would come back and do business again with this dealership but especially to make a deal with William Livingston!! He is personable, engaging, and very knowledgeable on what he is selling. 100/10 experience. We will be recommending him and the dealership to our friends and family.

Chris Dubs was absolutely amazing. He had wonderful stories and made us feel so welcomed. He made sure we were taken care of and kept updating us. He was very upfront about how much everything was going to cost and even saved us money! We thought our breaks needed to be changed and they didn't. Our car salesman, Jonathon Garcia was the best! He drove from Burlington to WS to let us drive the car. He was so considerate and patient with my 91 year old dad. Daddy enjoyed working with him so much that he offered him a $20 tip Jonathon would not take it but sincerely thanked him for his offer. If you go to flow Burlington be sure to ask for him!

My recent buying experience from Flow VW Burlington was 5 stars due to the incredible efforts of Paul Malanowski. The process was incredibly fast and streamlined, and he was incredibly accommodating and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. I would recommend Paul Malanowski - and by extension, Flow VW Burlington - to anyone who wants a fantastic car-buying experience.

I dropped my 2018 VW Atlas with 40k miles for oil change and state inspection and I got a call back from the dealership that my car has failed inspection due to bad tires and that tey have few set of tires available immediately which I can buy so I can pass inspection. Upon reaching back at the dealership I asked them to show me why my tires are considered bad so a mechanic went out with me to the car and mentioned that the tread was less than 2/32 but when I asked him to measure using the measure tool, the tires were over 2/32. When I pushed them more, they said, it's still at their discretion to pass or fail the test and because the test is valid for whole 1 yr, they dont think my tires will last one yr so thats why they have failed the inspection.Also, they did not even place foot mats in the car during service.

Staff was friendly and kind but also competent! They helped us turn in a leased vehicle and buy a new one. Even though it was late, no one complained about being there past closing. Jason, our sales associate and Jeremy, the manager both took their time explaining the features of the vehicle.

From the moment my husband and I pulled in we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Our sales consultant, Antoine, was happy and very respectful. He listened to our needs and showed us each model we were interested in. Even though Antoine did not know much about the new 2024 Volkswagen Atlas we were interest in he was honest about that and willing to get the sales manager, Jeremy, for assistance. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the car and shared personal experiences. They made the whole process very easy and never made us feel pressured into buying the car. They were honest about it being the only one that met our needs but also encouraged us to try the other cars I was interested in first to ensure it really was the car I wanted. My husband and I have made lot of dealership purchases over the years but this was by far the best experience! When it is time for a new car we will be going to see them again!

Shoutout to Jonathan at Flow Volkswagen of Burlington. Jonathan was the best to work with. This is my first Volvo and he was super informative and perfectly highlighted the Volvos best features. He wasn t pushy at all and pointed me in the right direction for my needs. It was nice to work with someone who made me comfortable and I didn t feel rushed in making the best choice for our family. Greensboro Flow has better customer service and service than Burlington. I will travel to Greensboro where I purchased the car. I went to Burlington because I moved out of convenience.

***IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE PLEASE DO NOT GET IT SERVICED HERE***Undoubtedly the worst dealership experience I've ever had. If you care about your vehicle in any way please do not get your car serviced here ever. Matt and the technicians he oversees are incompetent and performed extremely poor service to my vehicle which was all under warranty. Upon return I found my cabin filter on the car floor. Noticed a few parts missing and had to ask for them back. Found several stains on my headliner and interior. I asked them to address the crooked steering 3 times and was never properly fixed. Matt tried to convince me, a car I've been driving for years, that my steering was fine when in reality its not.Would give a 0 rating if I could.I ve already filed a formal complainant with their corporate office and I will continue to escalate my issue with Flow corporate until some action is taken against them.

I contacted over six VW dealers in my area and VW Burlington was by far and away the best pre-sales experience on this purchase and on the best for me ever.Additionally, throughout the process, they were always ready and prepared as I traveled an hour each visit with young children. Special thanks to Mike Thorne, Betty Davis and Lex for being professional, ready, and making it 'easy' to make the decision, buy and take delivery.From start to finish they were accommodating and I never felt pressured - they really want to make the sale happen and I could not be happier with the experience. Would recommend and would by again from them.
