Fantastic dealership to have in Burlington. We had a very minor issue with the tailgate latch on our Outback today so we headed over to the service department to have it inspected. We were met in the service bay by service manager Matthew J. who quickly assessed and remedied the issue within about two minutes and we were back on the road at no cost. We can t say enough about how friendly the service team was so close to closing time on Easter weekend. We also would like to recognize our favorite car salesman Dray D. who has helped us make a couple of purchases so far. Thank you Flow team!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Our salesman Dray did an excellent job of showing and explaining the features of our new Forester Touring. The Flow dealership worked hard to get our business, but did so without making us feel pressured. This is our first Subaru but will not be our last. We had a great experience with our sales person Johnsy. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and respectful during the whole car buying process. Although there was a 40+ year age difference between us, he was patient and answered each question completely. I would highly recommend working with him and his whole team.

Flow Subaru was far and away my best car purchasing experience! My salesrep, Mark, was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions with no pressure to buy. Randy, the Financial Services Manager, explained all available options and made sure I understood everything before I made my decision. The gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) who drove my car from the showroom to the parking lot, was very careful and courteous. Everyone at Flow was fantastic! I highly recommend them! And the "Share the Love" charitable contribution was wonderful!

If you are looking for a car, Flow Subaru is the dealership you should work with. Our sales rep Johnathan was terrific. There was no pressure to purchase. He took his time and walked us through all the attributes of the cars and worked diligently to find a car that would suit our needs. The entire process was completely transparent, no hidden fees or agenda. Highly recommended!

This was by far the best and easiest experience of buying a car we've ever had. Our sales guy was Ethan and he was professional, kind, and all around amazing! We are so happy our salesperson was Johnsy Q! We went in late on a Friday night and he came out to ask if we had any questions. He was very nice, not pushy at all, just there if we needed him! We went in the next day for a test drive and loved the Subaru Outback! Johnsy was so great to work with very personable, he also gassed up and sent my car down for another cleaning! Max the finance guy was great too, going over all the paperwork, and warranties that are available. I will definitely go with Flow on our next purchase! Great transaction from beginning to end!

We needed our windshield replaced in our Subaru and Brian was the BEST. I felt he went above and beyond coordinating the glass folks and making sure things were seamless. I haven't seen customer service this good in a long time. He was super.

My husband and I purchased a Crosstrek and a WRX about 6 months ago. Antoine Lindsey was our sales consultant. He was professional yet carried a touch of southern charm. He was not pushy at all. Always a stress free, pleasant experience! Outstanding customer service and prices. Purchased 2 vehicles from here in the last couple of years and am happy and satisfied with both vehicles. If they don't have it on the lot they find what I am specifically looking for! With 2 businesses this is our go to dealership!

Sales and Service are excellent. Great communication, great support, zero issues or complaints. Those folks went above and beyond.All in all a good dealership which will drive to a good deal on a car, and a great place to have your car serviced, but I would buy any warranties or add on services elsewhere if you're on the fence.

Keeping this at two stars because my salesperson, Mark, was wonderful. I ll also add that everyone was perfectly pleasant and there were no issues with the car I was hoping to purchase I m sure it would ve been great.However, the way the appraisal process was handled was borderline offensive. They requested to see the vehicle in-person to value it (Note for context: It s an EV they probably don t see often), so I drove two hours to ultimately be offered 40% of what the car was worth new 18 months ago. Which would be one thing if it wasn t well under current trade-in value(s) and severely under used retail. Their analyst very clearly did not consider trim level, packages, motor size, condition, etc. just offered the lowest of what base models were seeing at auction (virtually, no one even looked at the car). It felt as if no one was willing to think critically in the moment and try to properly research the vehicle s value.Though I ultimately wasted 2 days and 10 hours of my time, it s worth noting I would still purchase from them especially Mark. I m not upset that we couldn t make a deal, I was frustrated by the nonchalance with which it was handled. I m sure Flow Companies is otherwise an otherwise excellent dealer.

I ve delete with two young men there on separate occasions while helping a friend on their search. One being Antoine and the other is Johnsy, I believe. Either way, both gentlemen were very accommodating, helpful, and showed exceptional customer service. As a female it can be very intimidating going to a dealership but these two made us feel comfortable. 10/10 for both.

Just leased a brand spankin' new Subaru Outback 2023 from Mark (pictured left) and must say it was quite the experience. The Flow team did an excellent job helping me find a vehicle that met not just my financial needs but my desire for an all around quality vehicle.Special shout out to Mark who really knows his stuff. He went over all the vehicle features with us, helped my wife and I on a test drive so we could understand all the gizmos, and got us set up with a plan that fits the budget. We are very pleased with our vehicle and the whole experience and would definitely recommend Flow Subaru of Burlington.For reference we drove a full hour to come to this location and strongly feel it was the right choice. I came to my favorite subaru dealer (have been to others) when my last subaru impreza was totalled, and I had just paid it off. I not really a car person, I drive subaru because they are the best on ice and that is what scares me the most. Antoine put up with my pouting and went through all the various options including considering EV, back and forth and ordered Cosmic blue legacy with all sorts of sporty bits. (BUT no leather seats?)At the closing Patient Antoine and his team explained the difference between a windshield for example and all the computerness of the new Windshield and so many details. Until even I understood it all andIn the end they were so kind and I felt very taken care of.Then I drove her for 2 days and she is GORGEOUS!Last year was about the money (I paid off the house, I paid off the last car...) This year is about health (and that is going really well). But I did not expect the difference a car like this can make to your psyche! Now we are upping the goal . All because the super tolerant people at this Flow Subaru took the time to get me in the Perfect Car. Its a whole new world. I never knew.Thank you to Antoine and his whole team. I bought my Volkswagen here a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I spent months dealing with car salesmen at other car lots who tried to sell me what they had instead of what I wanted. I was leary when I first contacted Flow Subaru of Burlington about a TDI I saw online. My salesman Jeremy was upfront about the state of the vehicle, he was able to answer all of my questions about this car as well as a few others I was considering, and he didn't push or rush me into any decisions. He and Max offered add ons and financing options, explained them thoroughly, but they never pressured me into anything I didn't want to purchase. Filling out paperwork with Max and Carissa was fair and easy. I probably passed dozens of other car dealerships in the hour drive to Flow Burlington. But I'll happily do it again in when it's time to buy my next vehicle. I can't say enough about how comfortable and informed I felt in buying my car with Jeremy and I'm already looking forward to the next one!

I had a fantastic car buying experience at Flow Subaru of Burlington. After much research I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. My sales consultant Lori Kenney was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go and after showing me many of the key operating points I was off on my test drive. When I returned, Lori answered all of my questions and showed me how to use many of the remaining options and safety features my Subaru Outback Limited came with which were very impressive. After that, Brooks Powell, the finance manager went over the numbers with me and with a little bit of negotiating came up with an out the door total price slightly less than what I had hoped for. I was also given a much better offer for my trade in than anywhere else I had been. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Flow Subaru of Burlington to anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru or other vehicle. Thank you Lori, Brooks and Lee, I'll be looking for your team when I get ready to purchase my next vehicle.

Purchasing a vehicle here at Flow was easy and overall a good experience. Dray Daiber was our Sales Associate. He was Knowledgeable, congenial, and not once badger us over the sale. There was quite a bit of waiting we had to do before seeing the finance person so we could sign the contract. In the interim, Dray offered us refreshments, gassed up the vehicle and had it sent to the cleaning department. If you re interested in purchasing a vehicle, I recommend visiting Dray Daiber at Flow Subaru.
