This location was amazing for us last week as my wife just happened to be through that area and caught a flat tire. They were extremely accommodating, greeted her by name when she walked in, all towards the end of the day! They stayed a little after too, to make sure she was taken care of. Customer service is incredible here! Will absolutely be back, recommended, 5 stars!

The crew down there at Discount Tire are fantastic ! The manager, Ken, is willing to do whatever it takes to get your tires and get you out of there as quick as possible ! Great job guys !!!

Customer service was amazing. They could ve try selling me a tire instead they fixed it for free! So I will need 2 tires soon and I m definitely patronizing this place!

Called and ordered a set of tires. Was told they would be in if not that afternoon, the next day . Called next morning to get an ETA. Find out the tires had not been ordered. Couldn t figure out why, but definitely ordered now and would be there in the afternoon. I was told sorry about that mix up, we ll definitely get you in and out of here quickly when you come in. It s all just words. Got there to be told it would be more than an hour and a half. Why not just say this upfront? Honesty earns you repeat business, deception makes it our last visit.While there, we witness a good bit of incompetence. And noticed 30 minutes before close they suddenly all kick into high gear.Lastly, the picture I m attaching, in what world is it OK to lay the painted surface of a rim against the the brakes. Glad it wasn t my car.

These guys saved the day! Even on a Saturday!!! The tire on our Bobcat just flatter than flat and had a mulch delivery to do!!! Ken & Junior got our tire fixed and we were back in business in no time! Thank you SO much! AMERICAN AQUASCAPES WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF WE COULD!!!

Went in for what I thought would be a difficult job because I ve been having problems with my tires. Dylan assured me that they will work on the tire.They did and to find out that it was a small screw in my tire. Wow, thank you so much For your great service and business etiquette.

I have been coming here for years and they always have amazing customer service and provide reliable tires. Their work is efficient and consistent. I am so thankful for them continuing to go out of their way to terminate my tire troubles .

Noticed I had a screw in my tire. Took it to Discount because I've purchased tires here before. When the guy came out to look at it the screw was gone. He said since it had good tread the screw might not have punctured it and sent me on my way. All he had to do was put some soap water on the tire to see if it bubbled which is a common practice at all tire centers. Noticed when I got back home it was already low on air and you could hear the leak. Now it was too late to carry it back because they were closed. 10 minutes later my tire is completely flat. Tomorrow is Sunday and they're closed. Could've saved me a lot of trouble if he had just checked for a leak while I was there.

Service was wonderful....BUT make sure when you are getting price totaled you make sure they don't clip you for "Certificates for Refund,Replacement". They are supposed to ask if you want this "extra" which is $18 per tire. I wasn't asked and was charged $36 for 2 tires more than I expected. Didn't look at receipt til I got home.

I have been going to discount tire since I started driving. My whole family goes to discount tire! I can recommend them to anyone. Always to make sure to get the warranty and follow their advice. I have saved thousands of dollars over the years just in warranties tires and preventative advice.

I hit a pot hole and one of my tires and rims was damaged beyond repair, I brought it into the shop at 2pm on a holiday and had new tires and wheels on by 5:30pm, they were so incredibly helpful, detailed, and went out of their way to help fix my car quickly and with high quality. I definitely recommend!

Took my truck for a rebalance. Next day I looked at my black rims and saw the residue of weight that they removed when rebalancing my wheels again. I brought it so they can removed the adhesive residue that they left behind. The associate that help told me that they don t remove that when they remove the balance weight. So I ask him every time I come here to get my wheels rotated and balanced I never had this issue with them leaving the adhesive residue. He told me we try to scrape it off but can scratch your rims! I ask him do you have a spray that will remove the adhesive he told me no! I find it ironic that a tire company that does balancing of tires don t have anything to remove the adhesive when they scrape off the balance weight. So the person that helped me wasn t helpful at all. I ve been going to this location for a long time now and had the worse experience! I hope they find a way to improve this situation. It s very sad that I have drive around with that on my black rims which is very noticeable!

(Flip side) Sometimes they have great sales on tires. (down side) is why? don t they consider alignment s , Other wise would ve gave 5 stars excellent service.

Got a set of tires the day before Thanksgiving. I called that morning and they didn't have them in stock. They had them nearby in a warehouse and had them in no time. Stopped after work and had them installed. They were super busy but the wait wasn't bad considering. Prices are very competitive.

We drove in with a flat unrepairable tire after driving out of town to mom's home. We left in one and a half hours with 4 new tires. Very friendly and caring service.

I have been buying my tires from Discount Tire for over 20 years. This isn't a locally owned business, but they have very competitive prices and I've never had an issue with the tires or the service.

Had tires rotated and balanced. Suggest you make an appointment wasn't busy but was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Professional service and friendly. Have bought all my tires from these guys, no problems. Give them a try. Make sure all of your tire stems are on tight before leaving, FYI.

Sliding in to Discount Tires. I pulled in about 20 minutes before closing. I was greeted at the door and within about 10 minutes they were working on my car. I highly recommend DT for any tire needs. They had me in and out in about 25 minutes with 1 nee tires.

I worked with several of the guys at the Burlington location and their customer service was exemplary. They were friendly, informative and professional. I called and had them order the specific tires that I wanted. They arrived about two hours later and they called to let me know. I went in about an hour later and was out by their estimated pickup time. 5 Star Team! I drove straight to Charlotte on my brand new tires without any issue. If I could add one service to this process, it would be spraying the wheels afterwards. The brake dust is always pretty bad on my bmw but after this process it always looks terrible. I'd pay extra to get the wheels washed in the process of buying new tires. Anyway, what they completed was great! I'm a happy customer! Great job guys!

Wow. Just wow. I went in for a free tire repair. Turned out my wheel was cracked. They didn't have a matching wheel available and I didn't want a mismatch, so they GAVE ME a used one that works (doesn't match looks but works!) so that I wouldn't drive around with a cracked wheel. They said "we just want to make sure you're safe" and I think they meant it. Just amazed at that level of service for a free repair. I'll be back soon with a matching wheel and happily give these folks some money.

Called to schedule an appointment and purchase a set of tires. I called the next day to confirm that they were delivered and double check my appointment time (4:30pm). When I arrived later that day (4:15pm), I was told they did not have any appointments under my name and the wait was about 2.5 hours.

They are amazing! My tire got punctured by metal, since it was a decent size chunk I expected to buy a whole new tire.They ended up patching it up for nothing because it didn t take them long and the puncture wasn t as bad as it looked. The staff is amazing! I was welcomed as soon as I got there and I didn t even have an appointment and they got me in and out within an hour! I didn t mind waiting lol it gave me an excuse to go to target! I highly recommend them! I ve brought all my vehicles to them since 2019!

Had a nail in my tire pulled up to this location at 4:59 pm. Mason and the team fixed my tire and I was back on the road by 5:10. Great customer service 10 stars!!!

Where can you get a set of tires put on your vehicle in less than an hour? Great customer service and throw in excellent pricing, its a win/win. Update: Somehow that got quicker. In and out in less than 30 minutes for rotation and balance
